Only saw two employees on the floor who were wearing masks and made sure all customers were wearing masks as well. However, there were no social distancing markers on the floor anywhere but two yellow strips leading up to the cash register. Also, there weren't any foot traffic markers to help guide customers through their narrow aisles. They have a wide selection of apparel and knickknacks but wasn't too organized. All in all, not the worst Goodwill I've been to but they could have done more to emphasize social distancing and COVID-19 policies throughout their store.

This store is ridiculously mis-managed when the pricers see anything in the men's section with a Nike swoosh on it and automatically put a $25 price tag. I will not return to this store because I've left empty handed about 10 times since coming here. Not because I don't find anything, but because any shoes that are "good" are $30-50, and shirt that is "good" is $7-13, and any other men's clothing item that is "good" is $10-30. Keep in mind goodwill gets these items for FREE. It's so incredibly obvious you guys went "for profit" but you should be a little less obviously in your transition for being "for the community" to "for lining our pockets." Got it... doesn't make a lot of sense/ is pretty illogical. Not being able to try the clothing on in the store would be no big deal except that they don't allow for full refund returns. Only store credit. My issue here is that if you are not allowing people to try clothing on then you have to allow for full refund returns to only offer store credit makes no sense. I only visit goodwill once a year, if that, so would really have no use for store credit. I even offered to bring the dresses back that same day I just wanted to try them on first. At this point I think a lot of organizations are just using the pandemic as an excuse to provide poor customers service.

If it happens to you and you don't catch them in the act, don't leave bad reviews, fill out a survey, or wait a day like I did. I found a pair of gym leggings and a top. The top had a spot where it was damaged and Teyshia, the person that rang me up requested for an approval of discount. The girl with the glaring problem refused to give me a discount for the damaged sweater and ended up giving the 10% off after asking their manager for the approval. Teyshia was very sweet and apologized for how the other girl acted and handled the situation. Ridiculous how Teyshia was still in training but provided better customer service than the other girl with zero personality. Managers should keep their staff in check!
