Everything works like new. With a dog, I generally need to have maintenance done once a. year. Dog hair gets into the rollers and the dog jumps at the screen door when he sees a squirrel. I own a business retail store and we experienced an attempted burglary in the early morning hours (3am) which the suspects broke the front glass door but did not make entry because of the security gate behind the door. We had rain water coming in on the top of our sliding glass door. I called and spoke to John and he asked me to text some pictures of our door to him. After I texted him he responded with what he thought were the possible issues. I asked if he could come out to do an inspection and he came out the next day. He and another gentleman (I didn't catch his name) came by and determined the issue was not with the door but with exposed seams from the pergola board directly above the door. Because of the way my screen door fits into the door frame, I needed a frame where the lock was vertical vs the circular latch. He didn't have that particular screen door in stock, but was able to order and replace the door within a week. He also replaced the screen in the existing bedroom patio door frame and replaced the rollers in my glass sliding door (a pain to open and close because it didn't roll well, even after I cleaned the tracks).
