So, LG all in one washer & dryer are a scam.They destroyed $1000.00s of clothes, I tried to return it.But needs within 48 hrs. LOL, So they said your SOL, and pass the problem to LG. Tech came out, he couldn't figure it out. Whoever heard of doing laundry on a half of load for over 7 hours? We tried numerous settings, still destroyed our clothes. Came to get our Christmas tree like we have every year, the store was open until 10 tonight. It's the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We and a few other families and are turned away from the Christmas tree lot at exactly 8pm because they said it's closed. Nowhere online or otherwise is it posted that the tree lot hours are different than the store hours. Two workers tell us the store manager wants them to enforce an early closure of the tree area. We have gotten our tree at Home Depot every year for almost 10 years. All of the families that got turned away went to Lowe's instead. read more

Home Depot is the place for all your home project needs, but make sure you have an idea of what you are going in for because help is not always around/available. We recently went to Home Depot to order an above range microwave. We got to the appliance department and a staff member was with a customer. We waited for a little and looked at the options we had. After about 10 minutes, I then asked a staff member in carpet/tile if there was someone who could help us in appliances (he was sitting, waiting for something to print) and he said, "hmm hold on" and proceeded to walk around the entire appliance area just to come back and tell us "the person in appliances is with a customer." Since we didn't know how long that was going to take (there is no take a number situation, or take a pager, or wait list so you can estimate when your turn to be helped is), we pulled up the information on the unit online. We found the unit and also decided to pull the trigger on the matching oven range. This allowed us to get free delivery directly to our home. We were able to select or decline the protection plan in our online order too. So after all, it really wasn't all the important for us to actually go into the store, since we did all the work ourselves. I know that's how a lot of things are now a days and I'm sure some folks prefer that. But I hope that the store realizes that they could be losing in store sales due to lack of customer service or even just a lack of a system to wait for customer service. We would have waited if we knew how long we were going to wait for. But without knowing how many people were ahead of us or how long they were going to take, that is hard. read more

I came to this Home Depot on Clovis and Shaw several times with the dude and one time with my older niece. The older niece was thrilled to come to the garden center as she was able to help me pick out some plants for my Fall/Winter garden and plus I needed a Parsley plant. Anywho, we arrived about an hour before closing and the older niece was excited to pick out 3 small plants for our gardening activities. We were greeted by staff and made our way to the Garden section. So many plants to choose from. We both were having a ball so I forgot to take pictures except for one. We got about six flowers of different colors ranging from White, pink, red and yellow. Since my Yellow Marigolds were not blooming yet I wanted a pop of color (presently I have so many yellow flowers the bees will love it when it's their season again) Anywho, we got about 8 plant containers as my other previous plants were out growing their home and I needed to move them ASAP and the plant containers were very affordable and in different colors. Since it was around Halloween they had decor out for that holiday and creepy items that is scary for the niece and me! Anywho, I love coming to the garden center and very educational for the niece and our gardening project was a success! Only one plant died out of the 4 which is not too bad and my parsley plant went from 2 stems to over 20 in about 2 months or less. Seriously don't know what I'm going to do with all the fresh parsley xD Great quality items! Will be plant hopping soon again closer to spring! I was in the door knob aisle and it was closed. Christian was up on his forklift chair lift and he saw me. Immediately he told me to come in. I wasn't sure about it until he got down and opened the aisle for me as he was already finished. He helped me find the right door knob for an old house my sister had and we didnt know it was a Schlange. Christian was very polite, courteous and above all respectful kind and quick. He helped me rekey the doorknob I wanted to purchase and he also made an extra key for me. Christian was very patient as every single colleague and manager called him what seemed every single minute. He kept telling every single co-worker who called him that he needed 10 minutes. Yet, it was every minute someone called him and he wasn't angry or agitated at all. He kept answering his work phone device and kept explaining that he was working on a rekey until about the 7th call they left him alone. He was done rather quickly less than 10 minutes. I finally called to remind them I was here, but have been on hold for half an hour and haven't been able to get ahold of anyone. I've now been here a a solid HOUR... Nursery services were the only exception to this review. The gentleman working the area was very friendly which made the whole situation much better considering the inside staff was subpar. The in store customer service was lacking cashiers to pay for the items from the nursery department. I was forced to walk inside to pay for items from the nursery dept as they closed the doors early. Arrived around 6:10 pm- 3 customer service associates hanging around in the customer service area. Ask to see if my orders ready. "Your order is not ready yet"- says a customer service associate, followed by silence.. Strange, not an offer to get the order ready or see if someone can get the order ready. Asked for a manager, then asked the manager if they wanted me to pick my order myself, because apparently getting a 3 item pickup order ready in 4 hours is not doable. Maybe they are short staffed with 3 people getting in their mandatory hang out time in. I suggest training your customer service associates on how to provide even decent customer service, and having your pickup orders ready in a decent amount of time. read more

I checked online which indicated the store had one I stock. I called; spoken to an employee in the BBQ section. Informed me they had one. My wife an I high tailed there and made our purchase; along with the cover and bag of pellets. I could have asked Depot to have it assembled but I'm a handy guy. I flip homes and buy my appliances here , the issue is am having is i have recently bought 2 Frigidaire refrigerators and have Nothing but issues. Two weeks ago i call Home depo and of course they refer me to call Frigidaire so i do. I get a guy who you can hardly understand and he sets an appointment. The repair guy comes out the water will Not dispense. He removes Filter and breaks the item that goes around the filter and says i will order you that part. He says other then that it's Fixed. I go back 2 days later i have water all over my new wood Floor and the drawers are full of water? The filter he put in is leaking water everywhere. I call again i get the Very same guy on the phone i tell him what happened. He tells me he will send someone out that Friday ? Its Tuesday now hadn't heard a word? So i call again today the Very same guy tells me its because the previous work order was Closed? He has to reopen the work order, i told him why didn't you do that Last week ? He just keeps going back and forth. Gerold is his name and i ask for a supervisor? I have No one he can let me talk too? So now supposedly someone will be back out this Thursday? I will Not buy a Frigidaire appliance again the other Frigidaire i bought kept saying warm and a bell kept going off. It wasn't warm and after awhile it would stop and then start. Never had these issues with other manufacturers so my suggestion stay away from Frigidaire. read more

In a time where everyone is backlogged, we were able to order and have our carpet installed in less than two weeks! There was a glitch in measurement, but they manned up and took the blame, got the new amount in, and it, too, was installed with no issues. My home is located between this store and the one in Fresno (close to 41), so I go to the store in Fresno as well. Not only did he give me great advice, he labeled in sharpie as a reminder on the box the different assortments as a cheat sheet. Once I purchased the items he pulled out the main drill I purchased to show me how it worked. By far one of the most convenient and worth while purchases I've ever made in home depot. This review is no reflection on my local Home Depot store here in Clovis, CA. I ordered a Curt Weight Distribution hitch through Home Depot online. The hitch was to be delivered to my home by June 29, 2022. When the hitch did not arrive, I called the online Home Depot phone number to enquire about when the hitch should arrive. They informed me then that the hitch was damaged in shipment and was returned to the warehouse. No notice of this fact was sent to me. I only found this out when I questioned them on the phone. This first agent I spoke to about the need for this hitch by that Friday (it was July 4th weekend and the hitch was required to tow my new trailer for the holiday weekend) told me a new hitch would be delivered on Friday but I needed to cancel the first order in order to order a replacement. I did that then the agent informed me that I would not receive the funds from the first hitch for 3-5 business days which meant I could not order the new hitch now and receive it in time for the weekend without spending another $450 for the new order. When I complained he hung up on me. After calling back, speaking to a new agent again about this issue she was to pass me to a Supervisor whom was busy and would return my call. Needless to say The Home Depot never called me back and completely dropped the ball to help me make my holiday weekend. Luckily for me I found another hitch locally at a different store and saved money to boot. At least I learned with this experience that The Home Depot is not interested in solving or helping customers with issues concerning their orders. Good to know going forward. No wonder this store has very little stars. My daughter and I went to get some blocks to finish my project at home. We got to the place where the blocks were and they were almost gone. But they had little bit in the back and so we couldn't reach them. We went to find some help and there was nobody around. There was one employee that passed us by and we ask him but he acted as if he was in the phone only to see that he was not. Then we waited us and another couple that also needed help were just waiting for help. Wasting our time. Then the gentleman that was with the lady offer help and he helped us get the blocks. Thank to him we could get them. They we thanked him and we left them there wait for the help. So we went to get a little fence across the place and so we saw another employee and I asked him to help the couple. So he did but this happened after almost half an hour of waiting. We order a fridge at this specific Home Depot on February 27th 2023, we were informed that the fridge will be delivered on March 2nd, on March 1st I received a call from Home Depot that the vendor did not send my order in so my fridge will be delayed & I would received a call for a new delivery date weighing 48 hours, 3 days passed no calls. I went to Home Depot & asked for a refund I was told by Violet which is the woman that helped me processed the refund on March 3rd 2023, she told me that I'll receive a call & a cash refund within 3 days from March 3rd 2023, I waited until today March 7th 2023, when I got there I explained the situation & was told by the cashier at customer service that it'll be a check that will be mailed to me, I explained that Violet told me that today is the day I would receive my refund & she even wrote a note to proof that today is the day I receive my refund, one of the employee who is an Asian woman who claimed to be the "boss" of the "refund/exchange" department starts to raise her voice at me & continue to disrespect & assume that I was recording which isn't true, I proceed to tell her that I would like to speak to the manager & not her, as soon as the manager named Patrick came he pulled me outside and proceeded to point a sign that says "recording isn't allow" seems like he believed his employees over me & did not care about my refund situation & continue to not help me but argue with me, as soon as I told him "your employees raised their voices at me, that's what caused me to raise my voice back, if they don't respect me they will not get the same energy back" he got quiet, I proceeded to hand him the folder Home Depot provided me with the paperwork's of my order & the processed refund along with Violet's note, as soon as he read the note he got quiet and started yo actually give me information that my refund had actually processed since yesterday & will the check will be mailed to me within 10 business days which will land on March 24th 2023, the same employee which is the same Asian woman that was being very rude & unprofessional came out and yelled "i'm pressing charges" at me in front of Patrick which is her Manager, when I did completely nothing wrong to her besides telling her that I am not speaking to her, I proceeded to tell Patrick to get his employee who is very unprofessional, mind you the refund is a large amount of money that we had paid in cash which is $1628.00 I would understand if the refund was given the day I was told in check however I find it so unfair that I have to keep coming back to Home Depot & not receiving my refund whatsoever & all the employees are giving different informations, including the manager himself. Super unprofessional I will not be going back to this specific Home Depot, let's hope I even receive my refund in the mail like I was told by Patrick the manager. read more

It's been a few days and I am still seething. If you have a project that you are doing yourself, Home Depot is a great place to get your stuff. We ordered a washer and dryer from the appliance area. Home Depot scheduled to deliver and install them and there was no issue. Then we got a text message that they wanted to deliver the washer and dryer between 7AM and 11AM. There was a phone number attached to the text, which I called. I was scheduled to work and would not be home until after 8AM. I wanted to make sure they could not put our delivery as tge 1st one. I called the phone number and got a automated message "no one was available to take your call." The next morning, at 6:30AM, I got a call from the delivery driver. He told me he was on his way and would be at my house in 15 minutes. There was no way I could leave work, and I asked him if it were possible to move my delivery to next, and that I wasn't going to be home until after 8AM. He told me "no". I attempted to get a family member to go to my house, but everyone was still sleeping at 6:30AM. I attempted to call the driver back and the call went to his voicemail, which was full. I get home, and there's a tag on my door "sorry we missed you." My wife was now home and saw and I had to tell her about the conversation I had with the driver at 6:30AM. Being I was pissed, she called the number on the note. The young lady who answered informed her that we would have to schedule another delivery. My wife asked if we could make sure the delivery was later in the day. Instead, the next delivery was a week away, and it would have to be between 7AM and 11AM. The girl on the phone couldn't set up any more specific, nor a later time slot in the day. So, we had to cancel the order. I will not be using Home Depot delivery service ever again. We will be continuing our renovation with other companies, here on out. read more

This experience we had tonight spoke volumes about the type of people that work at this branch. We asked for assistance to open the lumber doors, despite them closing the doors earlier than the close time. They declined and rather us carry long boards of lumber and a heavy load to the self check out instead, so we had to wiggle our way through for that. The gal who denied us help with the lumber door was nice to offer to have someone come out to help load. She paged someone to assist, but no one showed up. Here I am, pregnant and helping my partner load up his truck out in the freezing cold and rain. An employee got off his shift and made eye contact with us, seeing us struggle, but proceeded to hop in his truck to leave instead of assisting us. Meanwhile, there were employees on the floor standing around and conversating. When my partner used to work at this same location, he took the extra time to assist customers and listened to them. Standards went down low here. After dropping $600 in one check out, the least Home Depot could've done was getting someone to assist. read more
