Amazing customer service had my car in and out of there! 100% Recommend. When I had a question they answered quick and super nice

Everyone at this location is awesome to work with! Kacie, Pat, Alex, the repair on my Nissan Rogue was spectacular. I was so pleased with the result and the great turn around time and communication throughout the repair! Hopefully nothing else happens to my vehicle, but I'd be a return customer for sure, if so! read more

Dropped my car off after an accident and they were very friendly and nice to deal with. But the repairs took over a month and when I asked what the delay was Matt said they were waiting to get authorization from insurance. Turns out now they are saying they didn't start working on my car because I didn't fill out the form for a week. My rental car isn't covered for that week it didn't get worked on while sitting in their shop, "waiting for insurance to authorize" work on it. read more

My father took his Ford truck here after he was in a multiple car accident and Tony and Alex who work at this shop were unprofessional and not helpful at all. They reported to the insurance company that my dads truck mechanical issues were already pre existing which is an absolute lie and then told the insurance that they didn't specialize in mechanical repairs. So then why did they report a mechanical report to the insurance company if that's not what they specialize in. To remind you that his truck is still not drivable at this point and after looking at the awful paint job that Caliber Collision did He was very disappointed. Not only did they have his truck for almost two months but the body work done on it is atrocious. My fathers truck frame is also messed up due to the car accident he was in. This was my dads daily truck that He uses to get to work and his only reliable vehicle. During this time He was car less for so long that He had to purchase another car to be able to get to his job. The way We have been treated at Caliber Collision and the awful service We have had has made us believe that We were discriminated against due to do with our race, skin color, or my fathers poor english. It's been 3 months since the car accident and all they cared about was for my dad to take the truck home even though it is still not drivable. They harassed my brother and father to pick up the truck and tow it back home before they were charged a $25 per day. Nothing was ever resolved and because of that we are still trying to fix this problem that Calliber Collision created for us. They sure did charge the insurance for the paint job but could care less about the failed diagnosis they gave my fathers truck. Do not recommend these scammers read more

Repairs took over two months. One excuse after another. Either this business is poorly managed or they don't care. This seems to be a trend at this location from other reviews. Maybe not a good choice. read more

I brought my Mercedes Benz here to have it repaired after some vandalism as this was a State Farm shop. The first time I took in it came back with out a blended front fender. My drivers door wouldn't lock. Someone's belt molding on my back window dash among other things. Took it back last week to have the fender blended and at some point after they painted the fender someone chipped the paint on the fender. They took no responsibility for the belt molding under my back window dash sun visor and the door and the rain sensor wipers. There are better shops that care about their customers. read more

It is hard for me to even give one star for this establishment . I do not recommend using this shop, you can find better craftsmanship elsewhere. My car looks worse now than it did when I brought it in to them. The airbags deployed when I went in a ditch during one of our snow storms earlier this year. I had nearly no damage on the exterior of my car (a scuff on the back bumper), all of the damage was inside the car. I chose this establishment because they were one of guaranteed shops the insurance company listed. They kept my car for nearly 2 months doing the repairs, waiting on one thing or another is what I was told each time I called. When I was finally able to bring my car home I wasn't happy with the craftsmanship. There were some pieces inside the car that were not secured back into place (the panels around the console, a piece on the side of the windshield was just hanging there that I had to snap back into place) and there was a wire hanging down under the front of the car, but what really got me was the paint was dull and faded on the passenger side doors nearly the whole length of the doors. We brought it back and asked what was going on with that and they took it back in and did something with it that made it shine again. A month goes by and I have washed my car a couple times and that spot is dulling again and the more I washed my car the worse it looks, it literally looks as if it was sanded in that area. My car now looks like complete crap!! I asked my insurance if there is anything that I can do because I suspect my car was scratched while in that shop and they tried to buff out their error and buffed off too much of the clear coat. The insurance company spoke with the shop and they claim to not have done any work there and when they took it back in when we returned it, they did a "courtesy polish". I told them I don't buy that story and asked for the before photos. I got a meeting with the district manager of the shop he pointed out that there was previous work done on those doors and that they just used poor materials and that is what we are seeing, the poor quality clear coat fading. There is no CarFax to show there was ever repairs done to the car. There may have been unreported repairs done to the car prior to me purchasing it but there were no visible signs of it so if work was performed it was a good job. It wasn't like that when I brought it in or any sign of fading prior to that, it conveniently began fading while in their possession. The before repair pictures they took were taken outside and my car covered in snow conveniently hiding that area of the car for me to show them that it wasn't like before they started. My car was by far not in perfect condition when brought into this shop but it looked nice. Paint was good, typically wear and tear marks for a 3 year old car, and now it looks terrible and I am stuck with that because they claim it was "someones else's poor draftsmanship". I question the workmanship of this shop and will not use it or refer anyone to it. Seek out a better body shop. read more

Outstanding service and work!! In fact, the BEST SERVICE from any business I have had experience with in Denver EVER!! My experience started with Joe Ray Benavidez who was SO helpful. I needed my work done in 5 days --- the other 3 body shops I contacted had told me they couldn't take the job for one or two MONTHS!!! I am so glad I called this Caliber Collision! Joe Ray was very professional, asked me to bring in car and he would see how long it would take. After seeing it, he checked on parts availability and I came back .3 days later to have it repaired!!! He explained the entire process and arranged for me to have a ride between the shop and my house while it was being repaired. The driver, Oscar, gave me a comfortable, friendly and safe ride. I was able to pick up the car in the early afternoon and the work was BEAUTIFUL!! The cost was in line with what was quoted and less than I originally anticipated. Everyone in the office was friendly and polite. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE AND EVERY ONE!! They really understand the concept of providing good service. I would rate Joe Ray as a 10 if this review would let me!! Dottie read more

After an accident my insurance company recommended this company for repairs. They took weeks to repair my car. When I finally was able to pick up my car; I had to take it back because they did not fix everything. Shoddy workmanship! They said they would pay for a rental car while they fix my car, but now they wont' pay for the rental car. I will never take my car to Caliber Collision again!!!!! read more

Awesome shop. Very professional staff from the front office, to service advisor, to back of the house workers. Kept up to date on work being done. Will bring any future work to this shop. read more

Woohoo! A body repair place that delivers what they SAY they'll deliver. Not only that, the entire staff is friendly, fun and welcoming. A local grocery store employee drove a line of carts into our pristine Subaru -- scraping the paint down to the metal. The store paid for the damage (yay), but finding a repair place was a headache. Some were scheduled a month out, just to get an estimate!, others didn't bother to call me back, and one couldn't answer my basic questions on what their repair process was going to be. How screwy is that? On checking the Mike Shaw Subaru dealership site, I saw they recommended Caliber Collision for body repairs. Of course, it was a completely different location they were championing, but I thought what the heck, and called the Aurora location. They got me in the next day. Joe Benavidez was our service consultant; he took pics, explained everything A-Z (and wonder of wonders didn't patronize me while doing it), gave me a written estimate and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I was so impressed, I scheduled the repair immediately. Our car was restored to its pristine condition and a day earlier than promised! Joe came up front when we arrived, took us out to the car, explained what they'd done and why, and had us inspect the fix to make sure we were satisfied. We sure were. Joe, you're a gem. The work was wonderful, the final bill matched the estimate right to the penny. Nobody wants to have body work done, but stuff happens .... and we'll know to head straight to Caliber. One tiny downside: their parking lot is pretty small. read more

Great service, Pat and Doug made the repair process stress free. I was updated through out the entire process. Friendly and professional.

Our company car had a bumper fall off on the highway. Luckily, it hit no one and our employee was able to retrieve it. We took the car to Caliber Collision and Dizirae was absolutely fantastic. This is a high mileage company car, so our concerns weren't cosmetic. We just wanted it to be safe and legal. Caliber did an absolute fantastic job putting it together and was very kind in waiving the fees for our small, nonprofit organization. It is a huge thing for us to have this kindness. Thank you, Caliber Collision, not just for your support of our mission but also for the top-notch work you did! read more

I had the worst experience ever at this Caliber Collision, on E Colfax. They had my vehicle for 10 weeks, I was not updated regularly and when I was called they were giving me information on someone elses car or they gave me the same excuse "they didn't have the right part". When I finally picked up my car, the night before Thanksgiving, I got in and had no heat, when I drove to the gas station I saw scratches in my paint and sworls in my paint on the hood and the bumper, all which should have been brand new. My steering wheel was scratched and the alignment was off. By the time I got home my car was over heating. Because of the holiday I couldn't speak to anyone until Friday. Pat helped me and I will say she was very nice. I was convinced to go back to them and was assured that this time they would do it right and that I would be satisfied. No I wasn't. They had the car for another two weeks and when they brought it back the only thing fixed was the steering wheel and alignment. The overheating was fixed as well, but the reason this happened was because the never turned on the heat to check to see if they had put the radiator on right and that everything was flowing the way it was supposed to, but to me this seems like something that should not have been over looked especially since they had had it so long. The scratches and the sworls where still in the paint and the bumper was not attached correctly. At this time they were not even apologetic. I had to go back to my insurance agent and she got things moving. I am now taking my car to the dealership because my airbag light came on, which they had also fixed. Another Caliber is fixing the paint and the bumper. They have been very helpful and informative, which I appreciate. By the time it's all said and done I could have had a brand new car. I would not recommend this place to anyone! The only reason they got 1 star is because I could not submit this review without adding at lease 1 star read more

I had a damaged 1999 Mercury - an older car from a manufacturer no longer in business - a challenge for any body shop. Jake didn't bat an eye! He met each road block along the way as an opportunity to serve his customer. It took a little longer than any of us expected in the beginning, but he kept plugging and kept me well informed all along the way. When I picked up my car, it was perfect. I will recommend Caliber Collision and this particular location, especially. I hope I don't need a body shop again, bit if I do, I am glad to know such a good one. read more
