To diagnose the problem it took about 15 min max. Most of the work was already done as part of the diagnostic and all that needed to be done was to clip on the new igniter for the oven. I looked up the part and not even the OEM part was that high of a cost. I didn't quite see the value of the diagnosis or the quote. Once I declined the quote demeanor changed a bit. Didn't find the quote to be fair and I was not satisfied with the result. Now I gotta replace it myself, I'm not paying for another 15 min diagnosis. UPDATE: I replaced the igniter myself. Literally took me about 10 mins to replace. All I had to do was clip the new one in. A YouTube video saved me hundreds. Some of these repairmen overvalue their expertise I guess. Glad I didn't pay the outrageous price for such a simple job especially since I knew what the problem was be before the diagnosis.

With my busy work schedule it was hard to set up a time because they open only Monday-Friday 8-5, closed weekends. My work schedule is also the same. First appointment, Charles came out early. He had to schedule another appointment because he had to order a part for my dishwasher. The part came within 3 days for my dishwasher. The time frame he comes are 3 hour increments. Which is kind of hard having to wait. 1st appointment, he came right at 8am. The second appointment was to install the part, I only waited a little over 1 hour before he showed up. Once he installed the piece, he waited a few minutes to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore. By night time, my dishwasher was leaking. I called after hours, their office called me right at 8am the next day to schedule an appointment for him to come back out. 3rd appointment, their office did a special appointment for us and came 30 mins. before they opened. Charles came out and worked on it for hours. He wasn't able to figure out the problem. He said we would have to buy a new dishwasher. He offered to refund us our money for the part and when we ordered a new dishwasher he will install it for us. He even hauled off the old broken one for us. For our 4th appointment, he installed the dishwasher and now it's working perfectly. Charles was very professional and friendly. We definitely recommend this company and would use them again for any appliance repairs.
