Took my phone in for repair of reverse camera and voice call not working. Happily they fixed it pretty quickly and it works now, but ended up with a new problem that I didn't have before they repaired it. My iphone was charging just fine before I took it to ScreenWorks, and now it won't hold a charge over 3% and keeps rebooting! Hopefully their warranty covers the damage they did. read more

Screenworks is awesome! I had water damage on my iphone 5, they told me to bring it in immediately. The staff was extremely nice and reassuring. Got my water damaged iphone back in working conditions within 3 business days. And... it works! I just saved hundreds of dollars by getting it fixed by screenworks. Highly recommend!! The service here is great! Really cool staff and they know what they're doing. I cracked my screen and had internal damage and took it to them and within 2 hours got my phone back as good as new. Had I gone to my service provider it would have cost just as much to replace only it would have taken days to get the new phone. Absolutely the only place I will bring my phones or laptop!!! I have been here multiple times and they have always done excellent work and done it quickly. I brought my son's laptop in today and it was a simple quick repair. (Best buy wanted to charge $195 just to figure out what the issue was and that covered absolutely NO repair costs ) The guys here had it opened up and repaired in and hour!!! So I took my Samsung galaxy S3 to these guys, left it there in the evening, and had picked it up the next morning. Picked it up everything seemed to be fine, until I inspected the phone a little further, and I notice that the middle of the phone screen had a blotch like appearance, as if the outer glass was touching the lcd screen or something. So we use the phone for our small business (Square app) and a gentleman I know who came up to us to make a purchase, happens to manage a phone and tablet repair kiosk. So he goes along signing on my phone, and notices the blotch on the screen and asks "hey who did the repair on your phone?" And I answer back "screenworks." He asks me how much they charged, I said $100+tax, he laughed and "100 DOLLARS!" I said yea I thought that was a little steep. Then he breaks it to what was wrong with my screen, apparently he said my screen blotch is what you get when you don't put enough glue, and etc. Basically telling me it was a half ass job. So he offers to fix it for $40, fortunately he was able to take it for me and fix it, for I'm too busy working everyday to make another trip to complain about something that should've been fixed the first time, ESPECIALLY if your charging me $100. Imo I don't think i should've left there to find out later that my screen wasn't placed properly, annnd that the lady who handed it to me did a sort of "okay everything looks good here you go." For $100, that means you know what your doing, and it will be fixed, on the contrary I get a different result. read more

Mangers don't know how to do there job.I Believe that the manager should get fired for not doing his job and for not helping me out how he was suppose to. Far from happy with the quality & service. Being new to this repair company it took 20+ minutes to open my ticket to repair my daughter's tablet screen. I was told they needed to order the part and my repair should be ready in a week. I called after the week was up to get an update and was told they wouldn't even be getting the part for the repair for another 3-5 days. I asked why I didn't get an update by phone or email and there was no reason offered, just that they were waiting on the part. The following night I received an email, text, and VM that it was ready. I went to pick it up the following afternoon and was not impressed! The device had indentations and scratches and dried glue along the edges where the screen had been removed and replaced. $85 for a crappy repair job! I will not be returning; I'm going back to the location in RP located just outside the parking garage. read more

Cheap work, my screen was cheap aftermarket Chinese material. I paid for an original screen and receive a poor imitation screen. It's a shame ! I had to use other workshop and they showed me the bad quality this screen. read more

Don't take your phone to this place , poor customer service, 120 days into screen replacement emailed them , no response! Called them 3 weeks later they charged me 10$ to diagnose btw apple told me if screen works or any third party touch your phone voids waranty! Took in phone to diag they told me screws were missing, which they forgot to put in and that they have switched providers on screens! And now they have life time Waranty, no cracks or no drops on phone just careless and bad install . 1 week and a half later they call me to offer me 10$ off . Really! Don't go here , bad part is manager who promised to resolve issue didn't even call me ! read more

Screenworks repaired my phone twenty days ago but it stopped working again! When I took it back to them to check it out, they insisted it was dropped or damaged by me. I explained it went from working to non working overnight and that it had not been dropped. The first time they charged me $370.00 to replace my screen. They now want to charge me an additional $265.00 to repair it and will not honor their 45 day warranty. I'm glad I went to Samsung's rep in BestBuy as he advised me that he has gotten many complaints regarding this shop and referred me to a better service provider. Bottom line-they should have told me to buy a new phone (the same model is available for $350.00 new). I messed up using them, and should have just got a new phone. They also need to change the name of the shop to "Screen Still does Not Work-no warranty honored". My advice is to go elsewhere. read more

I found this place by walking by. This was my first time repairing an electronic device, so I was kinda worried it wouldn't be the same. I was wrong. They were able to repair my shattered screen for a reasonable price. The cheapest in the surrounding area. The back of my Ipad 2 was bent and warped from the fall it suffered. They did the best they could to repair the back of the Ipad but you can still see obvious signs of damage. The screen itself is like new. All the buttons such as the volume, home button, and power button work flawlessly Besides the obvious signs of damage to the back of my Ipad 2, it works like new with no problems. Friendly staff. Quick and easy. Not too expensive. Came in with a fully shattered iphone 5 and they fixed it in about 30 minutes and it looks like brand new. My family will be using them again if we ever have broken phones but hopefully that isn't the case! read more

I was initially told it'd take about an hour and a half to fix my craxked HTC One screen, I waited 4 to be told it had only been open and the man working was now on break. Once complaining, it was done within 30 mins. The screen is not flush, and can be almost completely lifted, the power button now sticks and only.since having it "repaired," I have issues with static and fuzzy pixels on the screen so bad my phone is now hardly useable. They put a free liquid screen protector on for the wait, but not worth the services. read more

The first time i went to screen works they were great, but a couple months later I had to back for another problem . They said it would take 10 days to fix. After 10 days i hadn't heard from them. I call to find out about my phone. They said it wasn't fixed yet and the person who was working on my phone ( the manager) does not work weekends. It took two weeks to find out that they broke my phone while fixing it. Then it took another two weeks for them to fix it. All the while i was told its almost fixed and the manager would call me to keep me informed (he never did). The worst part was they were gonna charge me full price for their screw up. i eventually got a 10% discount off my bill a whole 9 dollars. DO NOT COME HERE!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. They screwed up my phone and I had to replace it. Apple took the phone, so I couldn't bring it back. They refused to believe that they were at fault and told me to screw off, basically. The employee was rude and was looking at other customers and giving them looks while I was disputing the issue with him. I called him out on it and told him that it was disrespectful to be looking at other people and raising his eyebrows as I was talking and he claimed to not know what I was talking about. He repeatedly told me I couldn't speak to a manager, but I told him I filed a complaint with the BBB, and suddenly the manager was on the phone. The manager was pretty much yelling at me on the phone and said I was full of sh*t and that they weren't going to do anything about it because it was Apple's fault, even though the phone stopped working almost as soon as I got it back from Screenworks. read more

The nice thing I can say about this place is they have a nice staff but that's all I've got. I broke my screen on my iPhone 5 and took it in to have it replaced. It was $150 to replace the screen and the glass. I was leaving town so they were very nice and pushed my repair ahead of the other ones they had and had it finished in 15 minutes which I greatly appreciated. I then left town and within an hour my home button stopped working. I took it back and they repaired it for free. It's now been a little over a week since they fixed the home button and now it's not working again. I will not be taking it back there to get it repaired because I doubt it will be fixed properly. I also took my iPad to get the glass replaced. That is now acting up and just turns on and off on its own now. I don't recommend this. Take your expensive electronics somewhere that you know you won't have to use their warranty every weekend. read more

I will start with the positives. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the price seems to be right. The problem is they have not done good work on two separate items I needed fixing. I needed my shattered iPad 2 screen replaced. I checked with several other local companies and ScreenWorks was the cheapest. They did the job in a couple of hours. However, once I returned home, I found that my home button was not functioning as it should. I had to push the button several times or push down extremely hard for it to work. This had not been an issue prior to having the screen replaced. I took it in and they said they would fix it. I was surprised that it got to me not working in the first place but oh well. They acknowledged that it was not working right and said they would take care of it. It has been in four times now. The home button still does not work at all. They have been very helpful and there has never been an issue with me bringing it in each time. However, they don't know how to fix it properly. I almost wish I had just gone to the Apple store and had them just give me a new iPad 2 for $200, plus tax. My brother just had his replaced there. Apple just gives you a new or refurbished iPad 2. I now have a iPad 2 with a home button that doesn't work and a warranty that is void. Against my better judgement, I took my daughters iPod Touch 4th gen, in to have the screen fixed. It was cheaper than most places at $89 but when after I had it home for a couple of hours, the screen started peeling off. The home button also moved back and forth. It was shoddy workmanship to say the least. They were polite and helpful when I took it back in but I'm tired of going back in. Apparently, I am a slow learner. I would not recommend ScreenWorks for fixing your Apple products. There are so many iPhone repair shops around, I'm sure there are others which will do a much better job. read more

Very scammish I went into fix my phone screen The galaxy S7 edge, over the phone price I was told to fix the phone was $320when I went in person the price change to $350 with a $50 deposit, whatever.. so I left the phone & the deposit. when it was finally fixed a week later I received a call my total came out to $374 but because I left a $50 deposit my balance was now 324 when I went into pick up my phone the "manager" said my total was $399 & with taxes comes out to $450. Seriously? He was definitely trying to make his lunch money, he must've thought I was born the night before. I advised him the prices I was told to begin with as well as the fact that a family friend actually works at their other location & said $350 is a bit pricey, but no more than that. The scam us part to me is the fact that they have said many different prices and that the last person I checked out with tried to jerk me. I would never go back here & would recommend for you all to go elsewhere read more
