I've been coming here for years. This is my place. I looked forward to my bi-weekly visits and I love ALL the girls! Service is always great and I feel so comfortable being here. Niiki has been doing my nails for a few years now and she always listens and does exactly what I want and introduces me to me new dark red polishes she knows I will like. I can't recommend this place enough!! read more

After reading the reviews I was skeptical but I needed a pedicure badly. Kelly gave one of the best foot massages and she did not rush through it. The price is right as I can't believe places are charging $40 for a basics pedicure. I'll def be back ! read more

The ladies in the shop were very pleasant when you get into the shop and you think it's going to be a good experience . The end resort was the worst gel fill ($55) I have ever had in my life. On top of that the lady didn't have changed so I was stuck giving her a $10 for the tip. I will never go back. read more

I said, "AYYYYYEEE YOOO" This 5-star review is simply to testify that an angelic sighting occurred here--and her name is KELLY. Kelly has hands truly from God! She gave me the best pedicure and 15 minute foot massage I have ever received! She clearly has foot-telepathy because she knows exactly what each area of the foot needs. Beyond the blessing of Kelly, this nail and foot spa is a solid place. The small size makes you feel like you're at a nail/foot spa pit stop and their job is to get you out as fast as possible. Thankfully the staff don't make you feel rushed; they are all kind and caring. This establishment is brightly lit and extra clean. The prices are amazing and I paid $35 for my gift from heaven. read more

It's never as good as the first time. If I go back, I know who to ask for. I have had two bad mannie's, and this last time a bad pedi too. I didn't get what I asked for, and it seemed like she couldn't get rid of me fast enough. read more

Very nice and accommodating. The salon is clean. My nails came out just okay. The gel started to peel up on the edges four days after getting them done, which is a bummer since they're expensive. Probably won't get gel here again. read more

Terrible service when we first asked all the prices they told us it was $35 for just acrylic no tip no gel no polish and then when we came to pay it turned out to be $105 not including tip for two people just acrylic no tip no gel no polish . The owner is completely rude and has no respect for the customers. They will rip you off. We been coming here for 3 years... read more

Second time here, absolutely stunning manicure and pedicure for a great price. Highly recommend this place!

I'm not sure if you can tell from this pic but Ann cut my toenail literally diagonal!! And no my toenail was not like this when I came in my nails were overgrown and straight. You can see how straight my other toenails are! My big toenail was just as straight as the others. She talks too much and doesn't focus. She rushes . Im very concerned about infection which she knew thats whaly i was fraaking out it was cut so short .I called it out when she cut it too short and crooked she just responded...well it's ok it will grow back tomorrow! .I come here for you too make my nails look pretty not crooked. I could have cut it more straight bending down over my fat stomach. Not cool. I'm glad I bring my own tools because I wouldn't trust this place. Plus some comments she makes towards me is really weird. The first pedicure was ok..rushed too but better than this one. I tipped her because I didn't realize how crooked it was completely til I got to the car but I only tipped two dollars. If you can't even cut a toenail straight you have no business working at a nail salon. This is my second time coming here and I guess I'll have to find somewhere else. Two stars because she was cool with working with my own tools but they should of gave me a discount on my next pedicure mot take my money . read more

I was coming here before but last time I was here I had a bad experience. I got a manicure from girl Tina. She did not soak my nails to remove the gel. She went all in with her nail machine and shaved off the old gel but went to deep. I never have gone to a place where they don't soak off my nails. My nails and fingers hurt she damaged my nails. Then when I went to the counter I added 5 dollar tip for both services and the lady at the front was asking if the tip was for both or just one of them. That's a stupid question since I had already said how much tip I was leaving for both services. I had a bad service and she expected me to tip more for each? My nails are messed up because she didn't soak it . I just don't recommend Tina she will shave off your nails and thin them out. Lady at the front was rude. Just a bad experience overall. read more

I've been to this salon a handful of times and left disappointed each visit. Today was no different. I haven't gotten a mani/pedi in an embarrassing amount of time so I needed the works. I got their number 4 pedicure ($40) which included a paraffin wax & callus removal. Apparently it doesn't come with a timed massage like the regular pedi does...because she never used a timer for me. She used the very bare minimum of callus removal gel which lead to the actual treatment hurting, so I asked if she could put more of the removing gel and proceed to give me an excuse as to why she didn't use a lot...it was alarming "I used the gel and wrapped for someone and their feet started bleeding...too much chemicals" sound like they need a different brand of the gel because I've never heard of that happening. Either way my feet are still pretty rough She also didn't like that I wanted regular polish for my toes since I was getting gel for my hands....I got the impression she didn't agree with a lot of what I asked.... My toes polish is already coming off it hadn't even been 30 min, she put my sandals on without even checking if my toes were done but she said "I didn't check because sometimes the top is dry but bottom isn't" I wasn't going to argue, I just won't be back. As for my manicure, I'm pleased I'm just also annoyed I didn't get a hand massage, she was about to give me one but her boss or someone said something to her and she rubbed my hands for a min and then wiped my hands with a warm towel quickly and left me to attend to someone else. Overall I'm just not pleased with their janky customer service, they were so nice to me as I walked in, I'm pregnant and due any day so they asked about that but continued to give me 2nd rate service with every request i made. If you can just avoid and go somewhere else. $75 for both mani/pedi read more

The last cut my cuticles so aggressively she made 4 of my fingers bleed. One was bleeding so excessively she had to use "medication" on it. I asked what the medication was and she didn't understand. I went to another nail salon for years, and recently they have not been good to me. Expensive. Nails were falling off so easily and even brand new sets. So I went here... Absolutely wonderful. I had Tina who gave me a wonderful acrylic fill. I will say they are expensive, but I would rather spend money here than anywhere else. I love the atmosphere and the small intimate salon. The ladies are sooo nice. It also is super close to main street Seal Beach. Love this place and will be going back. 10/10 recommend! read more

Excellent service and the nails last! Extremely friendly employees and there is no pressure to upscale items.

I had been coming here for years but I took a break and hadn't returned in close to 2 years. I have never walked out from anywhere without giving a tip... Until today. What I used to like about this place is that they always opened up a brand new sanitized tool packet to work on your feet. Not today (or at least not with me). I told the girl to cut my toe nails down "a little". She cut them down to the nail bed. And now my toes are tingling and sensitive even to the wind hitting them. I got a fill (from a different technician). She burned and cut me several times, never apologized..never slowed down to make sure she didn't cut me again. She was in such a rush to finish the job (I'm not sure why since the place was not busy). She would roughly pull and push my hands back. The gel polish application was sloppy. She applied the polish to my skin which will cause lifting. At the end she poured oil on them to hide the fact that she didn't clean up the acrylic stuck to my fingers. When she charged me she said "do you have cash for the tip?"....umm I don't think anyone or anywhere should assume they will be getting a tip. I just said "tip?" and walked out. The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because the place itself was clean. Clean floors and clean work stations. P.s: 2 years ago one of the ladies commented on how I've gained weight and how my face looked fat...with that said I still kept going there because the service was good. Buuuut I will not be returning. read more

I don't know why this place doesn't have better reviews because it is the best salon! I live out of town but every time I visit home I come here because the gel actually lasts two weeks and they give a good quality foot massage with pedicures. I will also add that the massage chairs are also great! I definitely recommend this place! Ps. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here. I have been coming to Nail& Spa for a few years now & I have always had a 5star experience - from customer service, sanitation, cleanliness and overall experience. Extremely overpriced (plain mani pedi for 2 people (no gel, no acrylic, no polish) was $110 + tip. They don't speak English, they have conversations in a different language in front of their clients - which makes us extremely uncomfortable - like we're invading in their space. It's just not a pleasant, luxurious experience like it's supposed to be. I don't recommend this place. read more

Returned after a pedicure the prior week. Sadly, they left an ingrown nail in my left large toe. One of their staff removed the ingrown piece, and I thanked her. I then gave that staff a $5.00 gratuity, and she then returned to the job she had been doing. The owner then came over, and insisted that I pay for a complete pedicure. I tried to explain that I simply came back for them to finish / repair the job that they had already semi accomplished. The manager/owner argued with me as I tried to reason with her. She finally told me to leave her establishment, and not return. Oh well, I guess I won't. read more

A week ago today i made an appointment for a Mani gel and Pedi with Tina. Been going to this location for months. The girls are really nice, and do a good job! My nails started lifting all of them after five days. I made another appointment to come in today to get another Gel mani. As I was chatting with Tina and she told me that the polish was probably old and that's why it was lifting. As I proceeded to check out she wanted to charge me full price for my gel manicure after just being here a week ago. I said really your going to charge full price after a week, and it being because of Old polish? Wow! I even said remember I was here a week ago and she said I know. Not OK and not cool! I would have been fine with even paying half but not the full price after a week of not being my fault Thank you for your service. You lost a good customer! read more

0 Stars if possible!! Called a day ahead to make an appointment, which they confirmed (4 manicures / 1 pedicure) Come in the next day at appointment time and they are not ready whatsoever! They tell us to pick out the colors we want and that they will be with us shortly. I let them know we need to get out of there quick because we are on lunch break, they assure us we will be seen soon 30 min go by and only 1 manicure and 1 pedicure get started 2 people did not get seen at all 15 min later a lady comes in and she gets seen before us! Two workers go to her to start her mani & pedi I point out to them that we have been waiting and they tell me that they went to the lady because neither of them know how to do a gel manicure After this they started giving us attitude, giving us looks Avoid this place if possible!! read more

Our 4 year relationship is over. Their choice of nail polish selection is bad..they hide OPI under the counter? I even asked for more pink OPI . Pinks are limited and hardly any. My gel nails today? Baaad. Asked for pink gel and a layer of sparkle gel. Have done it in the past and was ok. Today it looks like a snowman threw up on my pink. See pic It was too thick and old or something. When pedicure girl asked if I liked my nails I said NO. She understood what I was saying but just dropped it. ..and nothing was done to fix it. I just gave up. It has been getting worse with the polish choices for a long time and quality. Our relationship is over and I will go elsewhere .. somewhere that has a wall full of polish with pinks and no 1/4 full bottles of crap ...DONE! read more

This salon was well kept yet small. When I arrived they greeted me and were very nice. I asked for a French tip pedicure and gel manicure.I never got their names but a woman immediately started on my pedicure a few minutes into it another woman started my manicure at the same time. They were not that busy so I didn't understand why it was rushed. My pedicure turned out wonderful but my manicure was terrible. There are ripples in the finish on some of the nails, the gel is on the sides of my fingers and cuticles and it seems like it's starting to separate and I went there yesterday. read more

This place. Not great. 1 stars only because my pedi was decent. I walked in to have dip removed and manicure. She took a file and removed the dip. Peeling and lifting it off! I've never had dip removal before, but I've had gel removal. It was jarring. My nails look chewed up! Is that normal dip removal??! Then she clipped them and cut one so short, I jumped. Thought she got me and I was about to bleed out. She then blamed it on me. Lol. "Your nail unhealthy". I asked if I could clip and file my own nails, which at the end they tried to charge me for. I went for removal of acrylic tips. The girl did not soak the tips off as normal protocol, to loosen but rather used a metal tool to slide beneath the acrylic and rip thru and off the end of the nail. This method totally left my nails ripped and ragged. Plus it was painful! My thumb nail actually ripped up the center. I asked her if this was the normal technique and she said yes! I stormed out after the thumb ripped and she was going for the glue! I will NEVER return to this place. THIS IS ABUSE! read more
