I found Ivan Acevedo/Brighton on a google search. within a few hours he got my car out and then helped me figure out next steps. He made sure my personal belongings got shipped to me (I live out of state) and took photos of the damage. I decided to transfer title to him which he handled and documented carefully. His communication was outstanding. Ivan saved me from having to fly to Denver and showed not just efficiency but true kindness and compassion for a very awkward situation. I highly recommend Brighton.

We purchased a vehicle from CarMax and our salesman was awesome…read more The integrity of the service department is where we had issues. We ran into a TPS issue the day after we took the car home. We took it back a couple occasions. It would be reset for a day or 2 and we would wait to get scheduled again for the problem. Eventually, we were told that they couldn't get it fixed and we needed to take the Car to Volkswagen for the repair. We were told we needed to pay for this out of pocket. Needless to say we never took it due to the time it takes and being without a vehicle. A year has gone by and come to find out there isn't even sensors in the tires. When purchasing your vehicle make sure that service area does what is promised. How they could not have known there wasn't sensors is beyond me and frustrating to say the least.

I have bought several cars from Marla's and it's has never been easy but never this difficult. Maybe if I would've found a car with less issues I wouldn't have had to go through the system. I also told her that my experience with Carmax cars is that you buy them and then it's like an Easter egg hunt to find out what's wrong with them before the customer has to actually pay to fix what's wrong with it. In my mind they should be fixing it before they're selling it. I've also was told several times at serval points that a manager was supposed to call me. I did have one call me yesterday from "no caller ID", I did answer, but he did not answer back. So then he ended the call on me. Then he never tried to reach out to me again. Anytime a manager has supposed to have called me, they do not. They waited till the very last minute to tell me that my car was not gonna be finished for the day and that they could not get me a loaner car. Mind you I've had this appointment scheduled for them to have the services completed on my car for a while and they've had my car from 8 AM to 5 PM.
