It was my first day working in Denver, when I got off work I was on my way home and a semi and I collided. I was totally fine but my car on the other hand was beautifully broken.
I'm a young, blonde, attractive woman and most car salesmen take FULL advantage of that. This morning I went to a dealership in Golden, Colorado; I told the salesman that customer service is a huge factor to me. I left thinking I need a new plan of attack because I didn't get the service I needed. I am going to keep looking, NEVER settling! Monday night I was browsing different Subaru websites and after leaving golden I had a feeling and decided to call Shortline. I was connected to a man, Greg Shevell, who was wonderful. I have never been treated like such a real person in my life, in ANY sales environment!! It didn't just stop there, Greg and his whole team were this FANTASTIC! I was instantly greeted when I walked in the door and shown where the coffee, restrooms and waiting areas were. When I finally met with Greg we discussed my finances and cars a bit and then he showed me my DREAM car, or pretty close to it, 2011, white Subaru Impreza. I left Tuesday night with a new car and a smile that won't leave my face. I had the BEST customer service experience EVER!! I would highly recommend Shortline Subaru if you are searching for a new or used vehicle. I would also HIGHLY recommend Greg. He is very personable to the point that I feel like I know him already.
Rob Donner, is another helpful, funny man, who is also very personable and passionate about what he does, like Greg. When I was heading back from Fort Collins, i had a banking meeting, to Shortline to discuss the car for the second time. Rob already had my payment information pulled up and ready to go. On top of that he walked me through everything: the coverage the car has ect. I didn't really know the logistics on buying a car, new or used, this was my second time buying a car but my first time purchasing it alone. I felt like a strong champ when it was all said and done. Rob totally took care of me and neither Greg, nor Rob made me feel like I HAD to buy the car. They just wanted me to love the service and the vehicle I am buying.
After the paper work was all said and done dowstairs, I had more paper work to fill out upstairs by a man who came and gotten me, Markiest Thomas, he was a personable man as well. I think Shortline only hires the BEST, can I say best again? Markiest showed me the different coverage that I could possibly go with. I asked a few questions and then I became strong in my decisions. However that strong-ness didn't stand a chance when I was informed of the car having 18,000 parts and the coverage I have only covering 125 or those. I was sold! With being a visual person he had a diagram and the numbers right their, so not only was I listening to what he had to say, I was looking at what he was saying.
Overall, the most stressful day to some happened to be one of the best days for me. Thank you Shortline, for your amazing customer service and providing me with the best car buying experience ever!! read more
