She gave me the best pedicure and 15 minute foot massage I have ever received! She clearly has foot-telepathy because she knows exactly what each area of the foot needs. Beyond the blessing of Kelly, this nail and foot spa is a solid place. The small size makes you feel like you're at a nail/foot spa pit stop and their job is to get you out as fast as possible. I'm not sure if you can tell from this pic but Ann cut my toenail literally diagonal!! And no my toenail was not like this when I came in my nails were overgrown and straight. You can see how straight my other toenails are! My big toenail was just as straight as the others. She talks too much and doesn't focus. She rushes . Im very concerned about infection which she knew thats whaly i was fraaking out it was cut so short .I called it out when she cut it too short and crooked she just responded...well it's ok it will grow back tomorrow! .I come here for you too make my nails look pretty not crooked. I could have cut it more straight bending down over my fat stomach. Not cool. I'm glad I bring my own tools because I wouldn't trust this place. Plus some comments she makes towards me is really weird. The first pedicure was ok..rushed too but better than this one. I tipped her because I didn't realize how crooked it was completely til I got to the car but I only tipped two dollars. If you can't even cut a toenail straight you have no business working at a nail salon. This is my second time coming here and I guess I'll have to find somewhere else. I was coming here before but last time I was here I had a bad experience. I got a manicure from girl Tina. She did not soak my nails to remove the gel. She went all in with her nail machine and shaved off the old gel but went to deep. I never have gone to a place where they don't soak off my nails. My nails and fingers hurt she damaged my nails. Then when I went to the counter I added 5 dollar tip for both services and the lady at the front was asking if the tip was for both or just one of them. That's a stupid question since I had already said how much tip I was leaving for both services. I had a bad service and she expected me to tip more for each? My nails are messed up because she didn't soak it . I just don't recommend Tina she will shave off your nails and thin them out. Lady at the front was rude. Just a bad experience overall. read more

I've been to this salon a handful of times and left disappointed each visit. Today was no different. I haven't gotten a mani/pedi in an embarrassing amount of time so I needed the works. I got their number 4 pedicure ($40) which included a paraffin wax & callus removal. Apparently it doesn't come with a timed massage like the regular pedi does...because she never used a timer for me. She used the very bare minimum of callus removal gel which lead to the actual treatment hurting, so I asked if she could put more of the removing gel and proceed to give me an excuse as to why she didn't use a lot...it was alarming "I used the gel and wrapped for someone and their feet started bleeding...too much chemicals" sound like they need a different brand of the gel because I've never heard of that happening. Either way my feet are still pretty rough She also didn't like that I wanted regular polish for my toes since I was getting gel for my hands....I got the impression she didn't agree with a lot of what I asked.... My toes polish is already coming off it hadn't even been 30 min, she put my sandals on without even checking if my toes were done but she said "I didn't check because sometimes the top is dry but bottom isn't" I wasn't going to argue, I just won't be back. As for my manicure, I'm pleased I'm just also annoyed I didn't get a hand massage, she was about to give me one but her boss or someone said something to her and she rubbed my hands for a min and then wiped my hands with a warm towel quickly and left me to attend to someone else. Overall I'm just not pleased with their janky customer service, they were so nice to me as I walked in, I'm pregnant and due any day so they asked about that but continued to give me 2nd rate service with every request i made. The last cut my cuticles so aggressively she made 4 of my fingers bleed. One was bleeding so excessively she had to use "medication" on it. I asked what the medication was and she didn't understand. Instead of cleaning the blood off and attempted to paint over my blood. Will not be returning here or recommending to others read more

I went to another nail salon for years, and recently they have not been good to me. Expensive. Nails were falling off so easily and even brand new sets. So I went here... Absolutely wonderful. I had Tina who gave me a wonderful acrylic fill. I will say they are expensive, but I would rather spend money here than anywhere else. I love the atmosphere and the small intimate salon. I had been coming here for years but I took a break and hadn't returned in close to 2 years. I have never walked out from anywhere without giving a tip... Until today. What I used to like about this place is that they always opened up a brand new sanitized tool packet to work on your feet. Not today (or at least not with me). I told the girl to cut my toe nails down "a little". She cut them down to the nail bed. And now my toes are tingling and sensitive even to the wind hitting them. I got a fill (from a different technician). She burned and cut me several times, never apologized..never slowed down to make sure she didn't cut me again. She was in such a rush to finish the job (I'm not sure why since the place was not busy). She would roughly pull and push my hands back. The gel polish application was sloppy. She applied the polish to my skin which will cause lifting. At the end she poured oil on them to hide the fact that she didn't clean up the acrylic stuck to my fingers. When she charged me she said "do you have cash for the tip?"....umm I don't think anyone or anywhere should assume they will be getting a tip. I just said "tip?" and walked out. The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because the place itself was clean. Clean floors and clean work stations. P.s: 2 years ago one of the ladies commented on how I've gained weight and how my face looked fat...with that said I still kept going there because the service was good. I live out of town but every time I visit home I come here because the gel actually lasts two weeks and they give a good quality foot massage with pedicures. Returned after a pedicure the prior week. Sadly, they left an ingrown nail in my left large toe. One of their staff removed the ingrown piece, and I thanked her. I then gave that staff a $5.00 gratuity, and she then returned to the job she had been doing. The owner then came over, and insisted that I pay for a complete pedicure. I tried to explain that I simply came back for them to finish / repair the job that they had already semi accomplished. The manager/owner argued with me as I tried to reason with her. My nails started lifting all of them after five days. I made another appointment to come in today to get another Gel mani. This salon was well kept yet small. When I arrived they greeted me and were very nice. I asked for a French tip pedicure and gel manicure.I never got their names but a woman immediately started on my pedicure a few minutes into it another woman started my manicure at the same time. They were not that busy so I didn't understand why it was rushed. My pedicure turned out wonderful but my manicure was terrible. I've never had dip removal before, but I've had gel removal. It was jarring. My nails look chewed up! Is that normal dip removal??! Then she clipped them and cut one so short, I jumped. Thought she got me and I was about to bleed out. She then blamed it on me. Lol. "Your nail unhealthy". I asked if I could clip and file my own nails, which at the end they tried to charge me for. The girl did not soak the tips off as normal protocol, to loosen but rather used a metal tool to slide beneath the acrylic and rip thru and off the end of the nail. This method totally left my nails ripped and ragged. Plus it was painful! My thumb nail actually ripped up the center. I asked her if this was the normal technique and she said yes! If you make an appointment expect to wait another 30 minutes. Every time I walk in here and ask if they have time for me, they ask me to sit in a chair and wait. I always ask if they don't have time I can come back but then they constantly say they will be right with you. Also the main girl will ask you 100 times to bring cash for tip. Or ask you to walk to the bank down the street to cash, when you can tip on the card. Someone came in that had an appointment and had to wait....that's wrong. It's a busy salon, so don't take walk ins if you have appointments booked at the same time. Please don't lie to get people to stay. Be honest about your wait time and don't rush the other people through.
