Their singles section is another highlight with lots of $1-15 cards to dig through. Prices of singles are variable but fair compared to what you see online. Dude had me waiting 2 hours in the general area wasting my time cause he didn't call me. They will never call you when your device is done they will never inform you or keep you updated. MOST importantly dude rushed to do the device cause he saw I was irritated the iPad screen does not sit flush it's lifted up on one side he said "oh it's cause the ribbons underneath. The screen didn't work in certain areas. Bro lemme be honest with you if your looking for a place to not take accountability for a place to gaslight you on why the repair wasn't done properly and for a place to not communicate with you go to this place. To the dude who did the repair Like just be up front idk how to repair this. Save us the time brah. Came here for several years spent over 5,000 dollars over 10 phones even baught a few off them. Jacob was super friendly and would get us in super fast and acknowledged that we were loyal customers and handled all there mistakes to the point where we always cane back. Got a new battery 6 months ago it was not working betime we got home so we drove down next day ofcourse they fixed there mistake like always im happy. 6 months later the battery in the phone is having the same problem we call to get it handled and this time we get a rude person on the phone saying we only have an iphone 13 in the system we tell him weve been customers for years we have spent hella money and know theres over 15 phones under the name ashley hopkins because when we went there a year ago someone actually pulled up our profile and showed us how much money weve spent with them. I was met with nothing but attitude i said ill call back when jacob is in because he has known and delt with us for years. I was then told goodluck jacob dosnt work here anymore which then i said ok i will be coming in to talk to the manager and leave a review of how we have been treated this phone call and he then replied hahah im the manager. Im glad he told me on the phone because i was still gonna give them my buisness just thought i got a bad employee or new employee but now they will never receive my buisness again. 5-8 years of having them fix mine, my 6 kids, and my familys phones. Awful experience. Do NOT use this place. I called on a Sunday and was quoted $200 to have my screen replaced and they told me they would also put on a screen protector for free since I was a first-time customer and that I'd have a 30 day warranty in case of any issues. That sounded good (or so I thought) so I chose to have my phone repaired there. Well the screen never worked right... pretty soon after I drove away I began to realize the screen was glitchy/not reacting well to touch. I didn't have time to go back the same day so I texted them the following day that I was having issues with the screen glitching/not reacting to touch - I didn't receive a response. So, I returned in person to the store the following weekend so they could fix the glitchy screen. They looked at it and said, oh your screen has a crack, sorry but that means it's out of warranty. I said, but it has a screen protector - it's it just the protector that's cracked? They said, no there is no screen protector. Thats when I realized they never put one on despite using that as a selling point for me to choose them for my screen repair. So, I never got what I paid for (never had a working screen, and never had a screen protector placed). They basically ripped me off for $200. read more

When I took 4 phones it took over three weeks to get them back. They do not communicate and I had to call to get any information. When I asked for them to call me they did not. I expressed my discontent to the Manager David and he stood there. I would NOT recommend this place. Took my iPhone 11 Pro in for a screen replacement. They replaced the screen quickly and even gave me a free screen protector, (which came in handy later). Dave did a great job bringing my computer back to life. He let me know my options, I could go with the original hard drive or a slightly better replacement or I could get an SSD installed which will cost more but is still cheaper than buying a new computer and can save me money in the long run. Ever since this place has opened a couple years ago I have been a loyal customer to this store. Once again my loyalty to this place was rewarded. I took in my LG V20 to repair the rear camera due to it being cracked when I dropped it onto the floor. Not only did they give me a fair and reasonable price for fixing the phone, but they were able to repair that very same day! I was so impressed and delighted with their repair work (my cellphone looked like it was new again). Of course a business can only well with good employees behind the counter and I David was the best man for the job. David was very knowledgeable and caring for his customers! What an awesome dude. I was to leave early Wednesday morning for my backpacking trip. A trip that I had been planning for over a year. The two gentlemen working were very friendly & helpful. They told me if we order the part by 5pm they should receive it by Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
