I've been on a kick trying new places I haven't been to lately, and I must say I was quite surprised by this little hole in the wall establishment! My girlfriend order their chicken Parmesan sandwich, which is made with their "secret sauce" and munched between 2 pieces of thick, toasted garlic Texas toast. The onion rings were fried wonderfully, and the chicken was grilled well. Whatever sauce they use on that thing is amazing! My biscuits and gravy were served with a generous portion of hash browns, bacon, sausage, and eggs. The biscuits were fluffy, the gravy had the right amount of thickness to it, and the rest of the plate complimented the meal well. This place is definitely going on my list of top breakfast joints. I kept seeing the reviews on Yelp and had to try this place. Tucked away in a strip mall, it is not the easiest place to find. I got there a little before noon today; about 3/4's full, tablewise.a lot of singles and two persons scattered about to make about 12 or so. One waitress/food server - pleasant. She offered to seat me in that little booth by the open archway to the kitchen, while I walked to the larger booth by the window so I can look out and not be disturbed by what goes on back there. A menu was given to me, she took my drink order and I took a while to peruse the menu - this being my first time. After asking a few questions, I ordered the Grilled Chicken Fajita Omelette with Salsa, Country Fries and lightly toasted white bread. She took another order from the person sitting in the table next to me then brought it in back. Not very long of a wait, she brought my order and I asked for a refill of my beverage which was empty fpr quite a while - and Tabasco. She brought my refill, grabbed the Tabasco off another table and handed it to me. Since the omellette looked absolutely delicious, I briefly considered sending the rather brown toast back, but elected to cover it with jelly and eat. Looks were not deceiving - the white meat chicken was cooked and happily nestled with onions and peppers inside a very high, fluffy omelette. Though the salsa was nothing to write home about, the country fries and omelette ... complements to the cook. Not really sure where the waitress/food server was and even though she was 'around' I just wished she would have been quicker on refilling my beverage. If the toast was what I'd ordered and my glass hadn't stayed empty for a long while while she was around I may have given 5 Stars. But - definitely will return. read more

Breakfast was excellent!! Everything was prepared fresh and with great flavor! I ordered the eggs Benedict florentine, with country potatoes. The chef came out and suggested trying their fresh, made in house, salsa! I took the suggestion and was so glad I did!!! Absolutely delicious!!!! I always use Yelp to find restaurants but I have never written a review. I had to go out of my way to try and prevent someone from making the mistake of eating here. Service was was horrible!!! I sat down with my family and waited about 10 minute before I just got up to get my own menu. It was about 10 more minutes before our waiter finally came around. Now keep in mind other waiters are walking all around us but never even tried to offer us a beverage. They all act as if you are not there. This is surprising to see 4 waiters can't handle a total of 12 tables. When our waiter did come around I would have to ask for all of my needs at once, not knowing when I will see him again. They disappear in the back where I assume the waiters are also the cooks. As for the food, very bland and I don't think they season anything. I really can't understand the pervious reviews stating that the food is delicious. The eggs were plain and not fully cooked. The hash brown had zero flavor so I had to drown it in ketchup. The bacon was ok but then again it's pretty hard to mess up bacon. The French toast was just sad. Oh and let's not forget the orange juice, I can almost bet anything that it is Sunny D. As another reviewer said "they even gave us mints with our bill." I guess it's the thought that counts!!! Tiny mint half the size of my pinky nail packed with horrible flavor. First of all, the service was outstanding! Each person working there took time to talk to us, and they gave us mints with the bill! Now for the food: My boyfriend got the Country Fried Steak and I got the Breakfast Combo, and it's easy to see that someone in the kitchen loves cooking breakfast, everything was cooked perfectly - over easy eggs were runny, scrambled eggs were fluffy (ask for cheese! they didn't put too much cheese, just the right amount) and hash browns were cooked perfectly as well - crunchy but not burnt. The country potatoes were seasoned wonderfully, not spicy at all (I'm super sensitive), the ham was thick and juicy, seriously everything was amazing! And the prices are awesome! I've been coming here since they opened. Nearly every week. The food is always amazing, and ask about off the menu items. My favorite is the Corn Beef Hash Benedict. You won't find it on the menu it's a "secret" item the owner Armando makes that's is incredible!! We keep saying we're going to come for lunch but it's always breakfast and the. I've been eating here for about 2 years and love the food, they have a huge menu with lots of options American, Mexican, etc. Prices are very reasonable with large portions. I love their burgers along with a large portion of french fries, the always offer Ranch dressing to dip my fries. I think I'm going to try their Teriyaki bowl next time. This place is great! From the service, to the food, to the portion sizes, to the affordable prices, everything stood out in a good way! I ordered the chicken enchilada omelet, which was basically chicken plus tortilla strips and enchilada sauce poured over a cheddar cheese omelet. The thing was massive; there was probably 4 eggs in there! More importantly, it was quite tasty, and I enjoyed the hearty, fresh pieces of chicken. It also came with a side of potatoes - delicious - as well as toast. All that for only $8.95. Service was friendly and fast too, the way we all like it. This place has teased us for weeks. Every time a restaurant in this location says 'open' we try to go there the following week and they're closed. We had a backup plan when we came here today, but thankfully didn't need one, as they were actually open this time. We walked in, and the manager was there to greet us instantly. He suggested a table (the place was actually empty) that for some reason had been pretty popular as of late. We sat and looked around. The place still looks like it's not quite fully 100% up and running. There's still some artwork that was waiting to be hung up, and some signage on the ground. But there was enough. We looked at the menu, and the manager was hovering nearby. Suggesting, asking, answering any questions we had, obviously very eager to make us happy. After perusing the menu, I settled upon the 'Frisco burger' melted jack cheese, grilled onions, & 1000 island secret sauce served on Texas bread. But I've been healthy as of late, and asked if I could healthy it up a bit and swap out the 1/2 lb hamburger patty for a garden burger patty. The guy agreed quickly and said no problem they could easily do that. Personally, I was quite proud of myself for that swap. As a side, I asked for onion rings. (Let's not go CRAZY healthy.) I think he tried to suggest a salad, but I've been eating them all week. Manager left, and me and my buddy went back to our entertainment devices, my gameboy for myself, and my buddy was reading something about making your stocks make more money. I started up a game of Plants Vs. Zombies, and didn't have time to get through the level before the lunch was brought over to us. It was quite pretty. The burger was speared with toothpicks, the onion rings were in a happy pile, and a container of ranch dressing sat next to them. After my yelp photo, I dug in to the onion rings. They were good. Crisp, hot, and didn't pull the onion entirely out of the thing on the first bite. I tried the Garden Frisco burger. It was actually one of the best garden burgers I've had. I don't know what they did to it, but it was marvelous. I finished it in no-time. It was really really good. My buddy finished up his turkey club, and the manager came back out. He was talking about how he had just finished making some biscuits. My buddy said something about 'they're probably really good' and the manager ran back, and came back with a biscuit and gravy for us to sample. Holy crap. This place is great. I tried it, and it was really good. The gravy was sausage-y and sweet, and the biscuit flaked easily. Ridiculously good. The guy was wearing a t-shirt that said 'Burger Express' which is the really great Mexican Burger place a few stores down.
