The fridge we bought at Costco died out on us and the manufacturer's warranty expired. Thanks to my brilliant thinking, the credit card that was used has an extended warranty for it. Steven came out and gave us a very detailed and professional estimate for the repairs. The credit card company authorized the warranty claim, and we got a new fridge and saved thousands of dollars. The other appliance and repair company that was recommended by Air Worthy screwed us over by giving us a rushed estimate with no quotes, and we were out of $100 SMDH. Give Steven a call at Appliance Repair Solutions, you can thank me later.

The technician, Ryan, was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. Diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what was wrong in a way that actually made sense, and had it fixed the same day. No runaround, no "we'll have to order a part and come back in two weeks." Just solved it. The pricing was fair and transparent. They told me what it would cost before doing anything which I really appreciated. No surprise charges at the end. Licensed, locally owned, and you can tell they actually care about doing the job right. The response quality being rated excellent on here is accurate, its not just a badge. Appliance problems are stressful and finding someone reliable in Fresno can be hit or miss. AA Rapid took all the stress out of it. Saving their number for next time something breaks, which in my apartment, will definitely happen.

I can't recommend this company enough!…read more The Rapid Repair team fixed my dryer, a few weeks ago. As Anthony, my technician and owner of Rapid Repair, was leaving I mentioned that our freezer had stopped making ice and was leaking water both inside and outside. This is when I found out that Anthony's is certified and licensed specifically to repair refrigerators and freezers! We made an appointment and he came back a few days later and saw that the waterline was clogged and the ice maker motor had gone out. He quickly found the parts and came back a few days later to repair our freezer. The repair took about 45-minutes and stated it was a fairly common issue that happens with just wear and tear; nothing serious. He even helped to reset our water line that was pushing on our condenser fan and make a loud noise every so often. In total, we paid $200 that included parts and labor, which I feel is amazing! Anthony is punctual and gets right to work when he arrives. No chitchat, which I greatly appreciate!

Our washer randomly started leaking (heavily) yesterday. I reached out this morning and he has already come to diagnose. Unfortunately, it's more worth it to replace than repair. I would 100% use him again in the future if we ever have another appliance issue.

Abel seemed like a nice guy. Diagnostic fee was fair but the quote that I was provided after for a…read moresmall repair seemed like I was being overcharged. To diagnose the problem it took about 15 min max. Most of the work was already done as part of the diagnostic and all that needed to be done was to clip on the new igniter for the oven. I looked up the part and not even the OEM part was that high of a cost. I didn't quite see the value of the diagnosis or the quote. Once I declined the quote demeanor changed a bit. Didn't find the quote to be fair and I was not satisfied with the result. Now I gotta replace it myself, I'm not paying for another 15 min diagnosis. UPDATE: I replaced the igniter myself. Literally took me about 10 mins to replace. All I had to do was clip the new one in. A YouTube video saved me hundreds. Some of these repairmen overvalue their expertise I guess. Glad I didn't pay the outrageous price for such a simple job especially since I knew what the problem was be before the diagnosis.

Thankfully he had the part with him and fixed it. By 12:30 I had a working dryer. It was a reasonable amount for labor and parts, $272. We always go looking for other small businesses to support, to help the smaller business person grow and propser. Which is how we found Aaron on Yelp. However in this case we hired Aaron's appliance to repair a washing machine. He charged us $500 for a transmission and a agitator. 3 days after the repairs the washing machine broke. We called Aaron back for the repair and claimed now the clutch was bad and wanted more money. We brought in another repair technician to verify, who said we needed yet another transmission. We relayed this to Aaron, and his response was to try and find another vendor to help us. He offered no refund. Again I don't like to write these negative reviews against another small business. But small businesses ripping off other small businesses is just shameful. I'd think twice before hiring Aaron's appliance repair.
