Some of the damage left by their wash.

Do not let them wash your car after service. I was there for routine maintenance and they asked if we wanted to get it washed, to which we agreed, and after getting the car back it was covered in scratches all over, and the manager kept insisting they could've been there before since the car was dusty, even though those scratches would most likely still be visible under dust and I know for a fact that they were not there before because we regularly wash the car and use pressure wash only! Ge wasted our time showing us their car wash and how they washed some other car, and funny enough it also came out with scratches, just less bad then mine, to which the manager said "there's no way to tell if those were there before". They also would not show us the before pictures, even though I saw the worker take them from far away, the only ones they showed were cropped ones of just the logo. At the end they wasted our time and offered no solution and my car, which was bought from them brand new just 5 months ago is now scratched up.

The new location is beautiful and my sales person was Ahmed. He helped me with my end-of-lease process and then the purchase and financing of my car! I was so worried about possibly not being able to walk away with a car at the end of my lease but it all got done and it was such a relief and Ahmed and the team really helped me figure things out to reach my goals and even determine steps I could take within the year. I really felt supported and drove away so happy in my CX5!

Check your cars!!!!!! Do not trust them!! Brakes were told they were fine, when i redid them myself i couldn't get these bolts off from my car due to over torque and also my brakes were so bad that whenever we were getting the screws of the whole rotor started smoking. So unimpressed and will now be doing my own work since can't trust the dealership to do it right either

Problems are inevitable. It's how they're solved, and relationships repaired, that counts, and Tim does that! That being said, I worked with Tim the last time I was here, prior to my oil change yesterday, to co-create a long-term mutually beneficial, mutually trustworthy, mutually respectful solution, and I said I'd like to only work with Arron going forward, if at all possible, given Arron treats me with respect, he has exceptional communication, he's a mature man (both men are, and that's hard to find these days, men who respect women, such as myself), and Arron is also a former mechanic, so I like how he explains things to me, and problem solves with me. Yesterday, I dropped my Corolla off for an oil change, was 1-hour late to my appointment (due to a harassing male boomer neighbor, while working with Denver Police Department, since 2021, on this same issue), and was not aware of the new policy: no Lyft rides home (understandable) for mere oil changes, which had changed the past 6-months, unbeknownst to me. Even giving that disruptive surprise, Arron not only met, but perfectly exceeded my expectations yesterday! He made my life super easy, to finally delegate / outsource a task, with flawless communication and execution, including helping me anticipate and budget for my next repair. I couldn't be happier, or more positively impressed and grateful. Thanks, Arron and Tim! P.s. I also want to thank Tim, for not only mailing me a corrected oil change sticker & associated paperwork, to fix a prior issue, as well as for refunding me for an improper alignment, per Stevinson Toyota West. Ethics, FTW!

Communicative and quick-two things that I expect when I get my car serviced. I've brought my car here for the past year, twice. The first time the advisor was kind and professional. However, I was never notified of any recommend services or the results of the initial diagnostic scan. Instead, I was just told that my car was ready: This most recent time, I had got rear-ended and had 2 main issues that I wanted solved: for the beeping of my trunk to be turned off and for the airbag system malfunction notification to be taken care of. I dropped off my car after 5 and heard nothing the entire day after apart from the services I needed to approve. I texted the number that I was given to get in contact with my service advisor. I had messaged it several times and got no response. Turns out my advisor was out for the day and the messages only go to them. Which doesn't make sense to me. Shouldn't there be consistent communication regardless of if my service advisor is in for the day or not? I eventually was informed after calling, that my car was ready and that the advisor was finishing up the paperwork. I showed up and the paperwork was not finished. The beeping sound still existed in my car, but this was one of the two things I had asked to be fixed. It was not communicated to me that this did not happen. I have only experienced frustration with Stevinson Toyota East these past two times and will not get my car serviced here anymore. Would not recommend this Toyota.

She was knowledgeable, friendly, and never made me feel pressured. She happily arranged both a test drive and time for a pre-purchase inspection, which gave me confidence in the vehicle and made me feel like she genuinely wanted me to make the right decision. From the first time I saw the vehicle to purchasing it was less than a week, and every step was straightforward. I was also pleasantly surprised by how quickly the paperwork, payment, and temporary tags were handled. Based on past experience with another dealer, I expected buying from a dealership to be stressful and time-consuming, but Noelle made it smooth and easy from start to finish. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I'll direct this review towards our most recent experince, I bought a new 2026 Subaru WRX after trading my 2022 WRX. This was the second time working with Cole Farmer, and he's an absolute pleasure to deal with during any car buying experience! Our first experince with Cole was on Valentines day, as we were late arriving customers and he stayed well past closing time on a holiday weekend to ensure we were able to leave happily in our new vehicle that night. So of course 2 months later when I was in the market for a new WRX I went right back to Cole! He's got a wonderful upbeat personality, makes everyone feel welcomed, and makes every process so smooth. I was intially unhappy with the trade value on my previous WRX but Cole fought to get me right where I wanted to be. He worked with the maintence department to ensure I would get a few parts swapped over, and just all around a great experince. Ela was our Love Encore Specialist and helped ensure a smooth transition getting us ready to roll in our new vehicles, and as always had a bright smile and a wondeful patient personalilty to ensure all questions were answered. We've worked with both Cole and Ela in the past, and they were the reason we chose to come to Schomp Subaru once again when in the market for multiple new vehicles. The whole staff is great and welcoming, and after dealing with several Subaru dealerships throughout Colorado, the 45 minute drive is absolutely worth it as this is simply the only dealer I would trust with my business. As always, thank you to the Schomp Subaru team across the board for another great experience! - Cody

I drove it home and then hopped on a flight with my family to Mexico the next morning. When I returned home, I found oil in my garage and then in my driveway. I climbed under the truck and was in disbelief that it was leaking oil. I told the dealership it was an oil pan leak. They stated, " There's no way. The truck had less than 100 miles on it." They picked it up and confirmed I was correct. It's a 24-hour job to repair it, as the motor has to come out. The pan was cracked when it came off the assembly line. 29 days later, they called me to pick up my truck. The job was extensive, so I knew there was a huge risk for human error. Ford had an oversight on their assembly line which created a chain reaction of events and issues with the vehicle. I told the dealership that if I wanted a used truck, I would have bought a used truck. I bought a truck that was brand new. This truck has been taken apart severely. I was dissatisfied and disappointed with my purchase. But at the end, the store General Manager John made it right. He is a stand-up guy and helped fight with Ford (manufacturer) which I appreciated. Despite the chaos this ordeal created the leadership at the store stood up to do their best to make it right for me. They put me as their customer 1st. This weekend, they delivered me a '26 F350 Platinum and reached out to my existing lender to finance the new vehicle and to match the terms. When you stop in to buy a vehicle be on the lookout for Sales Manager Tyler and Andrew. I recommend you track down Ben as he's a laid back easy going down to earth sales person. Stand up guys! Solid solid people. Things happen in life, nothing is ever perfect but to see a business put their customers first and make it right is unheard of anymore. They've earned my trust and respect to come back and buy another vehicle. When things go flawlessly it's easy to share that experience but what matters is when you have things not go well. It's important to know a business who will stand behind you. Thank you Schomp I will be back for another.

Unfortunately, that was not the case this time. To start, when I got to the desk to check in, it felt like my presence was barely recognized. The people at the desk were chit chatting and acted like I wasn't there. The guy handling my car never asked for my ID to verify it was me and he also never even gave me his name or card, in order to call if I needed something. I was really surprised when they didn't do a walk around with me to get my mileage or inspect the car at all. It all just felt strange and not what I'm used to. The 1 win in this situation was the guy who drove me to and from in their complementary shuttle. He was so kind, personable and on time. Major shout out (wish I could remember his name)! When I got back in the evening to get my car it was dark. I got the keys, but it would have been really nice if someone would have walked me to my car. I'm used to the car being pulled up front, but instead it was on the lot in a parking space. I'm also used to the car being nicely washed, but the windows and windshield had smears all over. The car also smelled heavily of gas for some reason. I don't mean to sound so particular but this was another experience of customer service and I feel like it was very lacking. There's a few small things they can do to make this a better experience. I know my car wasn't leased with them, but I thought VW dealerships would have similar experiences.
