The cookies are so delicious and soft, the cake pops were amazing, and the pretzels were fantastic. The decor was spot on with the theme too! Love her service, great to work with!

And if you follow them on Facebook you'll see highlights of whatever special treats they are making like this week was all about Teacher Appreciation Week. Which was a perfect treat for the teacher.

Jess was easy to communicate with and I would definitely use her again. Next time, I would just request a different color tie to differentiate between the chocolate cake pops and the vanilla ones since I had a couple of requests for specific flavors and I couldn't tell which ones were which.

They have such a cool variety of cookies, cake pops, etc. you'll definitely leave with something sweet. This bag is actually another order I picked up today because the last was so popular with friends and neighbors. Lots of cool ideas for back to school. Love this business. A+

Jess is incredible and her cookies are incredible. From our first call, to text exchanges, she is professional, honest and efficient. She had exactly what I was looking for and was able to add my sons name on the cookies- with less than a weeks notice. Not only did the cookies come out BETTER than I expected, they tasted delicious and homemade. I hate royal icing, she uses buttercream. And all of the ingredients are listed on the label. Every person that enjoyed these delicious treats had nothing but great things to say. Each cookie was individually wrapped with a matching ribbon. I was referred here by at least 3 friends and my usual custom cookie lady is a realtor by day so she has a long lead time. I needed promotion cookies within 3 days and Jess did not disappoint. In fact, she accommodated last minute add-ons by piping in names to match up with the edible paper printing of the original list. Parking is easy- two dedicated loading spots right in front. You will pay a premium for custom cookies 4-5" diameter $5 per and one dozen minimum, but they are individually wrapped and have that wow factor! I also bought some premade, beautifully wrapped bite box cookies for my neighbor and she made me look good. read more

The most delicious custom cookies you'll ever have! They practically melt in your mouth. But not only are they yummy, they are super cute. And, if you place an order, cookies can be customized. And I mean, design and personalization. (Usually I'll do cookies with the kids' names on them as party favors.) If you can dream it, she can make it! Place your order in advance because she books up quickly around holidays. I've been buying cookies from Jess for a couple of years now. Discovered her cookies at a Holiday Boutique, and I've been hooked ever since. She's become so popular that now she has a b&m shop. The best! I reached out only 10 days prior to my sons 1st birthday party and Jess and her team were able to accommodate me! I placed an order for 30 cookies. The cookies were delicious and everyone loved them! I wish I would have taken more pictures of the cookies bc they were so cute but I was so busy that day. Absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! I received a dozen Unicorn Birthday Cookies from a dear friend who knows I have a small obsession with Unicorns...lol! Let me start by saying that the packaging the cookies came in was super cute! It was nicely packaged in a cute black and white CBJ box with a ribbon attached. Each Unicorn cookie was individually wrapped and tied with a different color bow. These cookies were absolutely delicious. Melt in your mouth good!!! I was nice enough to share them with my friends even though I wanted to keep them all to myself...lol! Everyone raved about how amazing these butter cookies tasted. I started my business 10 years ago out of my home it grew so fast I started renting a kitchen and 3 years ago we built Cookies by Jess ground up on my husbands family land here in Orange! Finally made a trip to the mainland, made off with my daughter's car, and headed down the 22 for some Spanish bread. I ordered a box of 20 STAXX, and six assorted donuts. While waiting for some freshly BAD-baked STAXX, kid behind the counter helped me pick some donuts cuz I was overwhelmed by all this BAD-assery. Knowing myself, I placed the boxes in the trunk and headed back to the pad. And then BAD things happened. I placed the box of STAXX on the counter, opened it up and inhaled that BAD-baked scent. I promptly ate up three STAXX...you can't eat just one. I am coming back in the weekend to try their Ube version.

We decided to pick up a couple of loaves of bread. We got one sourdough and one cinnamon brioche. We tried them both this morning. We made French toast with the brioche and made sourdough toast with butter and jam. Both were excellent. We were only going to buy the loaf of sourdough but the guy helping us told us it was buy one, get one free so we choose the brioche. What a deal! We don't know if this is their regular deal or it was for the holiday or what but we were thrilled. We don't live in OC but we're not too far so we can come visit our friends and pick up more bread when whenever we want. So happy we tried the bread. If you live in OC and want delicious bread I suggest you try them.

Baked Banhs is located in the 4th street food market, one of the first shops you'll see if you're coming from the parking lot. Note the hours before you come (for instance, they're closed on Sundays and Mondays). And note that they seem to usually sell out of certain items by the days end. We've tried a number of different items here now including four of their canelés and their basque cheesecake. The cheesecake was solid. But we really loved their canelés. They are soft/moist on the inside with a nice crunch. And the different flavors really come through. Our favorite is the black sesame - not only is there black sesame peppered on the top but also in the center with a nice black sesame cream. It's so good and delicious. Four canelés cost $16 and thought they were well worth the price. Again, it's so sad to hear that Baked Banhs is closing soon so if you're a fan of canelés or other desserts, recommended to come sooner than later to try this out! We really hope they reopen again elsewhere or do a lot of pop-ups soon.

These are reasons why it didn't add up 1) empty seats inside but had a line since 3pm and beer was released at 4pm 2) I don't think the people going for younger would just order one beer and not try other RR beers? 3) only one guy working beer counter and having to clean the tables and make sandwiches? 4) 12 oz pours of beer and keg with about 1984 oz would make it 166 beers. No way they sold 166 beers in an hour with one person working the bar and shop empty in an hour. They could have posted on their instagram or socials that they sold out but failed to do so. I'm sure a lot of people all night were disappointed to see that they didn't have it or post anything about it.
