Bought a car from them in July of this year…read more I am out of state and was working in northern Colorado and needed a car. They did the entire deal over the phone. Got the car titled for me in the state I am from and was super communicative with me through the whole process. Got an Uber to buy the car and they had everything ready for me when I got there in and out in 20 mins. While waiting for the title to be processed they even got me another temp tag. Which I really appreciated. Would recommend and really appreciate the sales guy to the finance guy and gals who helped me out. Thank you all so so very much.

I purchased a 2019 Honda Accord Sport from Denver Auto Mart, and unfortunately, my experience has…read morebeen extremely disappointing. Just a few days after driving the car off the lot, every warning light on the dashboard came on and the car stalled. I immediately contacted the dealership and spoke with the manager, Paul, who told me to bring the car back and assured me they would take care of it. After inspecting the vehicle, I was told it had misfires and fuel injector issues. They claimed the issue was fixed, but just a few months later, the exact same problem occurred again. This time, I spoke with Nate at Denver Auto Mart. He said it was related to a previous recall completed by the former owner and suggested that defective parts may have been used. He advised me to take the car to a Honda dealership. I followed their advice, only to be shocked when Honda diagnosed it as a fuel pump issue--with a repair estimate of $1,600. I've owned this car for less than a year and have driven it only about 6,000 miles. I believe Denver Auto Mart was aware of these issues prior to the sale and simply chose not to disclose them. This entire experience has been frustrating and disheartening. I expected honesty and integrity from a dealership, but instead, I feel misled and stuck with an expensive repair on a car I trusted was in good condition. Please use extreme caution when purchasing from this dealership--better yet, stay away from this place. In my opinion, customer care and trust are not their priorities.

TSG auto does a great job with customer service and making the job easy. Justin, my sales representative, was friendly and professional-- very low pressure. The vehicle itself is not a quality vehicle. I had not realized the car was not a smoke free vehicle. The day I purchased it was very cold out so I hardly noticed the smell. The smell is very bad. I was a bit surprised there had been no treatment done. This is on me for not reading the advertisement properly-- but just want to be clear to everyone to keep an eye out for these things. It also wasn't cleaned thoroughly before purchase which was surprising. I was also promised a full tank and once I left the lot-- I noticed I was on empty. I didn't feel like bothering to turn around-- TSG auto offered to fill me up if I drove back. Only a couple of days after owning the vehicle the battery completely died. AAA replaced my battery and indicated the battery was just old. To be fair, when I called TSG Auto about the issue the offered to resolve. Only a couple days after the incident with the battery I noticed there was a leak in the front right tire. After more inspection I realized that the tire was very old and unsafe-- I've had to replace all 4 tires only 3 months into owning the vehicle so keep an eye out for this as well. Takeaway: Buying process is simple and easy with low pressure sales techniques. If you are buying from TSG Auto do a thorough inspection of the vehicle-- know what you are doing. Just like any other used dealer. I would still purchase from TSG Auto but I would have done a better inspection of the car and purchased for a more fair price.

Stay away from this dealership and read the reviews. Unfortunately my husband didn't…read more This place is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever encountered. They wait over a month to pay off your vehicle that they bought on trade in. Making you have to make payments on a vehicle you no longer own because it's still under your credit. This then makes the payoff not cover what the original amount was due. They don't perform the smog check as they are legally required to or even give you a certificate to go have it performed. They use the excuse oh sorry it's brand new to us and we didn't get a chance. It's BS excuses. Then someone leaves their keys in the vehicle and call you and tell you to bring the keys back. Um how does your irresponsibility become our problem. They didn't give a full tank of gas plus you have to beside back there to bring someone their keys. So unprofessional. Steer clear!

Make sure to preschedule your test drive. If you have good credit the only way to bring your interest rate down is with a bigger down payment, that was a little frustrating, but I was able to increase the down payment. NOW onto the frustration** when leaving with my beautiful new(ish) Nissan Altima, I noticed that the windshield tint had been ripped by whoever scraped the dealer tags off while I was signing paperwork. Carmax usually has a service center to deal with things within the 90 day warranty- but not things like THIS. Ive been trying to work to get the tint replaced while ensuring I'm not the one paying for it because it was *THEIR* fault. Their response was "find a shop you want to go to and call us for our credit card number" *facepalm* This morning before my appointment to the tint shop I called the service shop to tell them was on my way to repair the windshield and I still have not received a return call. Luckily for them the shop I initially used (that review to come) flaked out so I have to find someone else. If it weren't for the tint fiasco I'd give a 5 star- but I'm super frustrated by this.

SUMMARY: Don't waste your time. Has multiple vehicles trying to cater to each user/market segment…read more(with a focus on SUVs) and results in not being able to keep up with customer service as they focus more on attempted volume. PHONE CONTACT: They list their vehicles on multiple websites. I called twice and was 1) put on hold and forgotten then 2) answered then hung up on me. EMAIL CONTACT: They will not reply to their website generated messages. Instead they use Gmail if you email them directly. The emails are a generic form letter response and never answer any questions, nor do they respond back. PRICING: They match local competitor dealer's price for same models, which tells me they are using Car Dealer Pricing Software such as VAuto (that sets the list price to what other similar vehicles are selling for within X miles). This is the lazy way to price niche vehicles, especially if they don't intend to respond. FEES: Colorado is a No Fee Limit state for auto dealerships, which means a car can hypothetically sell for $5,000 off but have a $7,000 "Documentation Fee" or "Handling fee" as another reviewer pointed out. As the pricing for the vehicle I saw was about 20% over market, I don't doubt they likely use this in negotiation tatics (e.g. drop the price 20% but add a 30% dealer fee on top of sale). I ended up buying the same vehicle several states away at $1500 less out the door and drove it home. Was a waste of time ever contacting Arrowhead. NOTE: I was car shopping during the COVID-19 outbreak. As this is a used dealer, they likely get their inventory from auto auctions which have shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic. That means there is less incentive for these guys to lower prices or sell, but they still came off as jerks anyway.

Most of the conversation was directed toward them, which made me feel like I wasn't being taken seriously. Before we even saw the car, he sat us down to talk paperwork and pricing. When I asked basic questions, he seemed annoyed rather than helpful. Once we finally looked at the car, it had much more damage than the listing suggested. Every concern we pointed out was met with comments like, "Well, it's an older car," or, "Well, we cleaned it," instead of addressing the issues. Whenever we asked about the price, the only response was, "It's retail price." After having the VIN checked through someone in the car business, we found the vehicle was valued around $2,000 less than the asking price, making it feel significantly overpriced. Overall, I felt dismissed throughout the process. Buying a car is a big decision, and I expected better communication, honesty, and respect.
