I knew there was a fee four outsider clothes, but the website says it is no problem to alter them. They did not acknowledge my appointment..did not even ask for my name. Complained about that. "why didn't you dry clean this before you came here?" I did not know that was a thing..the website does not say so, and had I been allowed to speak, I would have said, "I have never owned my own suit before. But I was never allowed to finish anything. "You know it is going to take us at least three weeks right?" "Your website said up to 2 weeks for basic alterations, and that is what I need." "nope, three." "Ok I will take my business elsewhere." "No, wait, wait now. we can probably do it." "two weeks?" "Yes, we can do it." I start to explain again I have some considersn and questions.."so the tailor is going to talk to you about it. just hold up." Tailor comes out. asks what she is supposed to do. "I just want a standard classic fit for this suit at the hems and such." I had brought the shoes, the shirt everything. "I don't know how a suit is supposed to look on you, you have to tell me." WTF?? I am paying YOU money after making an appointment on YOUR website, and you do not know how a classic fit is supposed to look on me without me telling you??" "Looks fine as is. if you want something else, there's a chart." there were pictures of different hem lengths. I picked the one that my careful research had told me was the most formal. Finally she marked the sleeves, marked the pants. I did not dare ask for anything else from this nasty woman or the rude "host" of whatever you call the clown that stands around telling you how wrong you are but does not do any actual work or sewing. They seem offended I was even there, and offended I had some questions about suits since I had never owned one before. Terrible service, terrible attitude, totally incompetent and if I were not already pressed for time I would have left again. The only seem to want to help you if you already know everything there is to know about formal ware..which I did not, and was more than happy to explain. But they did not care about me looking good at all..theyt cared about me leaving. screw this place, and I would hope nobody would ever give them their business.

This particular HG location was exceptionally neat and organized. The clearance areas throughout the store were a breeze to shop in while walking down the aisle. Items were clearly marked and not just dumped into the area. Furniture pieces were not grouped in one common area, but in the aisles as well by category. For instance, benches were located in the same area. I also noticed that the store had a sign on a defective table with a top that was not secure. I thought that was a good idea to have a warning label on there since there are kids in the store. It was also a good sign that I did not observe a lot of damaged items for resale. Most items were in new condition and placed in the correct location with similar items. The checkout process was quick and fully staffed to accommodate the line.

The location was very easy to find, a bit off the beaten path, but such a pretty drive. It is located in a converted house, so make sure you are aware that it is not a store front. First off, they put a rack right outside with great summer options! I had a handful of items before I even went inside! Upon entering, the very nice cashier greeted me and asked if this was my first time here. Since it was, she immediately got up to show me around! Nice touch. On the first floor they have maternity and LOTS of baby clothes/toys/books/baby gear. Before heading upstairs, they have some junior sized dresses, both formalwear as well as regular summer dresses. Upstairs, they have everything else. Boys clothes/shoes (toddler to teens) as well as a huge section for the girls, again from toddler to teen sizes. The shoe selection could have been better, but that's ok. All the clothes were in great condition, great name brands. I always like finding Justice brands, as I never shop in the store because of their outrageous prices. So finding items for a few bucks including some shoes (found a pair of sandals for $7, I know they cost about $30 in the store) was a great find! For my teenager, they had LOTS of shorts, I'll have to go back to have her pick out more, before it gets hotter and they all fly off the shelves. When I was done (believe me, I had to control myself from grabbing more), I got two bags full of stuff and only spent $100! I couldn't have walked out of Justice with two outfits for $100, so this was a huge win for me! So if you like great clothes for a bargain, go check this place out. You won't regret it. Make sure you ask for coupons, I got a 20% off coupon for my next visit, which I will be using to buy my daughter a formal dress for the 8th grade dance. Everyone was patient, understanding, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. Pricing is very fair, and the selection is impressive. You can find pretty much any type of shoe you're looking for without feeling like you're overpaying. Being inside the mall also makes it super convenient if you're already shopping. Overall, great service, solid prices, and a really smooth shopping experience. Definitely one of my go to spots at the mall.
