The sticker on the sink is dated 02/2023 so it was not special order either. Absolutely terrible I would never go back we had to buy another sink elsewhere and are stuck with his old inventory.

After a growing frustration with it, then checking both Next Door and Yelp, I decided to call Ricardo. He was awesome to chat with about the issue. He was willing to drive out to us and check it, and we were willing to pay the service charge. At his suggestion, he had me text him photos, including the model number and serial number. He called me back a few hours later. He had researched the issue and determined original parts are no longer available. (I had researched separately and had come to the same conclusion.) Ricardo added that in his experience, the aftermarket replacement parts are not the same quality and have been problematic. His recommendation was to plan on replacing the refrigerator if we still wanted that capability. No charge for his time. It was a great experience and highly recommend him.

I ordered all my kitchen GE cafe appliances from this place and spent a lot of money because I…read morewanted top notch appliances not home depot appliances and I regret it because they are very unprofessional first I got the wrong fridge then the handles didn't match on all the appliances then there where manufacturer defaults on the dish washer and fridge and they knowingly installed it anyway and didn't say anything then they damaged the side of the fridge when they installed it and blamed it on the contractor there fix for the manufacturer default was to just change the parts out and if that wasn't bad enough only a week in now the ice maker is producing black ice and they are still refusing to replace it I definitely would not ever use this place they also did something similar to this to a friend of mine they are crooks
