10 oz prime rib Medium rare

We sat in the bar next to the fireplace. That was the highlight of our dinner. We had the oysters for an appetizer. They were fine. Prime rib was ok but they gave us the wrong side. Stuffed sole was not good and tasted old. Chicken and rigatoni was fine. Our server was dishing out bad vibes along with our food. Sorry to say that it was Just not a great experience.

This is a long time steak restaurant in our area. The decor is old timey but classic. The bar area is our favorite spot to eat in the winter because they have a large, real fire pit in the center of the room that you can sit next to. We ordered their French onion soup - it was perfect! We shared a salad and ordered a delicious ribeye and baked potatoes. Everything was delicious! The only caution here is the service. They bring your food out fast- which may be good for some. But for those who want to enjoy their soup, then their salad, then their steak with a little bit of space you probably shouldn't order it all at the same time. They brought our entree out before they even brought the salad. The steak looked great-juicy and perfect! Then they returned it to the kitchen bc we said we hadn't even gotten our salads. Then when it was time for our steak it looked dry bc they had probably been just keeping it warm. The steak was still tasty but for such a pricey meal you would expect appropriately timed, top notch service. I will still go back, but I will be very intentional about when I order each course and be clear with my server.

52 dollars for a bone in rib eye badly needing seasoning... how about just salt and I felt like I was disturbing the staff by bringing our business them to them . Open only 4 hours Thursday through Sunday you'd think it would not be too much but clearly it was. The restaurant was half empty but we wouldn't seat us until our whole party arrived ; asking if we had a reservation... the bar are with fire place was beautiful...the bar service was not barely acknowledging us taking a while for a wine and Diet Coke then a bill. The back area where we sat had a room with long out of use salad bar area and back area that was ok to sit at. The clams casino my better half mom received weren't clams casino; they were according to her good but not clams casino ... when she asked for ipa on tab the server' didn't know what they had .. then he cane back with what they had 1 ipa on tap seriously felt like he didn't care . My steak lacked seasoning I added salt and pepper brought to life. This place is riding on it's histories coat tails and loosing the battle. We won't return

We went here for our Anniversary and had a nice meal. We have been here a couple of times and enjoy the ambiance. My boyfriend ordered the prime rib. It came with a baked potato and he ordered a side of mushrooms. He was very pleased with his meal. He was a little disheartened when they did not bring out any bread or rolls. When I inquired about this we were told we could purchase a half loaf of Italian bread for an extra $2 so we did. I wasn't feeling like a huge meal. I began with the wedge salad which is always a favorite of mine. The bacon was a bit hard and chewy but at least it was real. The croutons were excellent. Just the right consistency and flavor. I also ordered the mussels appetizer special. They came in a large bowl with a side of crostini. The ones I ate were very good. Unfortunately about half of them were not open. I am not sure if they were bad or not cooked long enough. I have eaten mussels many times snd never had this experience. The manager offered to bring me out more, but I had had my fill at that point. He was very nice snd said he would take a percentage off the bill. Finally we ordered a dessert. My boyfriend had been craving cheesecake and I always love a chocolate peanut butter pie. These were delivered along with a complimentary plate of vanilla ice cream and whipped topping with a lit candle and Happy Anniversary written in the plate. That made our desserts even better. The best part about this restaurant is the way they are trained to serve you. We were told right from the start that the girl was taking our order, but they work as a team there and any of the servers would be available to help us. We had several servers come to our table throughout the evening. Our drinks were always replenished and any need was quickly taken care of. It is a great model. At all times servers are scanning the entire room and making sure everyone has what they need. In the end we were comped the cost of the mussels, but left a generous tip for the excellent staff! We will surely be back again. Next time I'd like to dine near the fire and check out the atmosphere in that room as well.

For some reason I seem to forget about Scotch n Sirloin. But everything we visit here, we are left satisfied and happy! They're doing a seafood theme for the month of August '22 on top of their regular menu, and we tried a few delicious items. We love the bistro side, especially in the winter with the large firepit. The staff was very friendly & it was fairly empty but the atmosphere was still nice and cozy :)

So sad to see the quality of food has fallen so far. The steaks are not good quality - perhaps too old??

It would've helped if we checked the dining hours. Got there 15 minutes ahead of opening, which was fine. Sat down in a nice open-aired dining room, Clean, airy, white table cloth. The place filled up quickly. Our server Rachel was quick to come over with a warm invite, water, and brought bread, butter, and oil. If you like Italian food, this is a place you should hit up. Huge variety of dishes, including a wide array of appetizers, soups, and sides. I'm a huge fan of eggplant so couldn't resist. Our service said it was excellent. She was right. It comes one of two ways in that you can get it as a dinner or à la cart. I went with à la cart which included a house salad and a side dish of pasta. Saw Utica greens on the appetizers and couldn't resist. They were fantastic. You can get them mild medium or hot. Medium it was. Strongly recommend these if you are a fan of Utica greens. Prepared to perfection. As the eggplant approached the table I was impressed how large of a serving it was. So big I couldn't eat the whole thing. The eggplant was outstanding. It was thinly sliced. It melts in your mouth. It's smothered in their red marinara sauce. The sauce is on the sweet side, which is how I prefer. Excellent! With the à la cart meal, you get a choice of a side dish. Being a big fan of Angel hair pasta, the decision was an easy one. About the side salad, it's a good size salad to accompany your dinner. A lot of fresh veggies, carrots, red cabbage, tomatoes, and olives. A sign of a good restaurant is one you'll go back to. We will be back.

The portions are quite large, but the prices are a bit high as well. Recipes seem to be mostly homemade though the salad dressings seemed like they came from large plastic containers. Meatball flavor seemed a bit off to me. Just didn't like it and their sauce was just OK. Pasta was fine..basic bread on the table. Definitely nothing special. The house Italian dressing comes with balsamic vinaigrette. We had a family of 10 and many dishes were ordered from broiled halibut to fettuccine Alfredo, to prime rib, to chopped sirloin, to pork chop Milanese. The Milanese pork chop was definitely the big hit. My dad ordered a steak medium rare and of course they served it well done. Service was about a B. We had to wait quite a while to be asked what we wanted for dessert. Not sure if they have wifi or not. Parking llot out front was full. Staff was friendly.

We had calamari and Utica greens for starters. The calamari was bland to my taste but the rest of the party liked them. The greens were fine, could've used some spice. Very small portion. I had the branzino oreganata. Fish was cooked well and the tomatoes on the side were tasty. The asparagus was bland and one piece was woody. Not bad overall. I will say that the entrees don't come with a soup or salad so that's something to be aware of. I'm not sure if this happens regularly but there was also a dude named Pinky playing keyboard and sax in the corner. Never thought I would hear smooth jazz versions of "Sweet Caroline" or "Danny Boy" or even "If I were a Rich Man" from Fiddler on the Roof. Certainly an international setlist. We have been looking forward to coming here since we heard it was coming into this location. The decor felt high end pizza parlor with a little industrial touch. The panted brick was a nice touch for the coal fire pizza feel. The menu has a good amount of options but felt it is a little overpriced. We had an order of Utica Greens because we love Utica Greens. They came out quick but they were overly salty unfortunately. They had a little spice to them and were cooked perfectly. The salt was just a little to much. We both ordered a 12 inch pizza I had the sausage and my better half had the arugula, prosciutto and added ricotta. My pizza was good. The sausage was delicious but the other meat was a little salty. The other meat overpowered the flavor of the sauce and cheese. I wish I had just ordered the crumbled sausage and it would have been perfect. The arugula pizza with the ricotta was delicious. The sauce on both pizzas was missing a little flavor but the crust was perfect. They have only been open a month so I will revisit for sure. I hope adjustments will be made and this place stays open. Love the bar area and the feel of the place. The price is a bit high for the product being put out so I hope they adjust the flavors to make it worth our while.

This is the type of place where you have to make sure you have time because they have a small staff and make everything with lots of care -- but the wait is worth it. The employees will bring your order right to your car when it's ready (if you don't want to wait at the window.) The Buck is one of my favorites. It has strawberry jelly and peppery cheese and is scrumptious. Often I like to eat it right away in the car, but it's wrapped in a foil later and does keep well if I go home. A very unique spot unlike anything in Syracuse and I'd recommend stopping by to try at least once -- even if you're not vegan or vegetarian!

When we arrived, there was a mix up with the seating and their IPad, so we had to wait a couple minutes. But it was not too long of a wait before we were sat. Our waitress was over within a couple minutes to take our drink orders, and like I said we frequent Tully's, so my wife and I ordered our food right then. Being allergic to alcohol, it was nice to see they have a mocktail menu (which I had not seen before), and I ordered a sparkling strawberry lemonade. This drink had a very good flavor to it, with the combination of the lemon with strawberry along with the carbonation. This drink was so good, my wife ended up ordering one too. We ordered mozzarella sticks as a starter, which came to the table relatively fast, and were piping hot. The mozzarella sticks had a nice crunch to them with a great cheese pull. I ordered the buffalo tenders dinner, as I always do. The food was out pretty quickly. The fries were warm, salty, and crispy along with the tenders being nice and crispy. Tully's also has some of my favorite coleslaw, and the one I had with my dinner did not disappoint. My wife ordered the Asian tender dinner, and was crispy and warm like mine. The restaurant had many different games and sports on, with a plethora of college football games and horse racing to catch your attention. Husbands/Boyfriends, just be careful... my attention was on the TVs a lot, and the wife was not too keen on that (peep the attached photo). As per usual, we had a great time and great food while here and definitely will be back. The thing that kind of stunk was the fact they only have shirts that go up to XL (both in store and online), which would not work for a larger person like me.
