I went in to get a different one and they brushed me off saying it was from shipping. For the sake of your car please go anywhere else.

We made an order for new wiper blades after one of mine broke off while it is snowing. This happened after every other auto parts store had closed, unfortunately. I arrived at 8:20pm (closing time is 9pm) and the employee walks up to the door, shakes their head, and walks off. We go to the door and it is locked! We had to call to get an answer and we're told they'll bring the wiper blades out. They are also supposed to help do the install for the wiper blades, but we were told "we don't do those at night" (okay, valid but annoying) and then he about tripped on himself trying to turn around and slam the door in my friend's face! As I stated, I suddenly had mine break off during a snowy winter storm and this was the ONLY auto parts store open that offered to actually help put them on. I completely understand that by the time they came out with the blades, it was within 30 minutes before closing. I'm not as mad about that as I am about the doors being locked, then watch them literally hiding (like a toddler playing hide and seek and being totally visible) and having to deal with them being rude! We watched at least 4 other people walk up and see it was locked but only one other person was helped. I am capable of putting on these wiper blades, but it will take me way longer to learn how than for them to help and what if I genuinely did need the help? I definitely would've saved myself time and frustration and just went to Walmart if I knew this was going to be my experience and I'd be putting them on myself anyway.

My daughter (who lives 1000 miles away from me) had to get her car repaired. I was so anxious as…read moreshe has only lived in Denver for a couple of years and we really have not had any experience with finding a great mechanic. She had purchased the vehicle from Carmax and also purchased the extended warranty. They basically handed her a list of Mechanic shops to choose from but we literally knew nothing about any of them. She ended up choosing the shop that was closest to her house and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Travis was the best! He was very communicative, never pressured her to spend money on non-necessary items, also never tried to upsell her on repairs that she didn't actually need. They fixed her car in a timely manner and assisted her with filing the claim (apparently there is a paperwork process when you use a Carmax approved shop?) anyways, he made sure that was all handled correctly and all of the necessary repairs were included. It's hard to be 1000 miles away and let your child handle these things by themselves... luckily (for everyone involved) they were amazing to work with and everything went great. We will certainly be back if she ever needs any car repairs in the future.

Then, why did I come to you??? Then, added 4 other recommendations. When I asked if the diagnostic could be netted against the other repairs, was denied. So they did nothing for me except took $140 to tell me to take it to the dealership. The representative was argumentative, uncooperative and rude. Very frustrated.

She gave me eye contact and engaging demeanor that made me notice that I wasn't a number. I sat for a total of 40 minutes when she came into the lounge and announced my jeep is done. I recommend Larry H Miller Jeep to anyone that doesn't get the same service at other places that they gave to me!

The sales process of buying a new car was painfully long (took at least 6-7 hours) though everyone was friendly enough during that time. Obviously. It's their incompetence that emerged and dragged out for MONTHS after. First, I wasn't able to register my new vehicle because their office had incorrectly submitted the necessary paperwork. There was a typo on their end, and no matter how many times I called and emailed to follow up, they told me to keep waiting for my postcard. I had to drive back and forth to Aurora for TWO temporary tags. Such a waste of time. Finally the DMV was the one to inform me of the dealership's administrative error (no one could do anything except for them) and convince them to look into it more. Second, the sales team made a concession to replace several "scratches" on the hood of the car, but once I took it in to get serviced, I was told by the Service Department that the ENTIRE hood needed to be replaced. SEVERAL roundabout phone calls later, someone finally promised I could get a rental car in the meantime since they wanted my car for 2-3 days. Sales did not take ownership for this at all. Shout-out to the wonderful Collison Center, though. Lastly (other reviews have mentioned this) calling the dealership is IMPOSSIBLE. Every single one of their employees knows that their phone tree is a nightmare and doesn't work. You literally can't reach anyone (via phone or online) and sometimes the only way to talk to someone is to make the stupid 45 minute drive to get to Aurora. Ridiculous and so unprofessional. I generally try not to write negative reviews because I want to support local businesses, but truly this dealership ACTS LIKE they do not care about their customers. Not to name names (because I know them in my head) I will never be returning to this place or recommending it to anyone. The whole communication and logistical experience was infuriating, to say the least.
