Cookies!!! She checks in and lets you know how it's going and if you like the design.

I absolutely love MaryAnne!! What a delight in meeting her and purchasing her creations. She is very receptive to ideas and you can exchange photos and inspo photos with her. She made my Aunt Jean's cookies so special. Not only does she make delicious, cute, cookies....she even goes out of her way to give you some extra ones on the house. Her cookies are very reasonably priced and worth it. I can't wait to purchase more for my other parties. She was an absolute hit! Oh --- and she packages them very nicely for you too. 10/10 would recommend.

Cookies

These cookies were a hit at my son's graduation party. Everyone loved the decoration and the taste. They were delicious!!! I would recommend Scarsone Sweets to anyone needing cookies decorated for an event!! Thank you!

There's so much to say about Scarsone Sweets!! The owner is creative, fun and truly puts her heart into her business. I recently ordered 2dozen adoption day cookies she was kind enough to accommodate my last minute request. This was a special day for us and these cookies added to the special event. Every guest was fighting over which design to take and I received feedback that these cookies had excellent flavor as well. Thanks Scarsone Sweets for making our son's adoption extra special and you have a forever customer in us!!! Just place your orders already, you won't regret it.

Sweet 60. I am so thankful to Maryann who was able to quickly bake, petsoliza and

you can have your custom design cookie and eat it to. Yes I was very impressed the flavor and creativity of my order. Maryann is so nice and helpful with ideas to make your cookies perfect for your event. I am so happy with my order. Thank you Scarsone Sweets for making our party special with the cookies

Pretty presentation to make this Momma feel special

Gorgeous and delicious cookies custom made with love. I received a dozen cookies for Mother's Day and am blown away by not only to look but the taste. These cookies have a perfect balance between the icing and decadent butter cookie. Many cookies look cute but few actually taste good. These are above and beyond-easily my gold standard for the perfect specialty cookie. Look at the beautiful presentation, complete with little silk flowers. The best!

El Molino de Oro - Al Pastor Tacos

The asada was flavorful and well-seasoned, and the beans and rice were classic. My boyfriend went with the carnitas burrito, and it was packed with tender, juicy carnitas and generous portions all around. We also grabbed a flaky pastry in the attached bakery (I didn't catch the name), but it was perfectly buttery and light. Service is always friendly and efficient, even when they're busy, and the vibe feels very local and welcoming. If you're looking for solid Mexican food with consistency you can count on, this is a must.

The carnitas themselves are the star--tender, juicy pork that's been slow-cooked to perfection with that signature crispy edge on some pieces, delivering rich, savory flavor without being overly greasy. It's seasoned just right, with a nice balance of porky goodness and subtle spices that let the meat shine. Wrapped in a large, fresh flour tortilla (they make their own in-house, which always helps), it's stuffed generously with the classics: fluffy Mexican rice, creamy refried or whole beans (depending on your preference, but both work great), chopped onions, cilantro, and a solid dose of salsa. I went with their green salsa for a bright, tangy kick that cuts through the richness perfectly, plus a dollop of sour cream and cheese for that creamy melt. No skimping on portions here--it's hearty and filling, easily a meal that satisfies for hours. At around $10 (give or take, based on current pricing), it's a great value in the area. The burrito holds together well without falling apart mid-bite, and the overall balance of textures--tender meat, soft rice/beans, crisp onions--makes every mouthful enjoyable. If you're in the mood for classic carnitas done right in a casual, bakery-taqueria spot with great salsas and a friendly vibe, this one's definitely worth grabbing. I'd rate it 4.5 out of 5--only docking half a point because it's not reinventing the wheel, but it's executing the traditional style exceptionally well. Highly recommend if you're near 728 N Tustin St in Orange! Pair it with an horchata, yum

I had to stop myself from inhaling the delicious sweet treats. This is a micro bakery located inside a foodhall. Do yourself a favor and check this place out next time you're in OC. Santa Ana downtown is all metered street parking so be prepared to pay for parking. The stand is located right in front of the market so it isn't too hard to find. It's in the market so there's open seating and can get quite loud if there's a lot of people. Unfortunately, I was greeted very poorly when I got here. No one was available to help and periodically she would yell over to see if I was ready to order in a very bad tone. When I asked about the cheesecake selection, she said "you have to wait 30 min." I then asked what flavor it is and she said "pandan pineapple" in an annoyed tone. I asked if there were any other flavors and she said "no because I still need to decorate. You should really come later at night." I'm used to bakeries selling out later in the day but I guess it's opposite here. As if it couldn't get worse, I asked her if there are any coffees she recommended, and she said "viet coffee." I then said viet coffee is usually too strong for me and asked if there were any other recommendations and she doubled down and used a horrible tone to say "I already said I recommend the viet coffee." Therefore I opted to just not order coffee at this time. I ended up still ordering 2 cookies: miso toffee which was too firm and the ube coconut which actually was well balanced and had a nice coconut filling. I really hope they improve their customer service.
