Recently a trailer I had loaned to a gentleman had to be towed away from where it was left broken…read moredown on a highway. The fellow I loaned it to never called me to make me aware of the problem. The first I learned about it was through Wiggins Junction who did the tow. Their communication was excellent. When I was finally able to pick up the trailer, they dropped the charges by half when they learned my circumstances ~ that I was just trying to help someone out by loaning him the trailer. They did not have to drop those fees, but they did. The fellow I loaned the trailer to finally showed up to help us replace a missing tire. Unfortunately, he did not have the tools or the expertise to make the tire change. This involved taking a hub off the axle and replacing the five bolts. The gentleman from Wiggins did all of this. He spent an additional 90 minutes of his time making the repairs and getting the trailer back on the road. Twice I told him he could charge me for the extra time, but both times he refused to take anything. These are good folks. I highly recommend them to anyone who might need their services. I was able to meet half way and the owners wife was gracious enough to take her, which I felt was most appropriate for my daughter to be with a female.
