Wonderful customer service! Passed by this shop everyday to drop off my daughter at the high school next door. So when my daughter broke her iPhone screen, this was a convenient place to go. Screen was so bad my daughter almost cut her finger because the glass was cracked in many places. Screen was perfectly fixed in about 40 minutes! I originally brought my iPhone 5 to Screenworks in November because the battery has swelled due to age and caused the screen to lift. The battery and screen both had to be replaced and I purchased the Yelp deal to save a few bucks. Repair was done quickly---I had my phone back in less than an hour. Fast forward to today. I was at the Consumer Electronics Show last week and my phone suddenly would not receive incoming or make outgoing calls. I was very close to (if not over) the end of their warranty period but Jimmy, who had helped me when I first came in November said he would take a look at it. So this was a while ago... but something happened to my computer, and I didnt know what happened. It looked like ink went all over the screen, but from the inside of the computer, but ScreenWorks automatically knew what it was. The man at the counter was very nice, and even though the time was near closing, he still was nice and wasn't grumpy that we were keeping him for over the closing time. AMAZING SERVICE. Cracked the screen for my iPad Mini. Since I had a good experience at the Fresno location, I called to see if I could FedEx my device to them and have them return it after replacing the screen. The customer rep informed me Screenworks recently opened up a store near my area and that I should go there. Good to know that there is a Bay Area location now. Driving down Main Street and saw the sign guy advertising fixing cracked screens on phones. I needed to have my on/off button repaired and they did it very quickly and threw in a screen protector. It was 8pm and my very upset 13yr. old is holding out both hands as she presents her cellphone that just drowned in a tub of water. I immediately call Screenworks in the off-chance they might still be open. No luck, they were in the process of closing for the day, but Austin walked me through how to power the phone off until I can get it to them when they open the next morning. A couple minutes after we hang up, my phone rings and it's Austin. Even though they are closed, he tells me to come over so they can give me the best chance at saving this phone. I rushed out to get there asap. I have been here many times before and the service has always been great, but today was different.... today was exceptional. I couldn't believe these guys were staying past closing just to help me, someone they don't even know personally. I felt so grateful. Fortunatey, there was minimal damage. After cleaning up the water and replacing the screen, the phone was like new again. Because of me, these two ended getting home a little later last night. Will not hesitate to recommend ScreenWorks! Austin and Jimmy are knowledgeable and AWESOME! I was pretty certain my iPhone 5s battery needed to be replaced as it had been draining pretty quickly. Went to ScreenWorks and Austin cautioned me that there have been recent battery issues with the iPhone 5s and IOS 9+, and that the battery may not be the issue. Decided to was still worth a try to go with a new battery, but after installation, my phone still had the same battery problem. I called ScreenWorks back and Austin offered some suggestions which I tried, but still, it didn't solve my battery issue. I then asked Austin if they could put the original battery back in my phone (which they had saved and tested and determined that it would still work). He said it wouldn't be a problem. After some additional testing and talking with both Austin and Jimmy, it definitely looks like it is a software issue and not the battery. Hoping that a future IOS update will solve the problem. Jimmy put my original battery back in, they REFUNDED me my money and offered additional suggestions to try that I had not done. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! When my iPhone DOES need a battery replacement (it IS 2+ years old), I'll definitely be heading back to ScreenWorks! read more

While visiting family in California, my cell phone decided to break. My charge port completely gave out. I dropped my phone off at Screenworks to be repaired. They put in a very good effort to repair the problem for me. After multiple attempts to fix my phone it was obvious that it was done for. We were able to come to an agreement on a replacement phone that I could afford and worked with the Sim card I had in my old phone. Which meant no traveling home without one. The staff was very friendly and patient with my lack of knowledge about technology. I am satisfied with my new phone and grateful for the trustworthy staff and my experience with them. This place is good, but not excellent. I had my cracked iphone repaired by these guy's. They fixed my issue of the cracked screen, but I had to go back 3-4 times because my touch screen was all messed up due to texting.. On my last visit, one of the guy's made sure that when I left, my phone would not give me any more issues. He fixed my problem, so I was happy. If you are looking to get your iphone touch screen repaired right away, you might wanna look somewhere else. These guys (specifically Austin and Jimmy)are the best! I will never go to an Apple Store again. Had a water damaged phone and the Apple Store said they couldn't do anything about getting my data (pics) from the phone and tried to get me to upgrade my phone. Austin was able to not only get my data back (and backed up) but also restored full functionality back on the phone where I can use it. Needed a screen replaced on another phone and Austin did that in a fraction of the time that it would've taken at the Apple Store. Bottom line - come here first and give these guys a try! This place is legit and the workers are friendly and honest! The screen on our Iphone 5S stopped working and we were looking at a couple places but we weren't confident in any place until we called ScreenWorks. ScreenWorks tried to troubleshoot our old Iphone 5S over the phone for free but when they realized that it needed to be brought in for parts-replacement, they told us to come in and fixed it within 30 minutes. I had a problem with my phone not charging and walked in after getting a sandwich next door, the guy fixed it with in a few minutes, it just had debris in the charging hole.
