Talk about service. One of the employees walked out to my vehicle before I could go into the store. I mentioned that my tire pressure sensor light was on in my dashboard and he looked at it right in the parking lot and said he saw a nail in my tire. A few mins later it was already in the service bay getting fixed and a few mins after that they gave me back my keys and sent me on my way a happy customer and the best part was they did it absolutely free. read more

What sets a tire shop apart when everyone sells the same products? Service. This location- hands down great service. I came back to this location since I had tires replaced here a few years back. Not expecting much, I came to get a flat tire checked and Sage & Al treated me like family. Their concern was not the sale, but my safety. They did whatever they could do to help make new tires work and worked with my budget. I will be returning based on the sole care for their customers. Highly recommend! read more

Another perfect experience -- they always earn it! I keep writing 5-star reviews for Discount Tire because every single time, they deserve it. They consistently go above and beyond -- not just in service, but in the way they treat you. Even though they're a large company, you never feel like you're dealing with a chain. The team is always personable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. This visit, I had a more complex request -- buying new tires for two cars and swapping tire sets between two other vehicles -- and they handled everything smoothly without hesitation. They take care of me every single time, and I truly appreciate it. So here's another well-deserved 5-star review from me. Thank you, Discount Tire -- you continue to set the bar! read more

Came in for a free air check (which is now located in the back of the building). Was quickly assisted by DJ and he was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, personable and very efficient. Let me know that my left tire was a little low and checked all the other tires. Let me know if I need anything else to not hesitate to come back and they will help in any way they can. It is always such a pleasure to have someone so Top-Notch in customer service as DJ! read more

the tech was not following procedure (ie checking all tires first, etc.). didn't know what he was doing I think he was rude because he felt insecure in his knowledge. He was venting on me, bad idea to do that to a customer. Another tech took over he just started up selling, he wanted me to buy 4 tires. my one tire was ruined but my car is not 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive. Two tire replacement was correct. I explained the situation to the second tech but he didn't want to listen. At this point I walked out now aware that lousy places like this do exist. read more

Outstanding pricing and service. No one likes having to put new tires on their vehicles, but Discount Tire made getting new shoes for my car painless and easy. I was able to use their website to compare tires and pick the best tires for my budget and need, and not only schedule my appointment but pay for the service as well. Once I arrived at the store I simply had to park, check in and hand them my keys. The waiting area was clean, and they took my vehicle back right away since I had a pre-scheduled appointment. They have a window to the shop where you can see your vehicle being worked on as well. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes, which I thought was pretty quick for having a whole new set of tires put on. No one tried to upsell me, or offer additional service I didn't need. TL:DR - Quick Hassle free service, and the ability to shop online make Discount Tire a great option! read more

Discount Tire - Repair bay - Tires Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Worked so fast , i was skeptical that they took took care of all my issues. I think they definitely improved at this location.

I went in on Hamden. I had two nails in one tire and one in another. I was mad as It was unsafe to repair due to really uneven low tread depth. I am broke and was just bummed and was rude. The guy, Sage, manager, gave me 4 new tires out the door with warranty for 37.00. I said why. He said his number one concern was for me to be safe. I said God will bless you. He said even if he does not it's OK, and it took 40 min. This man was like an angel . Thank you Sage, Good man of God.... read more

I gave a 5star rating just because discount tire is a great company to buy tires from but. This specific location needs to be better at taking care of their customers. Especially when they have certificates for the repairs. I had to go to a different location to get my tires replaced and the other store fixed it no problem. This store tried to get me to pay again. They need to treat paying customers a lot better at this location. I think this tire company is the best. Overall the other store fixed it free of charge great company. read more

This place made me a customer for this location. I showed up at 5:58 and he could have easily said they were done for the day, but Drake went right to work and assured me they would be happy to help. So a short month after getting these WONDERFUL tires that have made me feel way more safe, I OF COURSE run over a screw and a raised manhole with a pothole this morning. I come in at around 8:15, and Ed remembered me, informed me that there is a screw in my tire (I thought it was just the pothole and just wanted to check), and saw a heat ring around my tired caused by me driving it to a gas station to fill the tire up, which he told me I should NOT be driving on. He told me they'd replace the tire since it's been less than 30 days, and there is a special warranty. He told me he had to get the tire in from a different store, and that they could install the tire today. These guys are amazing. Please come here for all your tire needs. And also, just to update you, I went ahead and paid for the extended warranty today. read more

It was not a great start to my Monday morning when I saw the low tire pressure blinking. Thinking it was just low on air, I filled it up and drove to work. About a year ago I went to the Aurora (Southlands location) for a tire repair - a very slow leak. Their sleazy salesman took the tire off the rim before informing me that the nail was "too close to the tire wall" to be repaired. He then went on to explain that due to liability issues, they wouldn't be able to put it back on. After being forced to purchase a new tire, he went on to inform me that my windshield wiper blades were badly frayed - this after I had purchased and installed new wipers just two weeks prior. Having dealt with Discount Tire for the last 14 plus years, I wrote it off as a one-off incident. Fast forward a couple of weeks ago, I went in to have air added to the tires, the smart Alec-y shop hand (what I perceived to be) sarcastically declined to assist because they were in the middle of a tire delivery. I tried to be understanding and went to another nearby location and had the cold air pressures increased. Today, I noticed that the pressure in my left rear tire was running about 4 PSI low. I stopped and checked the tire but couldn't find any visible damages. I made my way a few miles to this location on Hampden Avenue (Denver), explained to the apparent shop supervisor that I had a slow leak and asked if he could add a quick shot of air - I acknowledged to him that I realized the shop was busy, but his assistance would buy me the time needed to get home and make an appointment for repair. Both he and the in-store customer service representative simply refused. Standing right by the hose, he told me that I would need to go in and wait for an hour just to get 4 PSI's of air. I am beginning to think that this lack of decent business practice is becoming a companywide issue, and I need to consider taking my business elsewhere. read more

This review is for this location only - I've been a loyal Discount Tire customer for over 20 years and recommend them left and right. This particular location is generally hard to get to because of their size and parking logistics, but that's not the fault of the staff. Just something to keep in mind. I got a feeling, when getting an appointment there for the first time, they hire those that don't get a cut at other locations, that goes for management and mechanics. Never expected a simple winter tire change over (on wheels already) going so wrong, that I needed two more visits to different locations the next day to fix it. Asked them to balance and mount the tires and fix a nail, clearly marked. They mounted them, but "forgot" to fix the nail (or more likely didn't pay attention)... And I got an impression that's something that happens there on a regular basis too. Balance was off - had to spend 2 hours next day at different location to re-balance - they confirmed tires were out of balance. TPMS lights went off - not programmed as requested or did a bad job doing it. To top it off, after specifically asking them not to move the seat, they moved the seat. Why their comfort to drive the car 30 feet is more important than mine is beyond me, but this is the definition of unprofessionalism. Naturally, nothing would happen, and I might (or might not) get a nice "we apologize" email from corporate, but I thought I'd warn others to pick another location if possible. read more

Great service and friendly, reliable staff - always. I've used them for over thirty years. Never a problem.

This review has been long overdue! We have been here several times... to have air put in our tires... to have a hole repaired because of a nail... to have tires replaced... and the latest visit was because of the dreaded TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) light going off. We are only a few days into summer... yet it was a cold, rainy, Friday morning. It's ten minutes before 8am. We have only one car to share... so here I am dropping off the hubby to work at 8am, then before 9am have to drop off my oldest to dance camp, the middle kiddo to music camp, while my 1 year old is along for the ride. But that TPMS light... ugh! Usually my hubby does all the car stuff. But like I said he has to be at work, so fortunately there is an awesome Discount Tire close by. So after dropping the hubby off I drive carefully on over in hopes that I can get the tire checked and fixed if need be. It's already 5 minutes past 8am, and there are already a few customers. I have all three kiddos with me and I explain the situation to the friendly guy and that I have to be somewhere by 9am. He assures me that it should be no problem. He goes to the car and checks on the tire pressure of the tires, while I am putting my daughter's hair in a bun for dance. After a few quick minutes he lets me know how the tread is on the tires (which are still good because they themselves put them on awhile back, and they are under warranty) and that they will fix the tire that's in question. He looks my info up in the system. I also mention that we probably need to get our tires rotated. He lets me know that the tires are wearing out evenly and that I don't need to have them rotated. Cool! He can also can see I'm getting my kiddos ready for camp, and I tell him I've got to get two kiddos in camp by 9am. He reassures me that they should have everything done and I would be out of there in no time. And with a quickness these guys fix the tire. There was a screw that caused all of this, but they patched it all up. I was out of there by 8:25ish. What could have been the start of a bad day, really worked out for me and my family. I got my kids to their summer camps on time. I didn't have to be stranded in the rain with three kids (if my tire gave out), and my hubby didn't have to lose time from work to get this taken care of. The guys at Discount Tire gave me and my hubby peace of mind. These guys are awesome. They deserve all 5 stars. You can count on us coming here for any tire needs. Thanks for helping keep my family safe and sound! read more

Car tire pressure was low. I went right by my house to Goodyear as soon as they opened for them to tell me it would be an hour and a half before they would even look at it. While waiting in their waiting room I called Discount Tire. They told me to come in ASAP and when I did I was immediately seen. Sure enough it's a screw in the tire. They fixed me and I was on my way to work in less than 30 minutes. They didn't even charge me. read more

A couple of days ago I had a flat tire. Damian was extremely helpful. Repaired my tire in less than 30 minutes. Fabulous service!!

I go to a bunch of Discount Tires and they are usually all good. This one is excellent. Very good staff, rapid service, pleasant conversations. I had some Goodyears that had only made it 30K or so on a 70K tread wear warranty. No hassle, no dealing, Discount gave me a generous credit on the next set of tires. And NY Deli News is only a block or so away, so a great lunch spot to grab a bite while the work is being done! read more

Tire blew out on I25 before the Hampden exit. Scary to be stuck on the highway. Luckily I remembered this Discount Tire from having air put into my tires before. The service was excellent. They greeted every customer, gave reassurances that they were seen and their cars being worked on. The crew was efficient and seemed to be enjoying their work. The store was busy but they turned the cars around in a timely manner. Would definitely go back and recommend. read more

After getting an unexpected metal chunk in my tire, and trying to get in to 2 other Discount Tires that had lines of people out the doors, I was so grateful for being able to get in here and felt the time it took from walking in to driving off was reasonable, though I think I definitely got lucky on when I happened to walk in as they got REAL busy REAL quick. These guys were friendly and efficient, but I felt like they took time to appropriately listen to my preferences and make a solid and reliable recommendation. And they stayed friendly as they got REAL busy. They were stressing to callers and walk-ins that the best way to go is to get an appointment. read more
