The service is kickback personable and helpful. Great alternative to the big box stores. Limited selection of course, for obvious reasons. They have TV repair as well. Was told multiple times that it was only going to be a few days for our TV to come in. 30 days later, still no TV and had to call the cops and a lawyer to get a refund. This is by far the most unprofessional company we have ever worked with. The owner offered to fix defective tvs that were sold as "new open box" but greeted us with foul language, smoking a cigarette in and out of his business then had the nerve to tell us we were lying about the issues even though they were verified by his staff. 1 tv would turn off after 10 minutes, 1 tv had buttons that didtnt work, 1 tv had a gouge out of the screen, 1 tv had what they said was "an LED that was out", 1 tv had a cracked bezel with a chunk missing, all were scratched pretty bad. They blamed shipping but the boxes were not damaged and the missing piece was not in the box. we dropped $3200 in this store and we regret every penny of it. Do yourself a favor spend a little more money and shop anywhere else but here. Dont waste your time with this guy. He's a joke! Went back to the store for the 3rd time and again they had no cords so this other gentlemen thought he was fooling me and ran to back and just shaved the cord to make it fit into the tv and thought I wasn't going to notice it being shaved.. and had the nerve to still tell me if the "appearance of the cord is so important to you, you can come back on Friday." Low priced tvs which is great but after experiencing this and seeing how they treat the tvs I regret purchasing my tv from there rather pay full price next time and get the right cord and not a scratched tv. read more

I just purchased a 55" LG LED TV for $500.00 out the door. NO TAX. He included a warranty and if anything went wrong he would fix it or give us the same quality. Do not judge a book buy the cover. The male salesman, was very friendly. I told him the name of my friend who purchased hers there and he immediately looked up the tv and asked if I would want the same tv for the same price he would do it. The TVs are refurbished but great quality and he knows what he is talking about. He is a honest guy that will show you all TVS he has available. He will turn them on and leave them on to show you the quality and difference. If they have anything like scratches or damages he will turn on the tv and show you what is wrong and why. I'm giving this place two stars simply because their employee, Adam, worked to make this unhappy customer happy. Bought a t.v in July, 18. The tv broke down 3xs, screen went lay completely black with only audio. Every time, the shop repaired it for free. The only problem was that they always kept the tv for close to 2 weeks! When I'd call for the status, they tell me they'd check into it and would not return my calls! The manager is a joke. He's only there 1 day a week (if any). The manager does not care about his customers or employees. He leaves his employees 'hanging' since he doesn't even return their calls or messages. The 4x my tv broke, they kept it for over a week with no updates on the repair. Took the afternoon off to talk to the manager on the one day he was scheduled to be in the shop. I show up and was told he would not be in. Adam finally worked with me on replacing my TV. Adam is respectful and has great customer service skills. Let's start off with the best thing about this company and that would be their price on TVs. Now to bash them for what they're worth. This company told us they were going to have a TV there in two weeks. And this was just around Thanksgiving. The gift was intended to be a Christmas gift for our father. We were Led on to believe it would being in on time. But it never arrived and we were unable to give the gift at Christmas time. Now being a few days after Christmas we are being told it would be in about the second week of January. (A month later than original due date)They did offer a refund to purchase something else in the store. I paid in full on Black Friday for a 55in TV I was issued a rain check as they stated it would only be about a week 2 a week and a half before they got some more in we'll two weeks past I kept calling nothing, very short very rude kept saying oh we'll get more in in the following week that week passed I asked for my money back they said they do not give refunds not until we threatened to go to the Fresno Bee about them did I get a call that same day stating my TV would be in between 5:45 and 6 grant called me at 5 I told him I will be in the next day to pick it up when I got there at 10 as soon as it opened they didn't have my name down but they just so happen to have a 55 in the store.. it was almost a month after I paid for it that I got it.. I brought it home of course it was a different box then the TV a different brand. didn't give me no cord with it and find out this was somebody else's TV for the fact that it has somebody's Netflix and Hulu account already activated ..my understanding a open box means that the box was somehow damaged I never knew it meant a used TV that someone had and brought back.. lesson learned I wouldn't recommend them at all!!! very unprofessional read more

Don't waist your time or you money here. 1st off they do not even have a business license and the staff is so unprofessional here it is crazy they are still even open. I bought a TV from them that claim was new. With 4 months the tv burnt out. However, they said that it comes with a year warranty so I took the tv to get repaired. After over a month of the tv being there around 30+ phone calls and visits in they could not tell me the status of my repair. Eventually I took the tv back and a month and it was not repaired. If the part they need isn't cheap on eBay they will take as long as they want to fix the tv under the warranty the guy told us it could take a year if the part doesn't come on eBay for the price they want to pay but if it's there over the year the warranty would no longer be good. Don't waist your time these guys deserve to be in jail for amount they rip people off and sell you "new TVs" that are almost always missing remotes or power cords. read more

My brother got a sweet deal on a 60" tv n recommended it to us. We checked it out at their old location and he offered us a good deal. We still weren't sure (since these are open-box, display models), so we noted the model number n specs of the TV n went off to other stores for comparison. The TV was a 55" LED Samsung Smart TV. This model was selling new for something like $1100-1300 (we checked best buy, wal mart, amazon, and target). After we checked target, we called them back and said we'd buy it for $500. He accepted, we went over and picked it up, and is now our main tv in our living room. 8 months later and still works like a charm. We went back today (at their new, current location) for a wall mount. Saw the exact same wall mounts at best buy for 49.99 and 99.99 at the tv shop for $15 and $20, respectively. Of course we took it! Our other tv is now mounted in our game room. Love this place. Recommended to a friend earlier and he also bought a tv from them. read more

The TV Shop put an ad out in Fresno Bee's Black Friday edition for Xmas 2013, and looking at the prices of their products and offering a rain check if the product was unavailable, I thought I would shop there. I did buy a TV, and yes, several others bought one as well on that black Friday...but I was...and STILL am disappointed with my experience. OK, here is a summary...and it's rather long (sorry); I paid $199 for a 40 LCD (very reasonable), salesman issues a rain check assuring me "guaranteed to arrive for Christmas". It did arrive, the very last minute, on Christmas Eve. I arrive to pick the thing up...no remote control. "You can come back for the remote when I get them shipped to me, or just use a universal remote" the salesman told me. Fine, whatever, just give me the TV and I will deal with it later. The TV is brought home and works great when placed in my bedroom. OK, now five weeks passes (still no remote as promised) and the TV develops issues that require a repair. I'm one week out of warranty that they provide, but have to return it because the sound from the TV stops working. I demonstrate the issue with the TV in their shop and a repair tag is written by the salesman. Since the remote control never arrived, I demand it be repaired free and I will just forget about ever getting a remote...he agrees to that term, takes the TV from me gives me the claim check. I am on the phone weekly since then, checking on the status (NO, they WILL never call you with an update), and finally a month later am told parts are not available for a repair, however they will replace it with another TV, this IS of course, "when one arrives tomorrow". So, I continue to call weekly....now nearly 5 months later since all this started....and the same response each time... "Should have a TV for you later today or tomorrow". Uh huh, yup, whatever. Same old story with these guys. I'm still waiting for that TV. Maybe by black Friday 2014 you think? I hope the crowd of people with me that day and were issued rain checks had better experiences, but reading reviews on the internet (which I should have done before visiting these guys), one would think not. Honestly, stay away from this business. Read the reviews here and on other webpages. Decide for yourself. I'm out $200 and stare at a blank TV shelf. read more

We bought two 40 inch TVs prior to Black Friday and was told that we can pick up on Black Friday. The TVs were unavailable and sold and customer service person told us that they would be in on the 29th... and to be expecting a phone call. He said to wait for next rain check. In mid december, got a call about my tv. Went to pick it up. The tv got an corner chip. He used the old story about factory storage damage. Brought tv home anyways and there wasnt any screws holding the back panel frame. Call grant for a return. And decide to wait for the next available tv. Been too long and still nothing. Call grant up for a refund to buy a tv elsewhere for my dad who need a tv to keep himself calm and keep him from wondering outside. Grant didnt even care about dad problems. As long as he got my money. Trying to get money back. But he said all sale finals. And i was like, i never got my tv so how can it be final. And I was given the option to pay then or later when i deposit my 270$. So he said i can get store credit to buy other TV which price are above my budget. If im going to buy a 500$ TV i would of gone to best buy. Made multiple phone calls like for a refund. And he said he have to email the store owner. Been 2 weeks going onto 3.
