Very basic breakfast food. Nothing that blows u away. Ordered the patriot. I make better eggs then this and the biscuits and gravy are no bob evans. One of our party ordered a salad just because it had avocado in it but no avocado in the salad. I wish I could give zero stars. I agree with the others who say terrible service and dirty unclean restaurants. My experience was even worse - our waiter was hostile, we had the worst customer service experience of our lives on our sons second birthday. Our "waiter"Benjamin was so rude, I left in tears. The manager did not care and Benjamin made us feel not only unwelcome, but unsafe. I wouldn't recommend ever dining here, management thinks it is acceptable for waiters to yell at customers and make them feel unwelcome for doing nothing except sitting in their chairs. We waited to be seated for over 20 minutes even though the place was empty. The waitress continued to make eye contact with us but refused to seat us. After we were seated it took another 10-15 minutes for our waitress to take our drink order. After we ordered our food we didn't get it for another 40 minutes. Literately the worse carry out experience I have ever had. I called in at 11:40am to place a carry out order to be ready at 12:15 so I wouldn't have to wait because I have my 2 year old with me and she is wild. So to avoid that I asked for a time to be set out to be safe. I got there right at 12:15 and as soon as I got there no one could find my receipt. That was fine, I asked if I need d to place the order again and they said no it'll be out. 29 minutes later still no order. Whoever the girl was in the front randomly hand s me a receipt to pay for and it was for a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT order. So once I told her that I asked if I needed to place the order again and she was going to check on it, came back said nothing. My biggest issue is that I offered to just reorder without issue multiple times and no one would take my order because they were trying to figure it out? And just stared at me waiting for almost an hour with no solution? In the end I had to reorder my food anyways. Did not walk out until 1:07 ALMOST AN HOUR wait past the time it was supposed to be ready. the food was not worth the wait even though it was comp. Friendly service, but the food was not great. The Border Omelet lacked flavor despite all the toppings. The potatoes were not fresh at 10am.The menu seems similar to First Watch. It doesn't come close to the fast service and home style food of First Watch. Just a waste of money. read more

I normally eat here and love it but today I tried something new that I use to eat as a child. I had the seafood Benny. The holindais sauce was noticeably a powdered sauce mix and was lacking in the rich eggy flavor and tang from the lemon. The crab was stringy and looked like brains on my plate. I actually had a free birthday meal with a coupon at the Hilliard Scrambler Marie's and had to product a driver's license to prove my birthday to the manager I assume this person was. Never had to do this anywhere else locally and it made me feel very uncomfortable. However, I did have a very pleasant waitress serve me and also was greeted warmly by another server that I had met previously at another restaurant. read more

I've been here before and thought they were a good basic breakfast place. Today, however, was a bad experience. Server was a clueless kid. Food came out slow and was cold. Omelet was missing ingredients, potatoes not cooked all the way, and when I spoke to the manager he argued with me. Been here many times. It is definitely a step up in food quality over your typical Bob Evans or IHOP. Their endless pancake deals are well worth it, it is endless after all, and you can switch among the options though I doubt most people order very many types as the size per order is large. There other options are tasty but they decreased the portion size on some of my favorites awhile back. It can get pretty packed on the weekends and wait times can be long. It is a pretty simple place as far as decor and atmosphere goes. Some of their sodas taste funny to me but I'm not sure what is going on there. For service, the waitstaff is largely made up of local high school kids so keep that in mind. I have never had any problems with it but high school jobs have high turnover so you never know when you will get someone who started recently. I have visited several times, all on a weekend. In each case I arrived to find the waiting area full with at least 6 parties waiting. Was told 15-20 min wait. Looking out at the dining area there are 8 empty tables. The wait staff gossiping at their station and the second hostess nowhere in sight. Was told the one remaining hostess couldn't leave the station to seat diners. Meanwhile 3 other parties arrived and left because of long wait times. No satisfaction from the manager who only made excuses for the poor service. Will never go back. If I could give a minus score I would. read more
