My husband and I ate here for Restaurant Week. Everything we ate was so delicious. He got the pizza roll, hamburger with fries, and lava cake with vanilla ice cream. I got the Buffalo cauliflower (cauliflower with panko bread crumbs served with a mild Buffalo sauce and housemade ranch), chicken wrap (double wrapped to make sure everything stayed together), and apple crisp with vanilla ice cream. The serving was plentiful and I took half of my meal home for leftovers! Our server, Blade, greeted us at the door and said we could sit wherever we would like. There was bar seating, high and low seating tables. He was great, he checked on us and kept us updated on our orders, and kept our drinks topped off. The atmosphere and decor were modern with exposed brick surrounding the pillars. The bathroom was clean and warm (you know how most bathrooms are freezing cold). We look forward to returning to try out their regular menu (I want to try their shrimp taco's!).

This spot looks for trendy and cool inside. It was empty when I was picking up lunch for an office, but I could imagine it being a fun spot for drinks and a bite to eat. I was picking up lunch for an office, so I can't speak to how their food was, but for me, the Bacon Blue Cheese Burger I had was ok. Nothing exceptional about it. My overall impression is this spot would be a better experience for dining in rather than takeout.

So sad to be writing this because my boyfriend and I were so excited to try this place and really wanted to like it but oh yikes. Let me start by saying the hostesses and server were great! No issues there at all! But wow everything else was so disappointing. This dish is supposed to be a roasted curry cauliflower and it was almost inedible. No flavor or seasoning, not roasted (soggy and mushy with water sitting in the bottom of the plate), the "candied jalapeños" were just plain jalapeños, and the "hot honey" was almost certainly just simple syrup with some hot sauce in it. I also got a "Greek Bowl" which was supposed to come with Naan and quinoa and it had maybe a ~sprinkle~ of quinoa and the Naan never came even though I reminded the food runner I was supposed to get some. Boyfriend's "Nashvegas" was supposed to have pimento cheese and it looked more like veggie cream cheese. Look I am not a person who is ever harsh to customer service workers or restaurants in general, but guys please fix this. Like people in here are so cool and nice and they're serving dishes for $15 that should've cost $2 from a frozen bag. I say this with peace and love, I'm just so disappointed and hoping this changes something!

I've been to the goat many of times and food is always good here. It's was very empty on a Monday night but we were able to seat ourselves. Service was good and quick, we got our food in like 10-15 minutes. Many TVs were on so we were able to watch some basketball games. Our serve was very nice and checkin in ok us multiple times.

I was a bit hesitant going in because it's been years since the last Yelp review -- that lack of recent buzz (good or bad) felt concerning. On a Saturday night, it wasn't overly busy, so we didn't have trouble getting a table (they don't take reservations but do accept call-aheads). I ordered the burger and onion rings, and both were genuinely delicious -- I was very happy with my food. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't as smooth for my friends. One has a severe seafood allergy, and she was shocked to learn that all fried items (fries, onion rings, etc.) are cooked in the same oil as the seafood. It made her nervous to order much else from the menu, and we almost walked out when we found out. A separate fryer or dedicated oil for non-seafood items seems like a basic accommodation these days. Two other friends are recovering alcoholics and were disappointed that the only "non-alcoholic" beer option still contained a slight amount of alcohol. Their only other choice was a sugary mocktail, which isn't great for diabetics either. In 2026, it's surprising that a restaurant/bar still struggles with these common dietary and lifestyle needs. The food we did eat was solid, but the evening felt dampened by the lack of basic accommodations. There are plenty of other places that handle allergies and non-drinkers much better. I would have scored them much higher if they could have accommodated this basics.

While we had a reservation at 8:45, we decided to eat in at the bar after having the most incredible espresso martini of our lives and talking to John. My sister and I opted to share multiple courses - each of which was better than the last. It was an amazing experience and we were lucky enough to compliment and thank the executive chef in person. The chips were fresh, guac was ok, salsa 100% bland. No heat, no cilantro or other flavors. Luckily that's exactly what my husband likes, lol. I ordered the BBQ Chicken Flatbread. It was a huge thing. There were WAY too many raw, red onions all over it. They were chopped into little bits, so it was very difficult and messy trying to pick them off. The proportions were totally off. Way too much BBQ chicken, hardly any cheese. The Angus Burger with Cheese, tho! It was the most disgusting burger we ever tasted. It seriously tasted like TV dinner Salisbury steak, totally overcooked, dry, yet greasy. My husband hardly ever throws food away, but the thing could not be salvaged at home in any way. The prices are ridiculous for the quality of food. The waitress was nice in a completely generic, robotic way. She simply said, "I'm sorry you didn't like it." We were too tired to put up a fuss and just wanted to get out of there. Do yourselves a favor. Drive or get an Uber to a restaurant on Tuttle Crossing. Any of them. Even McDonald's.

While there were a few minor service issues, our server was kind and attentive and acknowledged the celebration with complimentary desserts, which we truly appreciated. After dinner, my cousin and I went to wash our hands and use the restroom. At the time, all stalls were occupied and one was out of service, so we waited. When a stall opened, my cousin kindly let me go first. I finished and stood outside the stalls waiting for her for about three minutes. During that time, I noticed several people going in and out of the restroom area. I also saw a man sitting in a chair along the hallway wall near the stalls, hunched over. Shortly after, a woman exited the restroom and grabbed him to leave. I thought nothing of it and minded my own business. I also observed the executive chef enter one of the restroom stalls. When my cousin exited, she mentioned that the stall smelled strongly of smoke and that three girls had exited the stall before she entered. She said the stall smelled like marijuana but used it only because it was the only option available. She also pointed out that the man sitting outside appeared to be associated with the group who had been in the stall. We then returned to our patio table where our family was seated. Our server brought out her birthday pie along with another complimentary dessert. She blew out the candle, we shared dessert, and we began preparing to leave. A few minutes later, while we were still seated on the patio, the general manager, Nick Krafft, approached our table accompanied by Executive Chef Michael Wagner. We initially assumed he was checking in on our experience. Instead, he immediately stated, "I'm going to have to ask you not to smoke in our restaurant and bathroom," directing the accusation at my cousin and me. We were completely taken aback by both the accusation and the manner in which it was delivered. We calmly explained that it was not us and described exactly what we had observed in the restroom. We stated that neither of us smoke and never have. We even offered to have our belongings checked and explained that we had not taken any jackets or purses with us to the restroom, as our family remained at the table. Despite this, the general manager refused to listen or consider our explanation and continued to place blame on us. He did not speak to our server, who had interacted with us just moments earlier while bringing out the birthday dessert, nor did he attempt to investigate further or de-escalate the situation. As we were leaving, my fiancé asked the general manager if he actually smelled smoke on either of us. He responded "yes," which was not true, and continued to push a conclusion he had already formed. No apology was offered. We spent over $1,000 celebrating a family birthday at a restaurant we had trusted and enjoyed in the past. Instead, the evening ended with my cousin's birthday being overshadowed by an unfounded accusation. There were many guests dining that evening, yet blame was placed solely on two women who had simply used the restroom. I am a Nurse Practitioner, and my cousin is a special education teacher for autistic children. Neither of us have ever smoked. Being accused in this manner was humiliating, hurtful, and completely unnecessary. I was later contacted by the regional manager, who was understanding. However, I believe this situation highlights the need for better investigation, accountability, and staff training to prevent similar experiences in the future. A personal apology from Nick, acknowledging his actions and taking accountability, would be an appropriate step forward after innocent guests were wrongly blamed and a birthday celebration was ruined.
