Got the Viva La Berry with kiwi and there was zero fruit flavor. I don't know what he put in, but I don't think it was fruit. It tasted bitter and muddled and old. My favorite smoothie with the Digestive Health (probiotics) and Immunity Boost enhancers is doing the trick to getting me back to normal. Not all locations have a drive thru, this one doesn't. The smoothies are on the pricey side. And the store itself could use a good wipe down of counters and tables. I'm still happy with my purchase and the options. If you order through a delivery service, they make them right away. Saw several orders just sitting there on the counter for awhile waiting for pickup.

Today I ordered online a PB Swizzle smoothie bowl with a SUBSTITUTION of honey instead of peanut butter. I arrived at the store within the designated time of the order to be completed and was told that the manager left the store to get fresh fruit for my bowl. I had a meeting in 30 minutes so I said I can only wait for 10 minutes. They agreed and I waited in the store for the manager to return. Eleven minutes later, my order was ready. It was put in a bag and I left. I arrived at home to find peanut butter on my bowl! Having to wait an extra 11 minutes for an advance order is already bad enough, but to have it be WRONG too is crazy. I don't even want this because I don't like peanut butter and I paid $13 for this! This was sloppy.

Liked how I could customize my drink easily following the steps but watch out for how additional toppings/flavor is extra n not free. Main thing I disliked about the menu was how it looks very busy so it can get overwhelming. Atmosphere - didn't entirely like the ambiance/lighting due to my personal preference (too yellowish/dim lighting). Had a really cute red panda though! Good amount of seating but it felt more like grab n go rather than sit down and enjoy. Thus, I would recommend for small n short casual outings for 2-3 people. Would recommend getting a mango green tea w crystal boba at 50% (this was a build ur own drink order) if you're looking for fruity.

I ordered off of the low sugar menu and got something called the "coconut" something or other. And, although I didn't expect it to be a rich dessert drink of any kind (we normally go to Body Machine Fitness, The Gem, or The Juice Bar for smoothies and juices with no added sugar), my smoothie ended up literally tasting like frosted baby powder. My friends' drinks were on the much sweeter side - almost too sweet. We noticed that they don't use fresh ingredients - just dehydrated kale and spinach and lots of different powders of sorts (and I don't mean supplements or protein powder). Will probably go to The Smoothie Factory in Coppell next time since that is the only "smoothie place" that's decent in the area.

Vitality Bowls have good quality smoothie bowls that skew more towards the healthy side. I've…read moregotten their Açaí bowls a number of times and appreciate the true fruit taste (you can tell they're not adding juice concentrates or sherbets) and the quality of the toppings. They have a good app that makes it easy to place to-go orders. One time I decided to by pass the app and eat at the actual cafe. Well, that was my intention, but the lady taking my order was so unnecessarily rude and short with me, that I didn't want to stay there. I've encountered a number of employees here while picking up. They've all been really nice and pleasant, but in this one occasion, I dealt with an older woman who from the get go, was oddly mean with zero provocation. I wanted to order a monthly special. I called it the "monthly special bowl" because that's exactly what the sign by the register said. She got exasperated with me because I didn't call it what ever description was listed under the heading and rolled her eyes and refused to make eye contact. I decided to get the bowl to-go because it was very clear this person was irrationally upset at something. It just felt like it wasn't a good idea to stay. It was a downright bizarre reaction and it felt very unwelcoming. She was the only person working so she went in the back to make the bowl. When the bowl was ready she passed off the bag to me- once again, not making eye-contact and asking exasperated that she had to deal with a customer. I'm very passive and would never call someone out or try to match that kind of energy. I would recommend this lady not deal in a customer facing role. All other encounters with other employees here are great, so this was the only experience I would say detracts from Vitality bowls. I've been happy and satisfied with the bowls and smoothies I've ordered here and I wouldn't let that one experience keep me away from VB, I would just hope that lady gets an attitude adjustment before she drives customers away.

I chose strawberries, pineapple, hempseed granola, coconut and agave on top. I began eating my howl the pineapple was pretty bitter because it was definitely cut too soon. I went back and had the pineapple switched out for strawberry instead and that made a difference. The bowl had a good consistency and I enjoyed it. I would say it's pricy for the fact that they don't give you so much fruit so I'd like to see a little more fruit on my bowl next time. Otherwise the quality of the ingredients were good and I will come back to try some other menu items. I was starving so the only picture i took was after I took a few bites already.
