I booked a night in a Tower room since my work holiday party was being held in the Salmon room at…read morethe casino. The tower rooms are very conveniently attached to the casino and easy to get back-and-forth to your room. If you stay in a Resort Room, that building is not attached and you have to walk through the parking lot to get to the casino. I would say that that's the only downfall during the winter time of staying over there. But that is where the pool is so it just depends on what you're looking for at your stay. I have no complaints about the room, very clean and nice decor. My husband wished there was room service for breakfast the next morning but that is not available. I also wish they had valet parking. There is not nearly enough parking in the parking lot so if you don't find parking, you have to park in the parking garage and then walk all the way around back in to the hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and the checkout process was easy. The second part of this review is going to be on the service from my work holiday party. The room was beautifully set up and the food was delicious. The staff that were coming around refilling water and taking plates were very attentive and friendly. We really liked Richard. The one employee that we encountered was the bartender assigned to our room. My first encounter from her I thought she was just having a bad day and I let it go. Not welcoming or friendly at all. Not even a smile. But as the night went on people started talking and it seemed everyone was having a not so good encounter from Robyn. She did not ID anyone all night, except my coworker that asked for a mocktail. She was rude to some people and unprofessional to others. It just progressively got worse. Yes the management will be reaching out to the contact they have at the casino to let them know. I was just so taken back about how somebody could go out of their way to be so rude at a fun holiday party. Other than that, the experience was great and I would highly recommend renting an event room there. Is it worth the drive?...yes

Beautiful resort and hotel, but my experience at the casino was disappointing--especially…read moreconsidering how much I spent. I was there until around 2 a.m., used my players card the entire time, and ended up losing over $1,200. Despite that, I didn't receive even a small amount of free play. What's frustrating is that I had $50 in free play available just the week prior, and now it's gone--even after significant play. That feels inconsistent and unfair. Loyalty programs should reflect actual play, and this didn't feel rewarding at all. Overall, while the property itself is great, the casino rewards system, lack of bonuses, and minimal return left a bad impression. I've been coming here since 2014, and as a long-time customer, I would expect my level of play and loyalty to be recognized with better incentives and a more consistent rewards experience.

On a cold January Tuesday evening, my wife, daughter, and I stopped in for dinner around 530pm…read more Despite not having a reservation, we were quickly seated at a table by the door. The dining room had subdued lighting, with candles on the tables and jazz piped in. My wife was a cheap date and ordered the shrimp Po' Boy. My daughter went with a medium-rare filet, and I went big with a medium-rare rib-eye steak. Salads are not offered with the steak entrees, which was surprising at these prices, but did come with veggies and fries, think skinny fries. After a longish wait, our meals arrived. The steaks were excellently prepared and yummy. My wife enjoyed her shrimp as well. We all decided the fries could have been better, and the veggies, squash, and broccoli were just so-so. Our server was fine but not particularly engaging. I feel the prices are too high for what was delivered. At $69, my rib-eye should have included a small house salad and bread, but it didn't.

We tried the espresso martini made by him with mezcal and it was delicious. Usually I don't like espresso but this drink was made to perfection. The staff, including Cheston, are very friendly. Made us feel welcomed the entire time. Next time, I want to try their food as I hear their food is delicious as well. If you're in the area, you must stop by and at least have a drink.

It's at the corner of one of the buildings. Dark, mid sized interior with some cool neon lights and light up marble pattern bar counter. Not very busy when I went at happy hour/dinner time on a Friday night, but the place is busier later at night on Friday/Saturday during the warmer months. Sometimes they have events and DJs. Sat at the bar and tried out some happy hour specials. Got the Korean sauce wings ($12) and cheese truffle fries ($8). Decent amount of fries, definitely has cheese flavor but not that much truffle oil aroma. I liked the wings which you get 6 per order. They weren't fried, but rather tender and juicy. Sauce was agreeable. Definitely enough food for my dinner. As for the drinks, I got the rosemary mule which is Moscow mule with some rosemary herb. The copper mug they use is good sized. Tasted refreshing although could feel the alcohol afterwards. Also tried a corpse reviver no. 2, which was a little sweet but has a punch. Cocktail prices are not cheap outside of happy hour, in the upper teens. Overall, was glad I tried the place out. Will drop by for happy hour once in a while.

All hard surfaces, so I need to let you know that the place is a bit noisy. It wasn't full and we had trouble hearing each other across the table. They have a full menu for brunch and prices range from around $16 for "the usual" of eggs, bacon, and roasted potatoes to $25-30 for fancier plates. Note that toast was a side with extra charge. Brunch for 3 with coffee (and toast) was $115 including tax and tip. Not cheap, but the food was pretty good. The corned beef hash that I had came with a horseradish sauce that was a bit unusual, but good. My wife had "the usual" eggs, bacon, etc. Our son had the "beef benedict" with shredded beef, which, again, was a little unusual, but he said it was good. Service and staff were attentive and pleasant. It is a very convenient place for a nice brunch. We will be trying it for dinner sometime.

Food wasn't ordered until roughly 40 minutes in and took another 40-50 minutes to arrive. The kitchen was not very busy or slammed. One guest in our party got notified about 30-35 minutes after ordering that they ran out of the dish they ordered. Food was mixed cold or just ok. For the value and the horrible wait times, I wouldn't recommend. Thought I was on a Gordon Ramsey show for a minute!
