I bought a DELL monitor on sale for 89.00. it is a 27" SE2722H. The non sale price was 220.00, 140.00 off the list price..However I saw the price elsewhere for 149.00 on sale. it's plenty bright the colors are good and it has an antiglare screen. I have it plugged into my laptop and it runs just fine. service at Office Depot was excellent with no hastles. You just can't beat the price. I've worked with many office depot locations for my business. I have to say the people working behind the printing desk are arrogant and dismissive. I think it's rude and unprofessional. Last night Elisabeth Was the person I dealt with and this morning sheyla . On my way out the manager Karla talk to me wanting to know what is going on. Everytime I've come here I was able to find what I needed which is nice since the restaurant is down the street from here. Employees are always a help and know where everything is when I ask which is awesome I also have to say the printing department is awesome as well. It's very convenient to be able to email my order or what I need printed to them and call just to confirm and BAM 30 minutes the order is ready! Great customer service also which is pleasant and makes me want to come back I always receive coupons in the mail as well for numerous things so make sure to sign up for their rewards points program because it's worth it and they don't send you junk mail which I know can be annoying at times. I have no choice. This store has become my closest office supply store since the Office Max at Shaw and West closed. Sigh. Parking is fine. It's easy to get in and out of this area. Lots of stores in this center, including Wal_Mart, but traffic seems to be manageable. Basic supply inventory seems limited and prices are high yet the building is large. Over half of the store is devoted to equipment so I will assume that when I need tech equipment I might be able to find what I want. I appreciate the fact that the store opens at 8 a.m. for early shopping. read more

Its the closest location to me so I choose to come here when I need to ship any packages. I don't know why each time, i'm taken aback by the lame customer service. They're not exactly rude but they all have these looks on their faces that just scream " I hate you, I hate me..nothing matters" lol. Its actually comical. The store itself is neat and always has what I need. Their prices are reasonable. But if you ever need assistance just expect to be treated like you are not welcome. I should note that there is one young lady who works at the shipping/printing area who is not friendly but she's nice and in comparison to the other employees she is like the nicest person. read more

First off, the staff is VERY friendly! They truly care for their customers, being a slow location I can see how staffing an issue and is really the only issue I've come across. I only drop off or ship packages (USPS and UPS) from here as its down the street from my house, there's usually a bit of wait even if there is one guest a head of you since they offer printing services that can be an additional wait. Most of the time I can just drop off a package and get a receipt all within 2 min, lately it's been busier and have to deal with standing around waiting for a worker to show up. read more

My Office Depot inside experience has always been pleasant. I don't know who is responsible for their parking lot. Today they had a crew of groundskeepers. Apparently, the groundskeeper cared less that I parked my freshly washed and shiny car right in the front of the store. As soon I walked towards the front door he just blew dirt & dust all over my car with a blower. I yelled at him to get his attention, he just looked at me and kept at it with spraying the blower end which he raised towards and over my car purposely. I signaled no and he just walked off and kept at it to next vehicle. This review may sound petty, but I have severe allergies and I have to constantly change my cabin filter which is always pricey. It's not funny nor was it warranted. I can lose a car wash for normal environment conditions, but this was appalling. read more

The cashiers in this store think you have time to stand in line, I was just in there today and had five people in front of me. They all wear radios, so she could have called some help but she thought it was more important to carry on a conversation with someone else in the store. THIS REVIEW IS NOT FOR THIS STORE BUT FOR OFFICE DEPOT'S ONLINE SERVICE. So for my birthday office depot gave me a $10.00 reward card. OK COOL. I went online and found something I wanted so I ordered it. With the $10.00 reward the total should have been $2.86. WOW GREAT RIGHT? I paid with pay pal and added the rewards credit then clicked pay. It showed up on pay pal not subtracting the rewards so I called Office Depot. I could barely understand what the guy was saying because of his accent but finely got my point across. He told me I had the wrong department and gave me another number. Called that and they were closed. Went on live chat thought that person handled it so I went online again to reorder. It did the same thing only this time charged me twice. I called back and got a lady who also had a heavy accent. She told me she deleted all the transactions. OK I thought I would try one more time......went online and placed the order ok everything looked great only this time the $10.00 reward was gone. I was afraid to call because of what I might have said, so I went back to live chat. After another thirty minutes of that Fredrick said it was all taken care of and my rewards were back online. Reordered and everything went through, payment and rewards were all good. Next day I see in my e-mail, a pay pal amount for the total price not reflecting the rewards AGAIN. Called them back and this time they said "Oh your pay pal will be credited the $2.86". I said WHAT? Where's my $10.00 credit?? They said "Oh sorry you will be charged the two dollars". I said Why the hell did you charge the total price in the first place? She said Oh what you see on your pay pal is not the price we are charging. I said "WTF" does that mean? She assured me the total would be two dollars. This time I said it had better or I'll be calling you back!! I needed to get my computer fixed after getting some malware on my PC. The guy who initiated my transaction was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. From there, things went downhill. I understand that corporations restrict their employees to do what they're told, but in this case, it made the whole service pointless. Apparently they cannot even do a factory reset without YOUR help! They asked for me to get the system restore disk, told me my laptop charger wasn't working and were incapable of finishing the job I paid them up front to do for $180! I went back, grabbed my laptop and took it to a local company and paid them only $100 to do the job right. My charger was working just fine (which would have cost me another $60-70) and I got my computer back in 2 business days. The place is called Tech Web 101, go there, call them, whatever. They are obviously much more competent than Office Depot allows their employees to be! read more
