I am happy to say these guys are the real deal. Urban Motors has exactly what they listed online and, as verified by our mechanic, the descriptions were spot on. In addition they live up to their reviews. You won't find the hit and miss customer service here. Each of the people we worked with at each stage of our research and buying process was beyond what you would expect. Starting with our first visit with Andre, there was no pressure and he sat down with us and filled us in on how the used car financing was going on this COVID market. After we shopped around at other car lots, checked out other vehicles, and spoke with other financing banks, we ended up back at Urban Motors as they set the bar for Denver and beyond. Our son needed a reliable transport to commute to work but he had first time buyer credit and we recently moved into the area so he has not been long on the job. Peter and Alex worked with us to find a vehicle in his price range that could be financed through one of the many banks they work with. The fact that they have so many Subarus and that they inspect each one and fix anything that needs updating goes a long way in making us comfortable our son is in a safe and reliable vehicle. I highly recommend you talk with them and let Andre, Pete, Alex, or any of their staff help you find a solution to your transportation needs. We will be back for our next family vehicle and we look forward to working with them again.

When I purchased the car I paid for the delivery to which it was supposed to be arriving 3 days after I bought it. But when I didn't get any response or update after 3 days. I called them to make sure my car was still coming, which they told me the car had not left their lot yet. They gave me a new update on delivery, which I think is weird, they should have told me about that before I paid for the delivery cost. I got my car a week later, and I then had to wait for my title and other paperwork to show up, which they did not tell me when would come. After a month of waiting, I called them because I didn't get any updates. They told me the paperwork had been sitting at the dealership for pickup! PICKUP?? Lmfao, to which I told them I needed delivered AGAIN. This company definitely needs to work on communication, although the vehicle showed up in good condition this caused a lot of stress to me because I had no verification or trust in the weeks I waited for my car. I purchased a high-end Mercedes S63 from this dealership. The car was sold with the brake warning…read morelight on, and I was told it only needed brake pads. They offered $1,000 off instead of repairing it themselves, saying it would be easier if I handled it later. After purchase, I learned the issue was more serious, both the pads and rotors needed replacement, turning what was presented as a minor repair into a $4,000-$7,000 job (The price difference is if you go with OEM or aftermarket parts). That kind of cost difference should have been clearly disclosed, especially for a safety-related system like brakes. Looking back, I probably should have researched both the specific maintenance requirements for this car and the dealership's track record more carefully. There was a previous lawsuit regarding vehicles sold with known mechanical issues, which I unfortunately discovered only afterward. The financing process was quick and straightforward, The car was also in really great condition other than the brakes and if it wasn't for the mechanical issue, the price would've been fair, which is why I'm giving two stars. However, transparency and honesty about known mechanical conditions remain a serious concern. Original statement that the salesman wrote on my behalf: Thank you to Sergio and Paul for making this a very easy deal! I got my 2020 Mercedes S63 with no hassle and very quick! This is my second vehicle here and I'll definitely keep on coming back.
