Special shout out to nail techs Kimchi, Wendy, and Megan! They do excellent work and are so sweet. My nails/toes are always pristine and they are more than willing to fix anything I notice. If you want a convenient, clean, friendly salon with quality work - this is your place. *Some of the reviews prior to mine are blatantly false concerning pricing etc. They have 4 tiers for all their mani/pedi services with basic mani/pedi starting at 25/32, respectively. Obviously, if you add on things like gel, french, etc it will increase your price - that is standard across all nail salons. I'm posting menu as of today for reference.

Awful quality of work. I requested a new set of gel x nails but they insisted on doing a fill. They…read morekept on telling me to do a fill so I finally complied. The tools are dirty and they do not make you wash your hands to get all the debris off. You can easily tell this design is not what I had requested, the polka dots look horrible, the French tip is crooked, and originally I had asked for a dark French tip line but the nail tech did not have good skills and it looked even worse when she tried to do the brown line. I got a partial refund but this place was such a waste of my time. Don't come here unless you want ugly nails.

This is the only review you need to read to tell you everything you need to know about this salon…read moreand why you should NOT go here. First, I have tried this salon twice now (so that you don't have to) and have been dissatisfied on both occasions. The second occasion has made me mad enough to write this review. Also, I get my nails done every 3 weeks routinely (always dip on my natural nail, always the same shape) and have never experienced such unprofessional conduct until I tried this salon. --Bad Quality: I asked for extremely natural color and shape. First time I went, the shape was fine but the dip did not last more than 5 days before it started "crumbling"/breaking near the tip. I work so I couldn't get back to the salon to address this and decided to give them one more chance. I gave them this second chance when I went back less than 2 weeks after the first visit. This second visit, the nail tech (Natalie) said she would do an extra layer of dip (total of 3 layers) to make sure it didn't crumble/break as fast (since dip usually lasts me 3 weeks without breaking)--she did the 3 layers and my nails were extremely thick/globby. She fixed the thickness a little bit with the drill but they were still SO much thicker than any other nail salon I've been to (all other salons have done 3 layers and still managed to make them look natural/not so thick/globby). 4 days later, I've already had one of the extremely thick ones break/crumble--I say "crumble" because it is not a clean break like you'd expect, it's literally crumbling off--this means whatever process they are using to dip is not good bc clearly the chemical agents are not activating properly. --Unprofessional Response: I called the second it broke (4 days later on Monday) and asked if they could fix it after work at 5:30 PM (their business hours are listed as being open until 7PM--they told me that I could "come now" (in the middle of my work day) to which, I told them I could not come before 5:30 any week day since I work full time. They told me that they wouldn't be open at 5:30 and that they'd close at 3 today bc they didn't have any more appointments scheduled to make them stay open until 7PM (their listed business hours). They told me that I could come at 5Pm on Thursday to get fixed. I cannot wait that long as the nail is snagging my clothes. They offered no other accommodation despite me explaining that I work M-F and they offered no explanation as to why their publicly listed business hours were not accurate. I would have never chosen this salon had I known that its listed business hours were not accurate since I work and always look for a salon with later availability in case needed. Their response was not only unprofessional, but their tone on the phone was "annoyed" that I would even ask them to fix the crappy job that they did to begin with. I will not be going back and recommend that you look elsewhere if you don't want your dip to crumble or nails to look like thick-globs.

This place is hit or miss. Depends on the person you get. I've had good and bad experiences. Last…read moreexperience was horrible she rushed through it didn't clean the dirt under my nails or on the side of my toes so imagine that with a French pedicure. Also they have no respect when you bring your own tools!! I ask them to use mine and then half way into the pedicure I see them trying to use their own tools on me that I already broufht. I had to yell at them not to use it? It's not hard to just use what the clients brings so they feel more comfortable. Cutcile pusher and clippers is all I bring do ite not hard lol. I forget the girls name I went to ther was really good but if you can go to the same person. Also the last person was telling me over and over that you can't leave bail polosh on top lomg bexause it makee you nails white underneath and I have to come every two weeks to get it removed. I don't have money to come every two weeks but I've never heard of plain old regular nail polish not gel making your nails white and ugly. Little kids paint their nails with regular polish and it doesn't mess up their regular nail. My nails are all white now I think from them buffing to hard or fungus and they tried to blame the nail polish!!! I hope it's not fungus. Anyway I will be trying to take care of my natural nail to get it healthy again and won't be back for a while and if I do I won't let them buff hard again . Again..this is not gel or acrylic .

My 5 minute wait turned into a 30 minute wait as I watched 4 women come in after me and be seated before me. Do you suppose its because I wanted the Gel removed and not put back on? I walked out. There's a nail shop on every corner and Nail Therapy isn't anything special. I found a place a short distance away. I was seated within 5 minutes and treated like they valued my business. The other place did a great job and for less money. UPDATE: I was told 5 minutes that turned into 30 minutes. You said my issue of narrowing big toe nails were just my age and not a result of gel. There was never any mention of CURLING or ingrown nails. and I agreed to leave everything as is. What's unfair is you trying to paint this as something it wasn't. People don't walk out feeling unsatisfied for no reason. And as far as the money, I always paid cash and tipped 30%. I didn't loose anything over this incident, on the other hand you lost a customer. The pedicure included a thorough toe cleanup, which I appreciated, but the heel work was very basic. The massage was also extremely short, about a minute total, so it felt a bit rushed in that part. On the positive side, I didn't feel rushed during the appointment, and I liked that there was no pressure to make conversation if you prefer a quiet experience. However, the overall vibe felt a bit awkward. The tech didn't introduce herself or ask for my name, which made the experience feel a little impersonal, almost like I was a burden rather than a valued client.
