Not a honest Company Owner took a advantage of a elderly female she took her vacuum here to get serviced for a week when the owner carried it to car but she thought let me look at it she notice her vacuum didn't look the same and the bag was on incorrectly and it was scratched up. A throwback to simpler times when people valued your patronage, wanted to provide exemplary service and cared about meeting their customers' needs. I brought my Bissell vacuum cleaner - plus the filter and filtering tray that were detached and I figured needed to be replaced after years of use - into the store and asked if they could show me if I have all the parts I needed to resecure them back on the filtering system. Additionally, I asked if the replacement parts I ordered directly from the vendor were incorrect (they were). They told me I did not need to replace anything but just needed to clean the sponge that filters in all the dust and debris with warm water and everything will be as good as new. They also told me that the parts the vendor sent me were not the right ones for my old vacuum cleaner and I should therefore return them. Before they handed my vacuum cleaner back to me, they made sure to do a thorough courtesy check of the parts. I also noticed the filter and filtering tray were securely refastened at no charge. I laughed at the owner Paul's dry sense of humor, "that will be a $100 please." The guys will be more than happy to take to time to inspect your machine and engage you in a good conversation. They never seem to be in a hurry, are super friendly and love what they do. Most of their competitors make it very inconvenient and impersonal. Whether you utilize Yelp or go directly to their website (if they have one), it always starts with filling out your information so they can send you a quote. This process bypasses the need to address questions, general or more specific. But often, this is all you really need. Usually, it does not even provide the option to speak to a live person or get a courtesy follow-up call. Cost Less Vacs specializes in Dyson, Kirby, Oreck and Cirrus professional grade cleaners, services most steam and carpet cleaners, and sells new and reconditioned cleaners at a fair price. I took my vacuum in stating that the suction when the brush roller is off is not optimal. They took a look at it, gave me a new filter for free, and stated that should help and that there is nothing wrong with my vacuum cleaner. I really appreciated the free filter, and I also liked the fact that they were honest with me and didn't just try to charge me the repair cost of $85 when they saw nothing wrong with it. read more

I was going to get my old commercial Oreck repaired at a really reasonable price, but I ended up buying a much lighter vacuum that I can handle and use much more easily. This use to be my go to place for vac repairs sadly it's not like it use to be. I showed up to drop off my Vac waited outside because they opened late, was told they would call later that day for a quote in repairs 2 days later I finally called to follow up the gentleman I spoke to explained they were backed up with several repairs in front of mine which is fine if they could have explained that when I dropped it off. Finally 3 days later I receive a call to pick up the repaired vac with a cost of $85. Not what it use to be and apparently Clovis needs additional stores to go these kind of repairs.
