When we walked in, none of the young employees greeted us or even made eye contact. We walked around the store for over 10 minutes and not a single person acknowledged us, despite the fact that there was only one other customer in the store. We ended up being there for more than 20 minutes and still no one offered help, asked what we were looking for, or checked in with us at all. It felt like we were completely invisible. We were genuinely hoping to find gear and give our business to a local shop, but the lack of basic customer service made that impossible. Really unfortunate experience, and I hope they address it because the community deserves better.

Once his employees came to my property, they said, it's in worse shape than we thought, we need to charge you to remove it. I called Brandon and told him that it didn't feel good to have this "switch" at the last minute and asked him why he did NOT just tell me that his guys would assess the pool table once they arrived and IF it was in poor condition, then I would have to pay for removal?
