Ryan is an absolute craftsman! On his first visit, he installed beautiful screens on all the windows of my 1950s home that perfectly match the white wood frames. He also built a track for a sliding glass door screen and then installed the door with the pet guard screen. It was a little pricey, but I've received several compliments on the screens and believe it was well worth it. I then had Ryan come back a second time and install a screen door with the pet guard screen. Again - beautiful and excellent work. I will definitely use this company in the future. read more

Rob, I spoke to Rob, the owner of the franchise in Falls Church. I needed two window screens replaced which are not really large windows. Rob said they have a $300 service fee to come out which I thought was high but I really wanted these two screens and I wasn't sure ordering on the internet would absolutely fit and with the possibility of having to return didn't make me happy since I have been wanting these for 1 &1/2 yrs. He said he had an opening that day (bonus) and he and another guy came out and measured, and manufactured, the screens outside and installed. He noticed another sliding glass door that had some holes in it and said I will re-screen this as well, for the minimum price which made me very happy! I got to choose the metal color, and all in all, I couldn't have been more satisfied!! Polite. nice and professional. Quality screening job and done to my satisfaction! Screenmobile is a complete and utter disappointment! I requested a site visit to my home to get a quote for screen options for my patio. They were "SO busy" it took two weeks before they could come out. A man came and took measurements, left no info on timeframes, left no product info regarding the options he was going to quote. When I called him, he said they are "SO busy" that it would be a few days before I would get my quote. He came on a Wed. Said I would have my quote either Friday or by Tuesday the next week. Tuesday came and went and never got my quote. No call, no follow up. Well guess what, I'm busy too and this company wasted my time! If you are "SO busy" and can't even get a quote to me after a week, how can you even get a job done?!? Don't use Screenmobile, they can't manage expectations, have poor communication, and clearly only care about large money making jobs. I was once in sales...whether it was a single item or an entire project, my client received my full attention no matter what. To get so big as a company that you can't even do the basic first step and get your quote to a potential client, Epic fail on Sceenmobile's part! And here is even the worst part, they haven't even tried to get in touch with me to see if I received me quote or what they could do to fix this! Nothing! Screenmobile sucks!!! on 11/21/17 Representative came out to conduct an estimate on screening in my porch. He advised that I will be receiving the estimate via email. I telephoned the company on 11/27/17 and asked about my estimate. The lady on the phone said they have the estimator in the office as we speak and will email out the estimate this evening. 11/30/17, no email from them. Checked my spam folder just in case, no email there either. No phone call or text from them either. I guess they are doing well enough these days that I don't matter. At 11am, I telephoned both numbers annotated on their website, and no answer. I called their corporate office and was advised that they are a franchise and they can only talk with them about returning calls. If this is how this franchisee respects peoples time, potential customers, this is a clear indication on how bad things could have turned out if I actually was a customer who invested my hard earned money into their service and then had a problem that needed attention. Don't use these guys - but do know that each tech represents a different area - this is for Laguna Beach. I am very upset. Started off great. Nice guys but then I had my screen repaired and I was told it would last awhile. I contacted MATT less than 24 hours to let him know that I opened and closed the screen door - only 2 times, and it was " binding"up again, getting caught in the roller - not working again. I told them on the phone I would like to apply my $75 I just paid to have it fixed to go towards the $150 it would cost to just have it replaced again. We scheduled the apt, the guy showed up to fix the screen but accused me of someone going through it - no one did! and said it was going to cost $150 to do the work - end result....no more business with them, I sent him away and will find someone else to do business with. I don't like being accused of going through the screen and lied to by not honoring the price. When he left, he said they don't do work for free. read more

Had an ad and thought I'd give a call. Kristi was professional, helpful and friendly offering all the details I would need including estimated cost. Didn't bother shopping around and made an appointment. Kristi called and shared that there was an opportunity to get the work done earlier if convenient for me. Appointment was at 1:00 pm, I would be heading out from work a short distance away to meet Ryan. I pulled around the corner and into my driveway and he was already on the job. Instead of waiting for me to get there he got started. His work was professional and clean. A neighbor had been wanting a retractable screen like mine and walked over to ask Ryan about it. Her English is a little limited so she came to get me to help. Ryan was measuring so he could give her an estimate. I asked several questions and told my neighbor that I trusted him and that it was a fair price. He took time to answer my questions about window replacement as I was entertaining replacement. He didn't rush and I felt the advise he gave was sound. My neighbor gave Ryan a deposit and in a couple of weeks she had her retractable. She and her husband were delighted. I caught Ryan before he left her job and asked if he could replace my window screens. I couldn't be here on the day the first appointment open. Without a second thought, I left a check for him to fill in the amount. When I got home I was so pleased. The new frames and screens looked great. Later I noticed that my slider screen off the kitchen was working better but I had not been charged for work on that door. I circled back to thank Ryan and he said "I saw it was off the track and put it back on." I would not go anywhere else and would highly recommend to anyone I know. Call Screenmobile of Orange County.
