Called ScreenWorks to obtain a quote for a burn-in image issue on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Spoke with Jimmy at length to determine options I have to remedy the problem. Unfortunately, it would be quite expensive to replace the digitizer screen that has the burn-in image issue. Jimmy also explained to me that replacing the digitzer screen would reduce the water resistance effectiveness of the phone. So we both agreed that it was not worth repairing the phone and instead find another phone to replace the one I have. Even though I didn't become a customer for this business today, I was very pleased with Jimmy's patience with me and offering options that I had to remedy the problem I had with my phone. Initially took my son's iPhone 5S with a broken screen in to get it fixed (screen replacement) in early February, and the service was fast (1-day turnaround), friendly, and reasonably priced. A week ago, the screen started acting up/doing weird things, though, like displaying red vertical lines and sometimes having a 'foggy' appearance, so we took it back in this past Saturday. The original repair was only warranted for 45 days, which was noted on our original receipt, and thus we were a couple weeks out of warranty. However, after discussing with the employee working that day, Jimmy, he acknowledged that it wasn't out of warranty by much, and said he would agree to re-repair (i.e., replace the screen) at no additional charge/honor the warranty. His colleague, Austin, did the work right then and there/while we waited--a nice surprise--since it was close to their closing time, which we also really appreciated. Walked out in about 30 minutes, with my son's iPhone screen fixed. I appreciate businesses like this that understand what "customer service" means, esp. service after the sale. Both guys were friendly, sympathetic, and ultimately, helpful, as they noted that without good customer service, you'll end up eventually having no customers. My only knocks would be the initial screen repair not holding up, and the short length of their standard repair warranty (should consider at least doubling it to 90 days). Overall, wish more businesses operated this way. Honest, with friendly service after the sale. Good job, guys. I would recommend them to anyone needing mobile phone repairs. read more

After searching on Google, I called first place on list and went to voice message twice but when I called Screenworks I was greeted with pleasant understanding tone and they gave me a quote and reasonable time estimate. My screen was cracked and wasn't responding to the touch on screen they knew exactly what was wrong and had parts to fix. I went into the clean store handed over the phone, ran some errands around town and within 2hrs my phone was fully functioning again.
