Called the store over this issue and they had a GE tech come to house to check the burner; he was not very good and had an attitude and have to order the part, felt like a run-around. Called store again to explain situation, they sent out a 2nd tech. This time was a totally different story! He was much more professional, had the part with him to boot and took care of the problem with the burner. New stove, defective switch for that burner. With my busy work schedule it was hard to set up a time because they open only Monday-Friday 8-5, closed weekends. My work schedule is also the same. First appointment, Charles came out early. He had to schedule another appointment because he had to order a part for my dishwasher. The part came within 3 days for my dishwasher. The time frame he comes are 3 hour increments. Which is kind of hard having to wait. 1st appointment, he came right at 8am. The second appointment was to install the part, I only waited a little over 1 hour before he showed up. Once he installed the piece, he waited a few minutes to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore. By night time, my dishwasher was leaking. I called after hours, their office called me right at 8am the next day to schedule an appointment for him to come back out. 3rd appointment, their office did a special appointment for us and came 30 mins. before they opened. Charles came out and worked on it for hours. He wasn't able to figure out the problem. He said we would have to buy a new dishwasher. He offered to refund us our money for the part and when we ordered a new dishwasher he will install it for us. He even hauled off the old broken one for us. For our 4th appointment, he installed the dishwasher and now it's working perfectly. Charles was very professional and friendly. We definitely recommend this company and would use them again for any appliance repairs.

The process was so painless thanks to the excellent customer service. I appreciated being welcomed as soon as I arrived. The gentleman asked me what I was looking for and showed me several options. It didn't take long to select the two different slabs I wanted. The helpful woman at the counter took the measurements my contractor had sent me with and within minutes I had an invoice. I was able to pay by credit card and confirmed they would call me when the slabs were in and ready for pickup which they did. The remodel was stalled due to this or that...and the granite had to stay at the center for almost a month past the date I said I needed them. No problem. No extra charge. I was so happy! When the contractor was ready to pick them up, Granite Center called to confirm that this was my contractor, and he picked them up no problem. My new countertops are fabulous.
