(He was genuinely happy to pet that dog). I highly recommend this spot if you have your pick-of-the-litter as far as Caliber goes. Beware of this road (E Evans is truly a nightmare), but go to this shop and ask for Mike if you can. Genuine kindness is a bit thin in Denver, but Mike has it in spades.

A few months later however, I discovered a little hole in the fiberglass/plastic under the door that they had missed, and so I got it back in, with a request to have some additional paint/body work done (sun damage to the top surfaces) to really bring it up to snuff. I got the car back today and it looks better than it did when I bought it almost 20 years and about 100K miles ago, it looks spectacular!! A special thanks to Marly and Josh for taking such great care of my favorite toy! Thank you Addison for a great job. ======== Sometimes you get lucky. After tagging the front of my vette pretty good, going into a ditch near home dodging a fox (that fox owes me the $1K deductible!), my insurance pointed me to Addison as an AAA approved body shop. I read some reviews, sounded pretty good so I booked the appointment. First impressions, it's a big operation in a beautiful facility with multiple buildings, clean and well maintained on the outside, and walking into the office was shockingly pleasant. It's a very large open professionally set up office area with areas designated for auto repair and body shop work, they do both (nice!). As has been said, Jennifer and Diane that run the front desks are friendly and professional. Jennifer set me up with an estimator who was also a great guy, and he got right to it. Took about 30 minutes maybe for the estimate which was shockingly low - all I'm paying is the deductible so I didn't really care but I almost considered just paying out of pocket vs dinging my insurance. Nothing is free. The bad news, a 3+ month lead time currently. Not their fault but, ugh. My car is perfectly drivable so, I got lucky in that respect. I'll be anxious to see how well they match my Corvette 50th Anniversary paint job, it's a metallic red that requires a real pro to duplicate. But based on my experience so far, I'm highly confident of a great job.

I was told I'd receive a phone call with the estimate the following day--no call, no email. I followed up via email on August 25th and was told the estimate had been written that day. It's now September 4th, and I've still received nothing. This level of communication is unacceptable. I've lost confidence in their ability to handle the job and will be taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

Eventually they called me back and I made arrangements to drop my car off after hours, due to a busy work schedule. George told me there was a drop box in the door. I asked him to send a picture of the drop box so I didn't miss it again and that's when he told me they don't have a drop box. I was suppose to jimmy open a window and then push the office door open through the window and throw my keys in. None of which was explained on the phone and not something I'd know to do as that's also considered breaking and entering. This place seems incredibly sketchy. I have a low mileage classic car that I love very very much. A careless driver hit me and I was…read morereally upset. Luckily, that driver had insurance. I didn't want to take my precious car any old place to get the body damage fixed. I did a ton of research to find the right place that could do a fantastic job fixing my car, and would also take the other driver's insurance and make sure that insurance paid for all the work. Quality One Dent had nothing but great reviews so even though it's quite a drive from where I live, I decided to take my car there. It was really easy to schedule and get my car in for an estimate. JP and Danielle were easy to talk to and work with. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs to my car. And they appreciated how much I love my car and took care of it for me. Quality One Dent did a phenomenal job fixing my classic car. It had looked great before the other car hit it and I hoped that it would still look great after the repairs. Quality One Dent had to search all over the US for various decals and parts and the car looks brand new instead of a little bit faded, as it had before. I'm very meticulous and have high standards, and I was really pleased to see that they do as well. On top of making the car look better, when they reassembled the body parts, the car actually drove better than it had since I bought it. I'm the 7th owner of the car. When I bought it, it had a few alignment problems which I'd spent a lot of money to try to fix but it was never perfect. And the steering column always vibrated a bit as I was driving. Somehow, after Quality One Dent reassembled the front end, the car drives much more smoothly and the alignment is perfect. So it's more than I expected and I'm overjoyed at the job that they did. They took the time to match the paint perfectly. I learned that the antique decals had taken a lot of time and patience to remove properly without damaging the body. They got it all right and the car looks amazing.

While examining my vehicle the estimator Paul allowed the hood to free-fall onto the safety catch, which was still in an up position, likely because it was not functioning correctly due to the front end damage. I saw this as it happened, but not quickly enough to prevent it. We opened the hood again to find the frame of the safety catch now pushed down inside the surrounding platform. Paul immediately apologized and said, 'that's on me.' He tried to return the safety latch back to its original position but failed. He then asked for the keys and drove the vehicle inside their shop to repair the catch. He returned with the latch held in place by duct tape surrounding the frame of the catch (you can see this in the photo attached to this review). He assured me they would 'take care' of this when I brought the vehicle back for repair of the front end damage. Upon receiving their repair estimate via email later that day I noticed it included a line item for $96.47 for the safety catch. The line item showed labor was 'included.' At this point I decided it may be better to take the vehicle to a certified Volvo repair center because the estimate from Quality One indicated they were not qualified to re calibrate the front end camera. I returned to Quality One later that same day to ask for compensation for the broken safety catch. Paul seemed willing to compensate me for the damaged catch, but then the owner PJ was called in. PJ basically said as far as he was concerned the safety catch was already broken and I should just have insurance cover that cost as part of the overall repair. I tried to reason with him, but he wouldn't budge. This has been very upsetting for me, as Paul clearly admitted to breaking the frame of the safety catch. At this point there is nothing I can do but post this review as a warning to others who are considering using Quality One Dent for their repairs.

Unfortunately for me, I went to trade in my car and was made aware of the hail damage. I filed an insurance claim and googled Hail Damage Repair. I called/place inquires at 6 different places in total. I only received follow up from two places, of course, Tip Top was one of them. I tried calling the other places several times and would consistently be met with voicemails. Once I spoke to Tip Top, I explained the situation and ask if it all possible for a quick turnaround. After setting a time, same day, to bring my car by so they could give it a quick look over before committing to the turnaround I needed. I'm sure it's annoying having a majority, if not all, customers wanting quick turnarounds. I felt bad making this their problem, given I should have caught this sooner. They were able to accommodate. I actually left my car with them so they could start repairs. Kyle gave me a ride home as it was too late to get a rental and they didn't have any notice. Which was no problem at all. He offered to come get me once my car was ready. They covered my deductible and were actually able to give me some money back, due to my low deductible. They worked with my Insurance company to have the estimate done there, were able to have the adjustor cut them a check vs them issuing it to me (which is what I asked for), approvals on the additional damage exceeding the estimate. We either texted or talked on the phone throughout the repairs. I received picture updates along the way. They exceed my expectations with their customer service, turnaround time, and the discretionary effort put forth. I field my initial insurance claim through my insurance company's app and then I only talk to them one time to approve the check being cut directly to the shop. Otherwise TipTop coordinated with the adjuster for the estimate and everything else. Highly recommend. I unfortunately got hail damage on my new vehicle and it was a no brainer where to go. I put in my initial claim this would be the shop and even declined going to another shop when the insurance company called to sway me to use it. No matter if you have hail or just need some cosmetic work, save yourself the time and energy and schedule with TipTop.
