I will never go to this location ever again!!! Today I stopped in to pick up an item and the music is playing and I'm like okay they let them listen to rap music but boy oh boy!! The disrespect and the degrading music they were listening to was shocking to me. I ask them is this the type of music they're allowed to listen to the young man said why I said this is so disrespectful as well as rude the look on the guys face before he could say it, I said I've been coming here for years, don't worry I will never come here again. I want to shout from the roof! I had a great experience with girl power at its finest! Had a code pop up on my electronic reader about" check fuel inlet". No idea what was wrong so I was passing this Auto Zone which i literally pass every day and never stopped at that location. Liliana was at checkout and got her code reader and went outside with me. We were talking and she said she was new to the company (I'd never have believed that). She read the code and after a little conversation about it she looked at gas tank and saw that the seal was bad. I bought some sealant and went around the area with it. Let it dry and reset code. And 3 days later we are still code free! Great job Liliana! And you are a great example for little girls showing them they can do anything even know about cars! This location is my new location because of this great experience! Great customer service here(I live close to Havana location but last experience there was terrible) so I've found my new location! I believe the mgrs name was Daniel and he was very helpful as well! As a mgr myself in customer service this was truly a pleasure and a great representation of Auto Zone. I went to this location to pick up brakes the lady over the phone was so nice helped me get what I needed and helped the brakes up front till I got there waited in line as the sign said a Hispanic man cut in front of me and Jacob the employee chooses to help him instead of me which I thought was so rude I said maybe beacause I'm white and they both laughed so I said it in Spanish so the employee Jacob continued to laughed with the other customer as he was checking him out I thought it was so rude of him to help him if there is a line respect the line customers are waiting in he needs to respect that as a employee also. I walked in searching for help, as I was unsure if I needed a screw or a fastener for my falling bumper. I found an associate stacking the shelves. When I asked her for help, she had me wait until she was finished unloading her box. She walked out to my car with me and was unable to give me an answer. So I asked if I could look at their screws. She said they didn't have any. I asked if I could look at their fasteners. Guess what was beside them....screws LOL. So, anyways, she was clearly very unknowledgeable. And, instead of directing me to someone who could possibly help me, she said she couldn't help me and sent me away. Don't waste your time here, just go to Napa across the street. Oh goodness. Where to start. I tried to get the associates name but unfortunately he had a very unique name and that made this impossible. first, he had spoken with my mother maybe a half hour before we arrived, he was HIGH and very lost. I get it, be high, but handle your shit buddy. I started to lose confidence at this point and unfortunately I was a little rough on him. my mother sorted all of it out, and off we went to the parking lot to put the battery in (associate accompanying us, but not before loudly announcing that he was off and going to go get HIGHER to everyone in the store.) now my car is 18. It's got some quirks and I'm disabled, I can walk you through my battery change, but I can't physically do it myself. After asking him repeatedly not to just yank on my grill, he does. I lift the hood and hold it, the arm is broke; I tell him to just go for it. He goes for the broken arm and hits all 3 of us with it. No. I take that from him. He got a delightful tone the entire time, to which I have developed an equal tone. He gets the batteries swapped but has issues getting the mounting reattached. he's got it in the wrong holes and when he runs in to gets rag he's insistent on, I fix it. He catches me and asks me if I would like to do it myself. I tell him plain out why he's doing it and that yes, I have done this many times before but unfortunately my body has betrayed me and he will be doing it correctly. the tone changed from there on out. However, I shouldn't have had to go that far. There was a break of communication from the beginning along with lack of confidence in my associate. I should have asked for a different person. He also had a super hard time with the concept of "righty tighty, lefty loosy." Seriously, that was extremely hard to watch. LESS HIGH, not more. read more

Devery was a delight to work with. I called ahead to see if they could help install a blinker light. I had asked a couple people to help me to no avail. It took Devery less than a minute to realize another auto parts store had sold me the wrong light bulb. He installed my light bulbs and it was one less thing I had to worry about. I want to start off by saying that the store manager Rob was so rude. I sent my sister in to pay for a catalytic converter that I spoke with the store about on Sunday 1-13-19. I asked if I could use a promo code from the website to get the online price. The manager said I can have the online price which was $315.99. The original price was $394.00 As long as i brought in a printed copy of the promo price from the website and they would honor the price in store. My sister went to pick up the part since I had to work and she tried to explain to Rob what she was there to do and he called her a liar and yelled at her insulting her and refusing to honor the online price after they had agreed to do so over the phone. I had to take 1 hour off of work to sit on the phone with another store to get this taken care of and finally the store on Iliff & Chambers agreed to honor the online price because of the situation. My sister then had to buy the part from the store on Mississippi and take it to the store on Iliff & chambers so they could honor the price. I just want to say that Rob is the rudest guy ever and he should not be working in customer service if this is how he treats customers. I talked to Rob after I spoke with the other store and he was very rude to me and told me that they wouldn't sell me the part so the other store could honor the price because he didn't like my sister. Very unprofessional. I will never ever ever in life do business with Autozone again. Thanks to the store on Iliff there customer service was very exceptional.
