    My new "used" car!
    Miranda B.

They state they inspect the vehicle, but my vehicle was not inspected. I thought they had rectified the problem (vehicle was supposed to have been inspected by CarMax); but I no longer trust this company with my vehicle. There's a 90 day warranty - but if the company is intent on not being transparent with you (the customer) - what's the point?

For your own safety, please, DO NOT come here. I would give negative stars if I could. My husband financed a car here and purchased every package available from insurance to warranty. He was sold a car with a re-tread tire that unraveled while we were commuting. This literally shredded the computer and totaled the car. His insurance at the time, suggested by Carmax, did not tow it and we had to use one of my AAA roadside assistance calls for my car that I owned. Once we were towed there, the girl at the front desk was incredibly nasty to us and told us we must have hit something (we were driving on a straight road with no obstructions) and the tire just combusted. You can also see from these photos that the rip is clean and right down the seam of the tire- in other words a retread that was never mentioned to us once at purchase. I really regret not fighting this more- as Carmax hit our driving records with "act of nature" and made it difficult to finance another car. They also wanted us to pay $500 out of pocket even with the warranty and full package purchase. We had this car 6 months is all. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

This is me with my new car.

Today we purchased a Lincoln Costair. We first looked at a Honda Acura but it didn't have all the bells and whistles I was looking for - such as heated steering wheel and cooled sears. we were working with Gregg Slade . He was friendly, competent and knowledgeable. We left there with smiles on our faces. We will recommend this business to others.

The experience itself was different than usually buying a car, since financing is done in house. I found it helps the process go quicker. Everyone there is friendly. Make sure to preschedule your test drive. If you have good credit the only way to bring your interest rate down is with a bigger down payment, that was a little frustrating, but I was able to increase the down payment. NOW onto the frustration** when leaving with my beautiful new(ish) Nissan Altima, I noticed that the windshield tint had been ripped by whoever scraped the dealer tags off while I was signing paperwork. Carmax usually has a service center to deal with things within the 90 day warranty- but not things like THIS. Ive been trying to work to get the tint replaced while ensuring I'm not the one paying for it because it was *THEIR* fault. Their response was "find a shop you want to go to and call us for our credit card number" *facepalm* This morning before my appointment to the tint shop I called the service shop to tell them was on my way to repair the windshield and I still have not received a return call. Luckily for them the shop I initially used (that review to come) flaked out so I have to find someone else. If it weren't for the tint fiasco I'd give a 5 star- but I'm super frustrated by this.

Reached out to the sales associate on Monday. Tuesdays and Thursday.

The experience started off great. They didn't have a car within my budget at the location(Parker,CO), I did some research and found a vehicle at the Denver location. I requested a transfer on March 21st, it took a week to get any sort of update. On March 28th the sales person I was working with informed me there's an issue with the title and the vehicle can not be sold in Colorado. I wonder what was the reason for the lies. I guess buyer beware. Don't waste your time or money with dishonest people

Happy customer with my purchase to the customer service at Carmax in Parker!

As stated in other reviews, no haggle pricing on either and I felt their proposed purchase price for my Mustang was more than fair (and yes it was a car I bought from CarMax).

I handled the financing from home too--filled out a quick form online and heard back within hours with a rate lower than anything I'd found shopping around myself. Once we found the car I wanted (a 2024 Mazda in perfect condition), wrapping everything up was incredibly easy. No hidden fees like you get at other dealers. The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.

Brown to see what they could do and when I got there no one was at the reception desk (I did not make an appointment or anything) and a guy named Macy Marsh saw that I was in need and came out to see how he could help. Mind you I had no appointment, I just dropped in. So I told him what I was looking for in a jeep and he said to give him a little while and he would see what he could do. That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. And to make a long story short he was able to get me the jeep of my dreams in about 48hrs of me coming in with no appointment. Macy and H.M. Brown really came through for me. Thanks again to all made it possible.

If you're in the market for a truck, there is plenty to choose from with their selection of Tundras and Tacomas (definitely the guy-truck crowd!). Autonation has/had a nice selection of gold certified, 2025 4Runners and there was one TRD Premium with only 1,500 miles on it. It was an absolute dream to test drive (everything is nowadays compared to 15yr old "Brady"). Of course, the sticker shock set in once the taxes and fees were added, so I'm still debating any commitment. #ServiceStarShoutOut to Cornell, who was by far the best sales associate to approach us. He took the time to talk with us about the vehicle's features and warranty options without ever making us feel pressured. I totally appreciated his honesty when discussing add-ons, advising us that things like appearance protection (a sticker spotted on many vehicles) aren't always necessary. If you're shopping for a Toyota, I would absolutely recommend asking for Cornell.

Just a few days after driving the car off the lot, every warning light on the dashboard came on and the car stalled. I immediately contacted the dealership and spoke with the manager, Paul, who told me to bring the car back and assured me they would take care of it. After inspecting the vehicle, I was told it had misfires and fuel injector issues. They claimed the issue was fixed, but just a few months later, the exact same problem occurred again. This time, I spoke with Nate at Denver Auto Mart. He said it was related to a previous recall completed by the former owner and suggested that defective parts may have been used. He advised me to take the car to a Honda dealership. I followed their advice, only to be shocked when Honda diagnosed it as a fuel pump issue--with a repair estimate of $1,600. I've owned this car for less than a year and have driven it only about 6,000 miles. I believe Denver Auto Mart was aware of these issues prior to the sale and simply chose not to disclose them. This entire experience has been frustrating and disheartening. I expected honesty and integrity from a dealership, but instead, I feel misled and stuck with an expensive repair on a car I trusted was in good condition. Please use extreme caution when purchasing from this dealership--better yet, stay away from this place. In my opinion, customer care and trust are not their priorities.

TSG auto does a great job with customer service and making the job easy. Justin, my sales representative, was friendly and professional-- very low pressure. The vehicle itself is not a quality vehicle. I had not realized the car was not a smoke free vehicle. The day I purchased it was very cold out so I hardly noticed the smell. The smell is very bad. I was a bit surprised there had been no treatment done. This is on me for not reading the advertisement properly-- but just want to be clear to everyone to keep an eye out for these things. It also wasn't cleaned thoroughly before purchase which was surprising. I was also promised a full tank and once I left the lot-- I noticed I was on empty. I didn't feel like bothering to turn around-- TSG auto offered to fill me up if I drove back. Only a couple of days after owning the vehicle the battery completely died. AAA replaced my battery and indicated the battery was just old. To be fair, when I called TSG Auto about the issue the offered to resolve. Only a couple days after the incident with the battery I noticed there was a leak in the front right tire. After more inspection I realized that the tire was very old and unsafe-- I've had to replace all 4 tires only 3 months into owning the vehicle so keep an eye out for this as well. Takeaway: Buying process is simple and easy with low pressure sales techniques. If you are buying from TSG Auto do a thorough inspection of the vehicle-- know what you are doing. Just like any other used dealer. I would still purchase from TSG Auto but I would have done a better inspection of the car and purchased for a more fair price.

Most of the conversation was directed toward them, which made me feel like I wasn't being taken seriously. Before we even saw the car, he sat us down to talk paperwork and pricing. When I asked basic questions, he seemed annoyed rather than helpful. Once we finally looked at the car, it had much more damage than the listing suggested. Every concern we pointed out was met with comments like, "Well, it's an older car," or, "Well, we cleaned it," instead of addressing the issues. Whenever we asked about the price, the only response was, "It's retail price." After having the VIN checked through someone in the car business, we found the vehicle was valued around $2,000 less than the asking price, making it feel significantly overpriced.
