I want to say how impressed I was with Valley Pro Appliance repair. Jose 's business ethics, integrity, professionalism and willing to go the extra mile with customer service is "STELLAR". My dryer was making this dreadful loud noise making my anxiety flare-up. Upon arrival Jose informed me that he already knew what the problem to dryer was by me sending him a video of dryer making that horrific noise. He opens up the dryer inspected the areas of concern that the noise was coming from and sure enough it was confirmed what parts he thought were failing needed replacement. He made sure to include me with his diagnosis so, that I had a clear understanding of what was wrong with dryer. Jose informed me that when replacing parts, he uses OEM parts never uses aftermarket parts. Jose was kind to give me the packages to replacement parts when installing new parts to dryer so, that I could see they are authentic not generic. He told me he makes sure his jobs are done correctly the first time so, that customers like me are extremely satisfied with the process leaving a positive experience. He took a quick look at two different appliances and knew exactly what we were dealing with. We have a tempered glass stovetop in our home that cracked. I contacted three-repair businesses for price comparison. The first was Valley Pro Appliance repair and he had great customer service skills. He requested the model number and pictures that I provided through text. He then let me know that the cost could be around $900 for the stovetop replacement or through sears direct website if in stock $599 plus labor. I appreciated his honesty and the information provided to check the website thru sears direct. The second appliance company also requested the model number and later contacted me that it was over $900 for the stovetop replacement or to replace the entire unit, he did not quote for the labor. The third appliance company would inspect the stove for $125 and provide information on what the cost would be to replace the part. I chose Valley Pro Appliance because they were helpful, honest and had the best quality customer service. I was able to order the replacement part from the website provided by Valley Pro Appliance. I contacted Jose from Valley Pro Appliance and he came out to replace the tempered glass stovetop. He was very thorough replacing the stovetop and switching the burners to the new glass top. Jose allowed me time to clean underneath the stove, which needed a bit of cleaning from dust and particles. I was very thankful for him allowing me that time.
