I ordered all my kitchen GE cafe appliances from this place and spent a lot of money because I wanted top notch appliances not home depot appliances and I regret it because they are very unprofessional first I got the wrong fridge then the handles didn't match on all the appliances then there where manufacturer defaults on the dish washer and fridge and they knowingly installed it anyway and didn't say anything then they damaged the side of the fridge when they installed it and blamed it on the contractor there fix for the manufacturer default was to just change the parts out and if that wasn't bad enough only a week in now the ice maker is producing black ice and they are still refusing to replace it I definitely would not ever use this place they also did something similar to this to a friend of mine they are crooks read more

Our while experience has been terrible. They installed a dishwasher for my parents, but it never worked correctly, so we contacted the company asking for repairs. After several weeks of back and forth, the repairman came out and ordered parts to replace it. Parts were backordered, which I understand is not their fault, but we were never informed or updated, and had to rely on calling daily, then weekly, to get any info at all. Finally the repairman said he would come by on a given date, then didn't show. Called every few days & finally got a response a while month later. Scheduled again. No show again. Currently on hold with the company to get more answers, hopefully, but the entire process has been completely unprofessional and I would never go through this company again. Such a hassle. read more

I told them I would come that day and pay. Later, I was contacted and advised to wait to pay until they could secure a delivery date. We were so pleased with the whole process. We needed a counter depth refrigerator because of the configuration of our kitchen in our new home. After talking to Anson about my situation he recommended a Thermador 36" range with a 1200 CFM inline blower for the hood. Since my budget was tight he sold us the floor model at a large enough discount that we could afford the hood. The installers were very professional. Well, it's been about 2 years since our remodel was completed. And much has happened. First, the general contractor no longer works directly for KK. He has his own company, and they do excellent general contracting work. I highly recommend him. Now, the second part... We purchased "high-end" appliances that were "demos" including two Gaggenau dishwashers, a Thermador double convection wall oven and a new Induction cooktop. We also purchased a "lower end" Frigidaire counter-depth fridge and freezer. Ironically, the only appliances that we haven't had to have service calls for have been the Frigidaire brand. Based on experience thus far, I would never purchase a Thermador product again. They are grossly overpriced and unreliable at best. Some of the performance gimmicks that sold us initially have long since lost their shine. We are now past the warranty period, and are dreading the bill for the next service call. Anyway, we have learned yet again that more money invested does not necessarily equate to better quality and reliability. read more

Joe F. must have been somewhere else. There is not a snob in this place. And, to my knowledge they don't have any women salespeople. Family run, with 2 sons being the main salespersons, Preston and Ansen. Anyway, I had the PLEASURE of working with KKDI to create my dream kitchen at our new home - inside and an outside bbq kitchen too. They beat all competition as far as pricing, design and product knowledge. Plus, getting all components into my kitchen on the construction budget was a task in itself. (If you have built or done a remodel you know what I'm talking about here, the project can take on a life of its own and yikes, you are stunned $$ wise....) Well, Preston made it work. That was over 1 year ago (moved Oct 2012) and currently I need an adjustment on one item. I emailed Preston, and he is coming out to personally make the adjustment for me next week. Amazing service, pleasant to work with, great products. I couldn't ask for more, and absolutely love both of my kitchens thanks to Preston and the KKDI team!!! I was looking to remodel our kitchen for a few months and had so much difficulty finding the appliance I wanted and a company who could do everything A to Z. First of all, let me start off by saying my one star rating is too too generous...Here is my horror story with Kustom Kitchens. We did a remodel of our kitchen, new flooring and added a commercial grade range to the island. A cook top was already in place, but we wanted a higher end appliance. My husband who is a general was referred to Kustom Kitchens by a friend. My husband was treated as a second class citizen. Anson was rude and unprofessional. He gave my husband the specs for the stove so that the cabinet could be placed, but NEVER came out and saw the placement or what the gas or electric hook up was like. Stove and downdraft were bought and paid for. We were waiting on delivery. FINALLY after 4 weeks of waiting, the installation guys came and discovered that the downdraft that was ordered wasn't compatible with my stove and the specs on the cabinet. I was FLOORED...I had gone 4 weeks without a cook top and was now being told that it wouldn't work. First we were told that the entire gas line and electrical line would have to be moved...this after having the new flooring installed. We had bare cement floors for 2 weeks, but as I said in the beginning, Anson never came out to see what the placement or hook up was like. Anson, however, told me and my husband that it would work and they would place the range as soon as possible. One day later, I was told that it wouldn't work. That the range wouldn't fit and couldn't be placed. Completely frustrated, disgusted, and angry, my husband turned to another construction crew to help with the job. They were able to re-route the gas and electrical line making it possible for the range to fit. Once Anson was informed that this was completed, one last phone call was made to arrange or figure out when they would come and install the stove (because if you don't have Kustom Kitchens do it, the warranty is void) only to be told that he had no idea we were ready for installation and he hung up on my husband. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I will go out of my way to make sure that NO ONE ever uses them. Our friend that referred us is also in the construction business and I sure hope that he doesn't send any business their way. I have never in my life dealt with more unprofessional, rude, disrespectful people in my life. Did I mention that it was all bought and paid for at the time. Even the down draft and the installation. Which only took about 11 minutes, once they finally came out. Never Never Never will I use such an unprofessional company. read more

Went with my wife to look into getting a high-end range hood, and the ridiculously over-dressed sales lady, who was busy gossiping with someone, didn't even acknowledge us, though they did move their gossip into another part of the showroom, so it's not like she didn't know we were there.
