Price: $45 for the Royal Tea Experience package which is extremely reasonable considering what you get. There is a 90 mins max for each tea experience. They are pretty booked from what I saw. Food: For the Royal Tea Experience, each of us got: tea of choice, 5 tea sandwiches (Cucumber Dill Cream cheese, Chicken Salad, Egg Salad, Cranberry Turkey pinwheel, Roast Beed Arugula), 2 scones (Vanilla and Strawberry), Cream, Strawberry preserve, berries and some grapes, 3 desserts (mini muffin, Chocolate brownie, some kind of mini cake). The tea pots were a lot smaller than other places I've been to (probably enough for 1.5 cups of tea if filled to the rim). The tea selection is decent, I went for Jasmine Rose. I feel that the scent and tea flavor was rather weak. There was barely any scent of each so it didn't leave a big impression on me. I want to try other ones in the future for sure. The staff was super nice to offer an extra tea bag if the flavor is too weak so I went for another bag. Service: Excellent! They were fast, courteous, and friendly. 2 staff made their rounds frequently to check on us and made sure we had enough hot water in our tea pots . Parking: This is where I docked up a star. The parking lot is shared with many businesses in the same strip mall. I came here at 10 AM on a Saturday and the whole parking lot was filled, there was no spot for me to park. My friend had to park all the way on the other side of the mall and I managed to find some parking in the back (side street). Avoid lunch time at all cost, there were cars waiting around as they couldn't find any parking. After the tea experience, we went somewhere else and upon coming back around 3 PM, half the parking lot is empty. If I would give anyone a tip on the parking time, it seems to be ideal around this time.

I called the Orange location to place an order, but they informed me that custom orders needed to be placed through the Garden Grove location and provided me with their contact information. When I called Garden Grove, I requested 24 funfetti-flavored cupcakes decorated with a rainbow theme. I wasn't particular about the exact design but specified that they should include rainbows or have colorful decorations. The person taking my order assured me that I would receive a call the following weekend to confirm the design. That call never came, but I assumed "rainbow" was a clear enough instruction. The week before my scheduled pickup, I called to confirm my order and requested to add six more cupcakes. I specifically asked, "These will be rainbow, right?" and was told yes. On the pickup day, my husband retrieved the cupcakes, but the six additional ones I had ordered the previous week were missing. Staff had to quickly add them that morning, and while understandable, they ended up being vanilla instead of funfetti. However, none of the cupcakes--neither the original 24 nor the additional six--had any rainbow decorations or color at all. Additionally, the boxes provided for the cupcakes have a perforated middle designed to keep them in place, but it was flimsy and sagged in the box, causing nearly all of the cupcakes to fall over during transport to the party. The customer service was fast and efficient and I was able to get a custom cake within a 72 hour timeframe. I got a custom space (Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy) cake within a carrot base. The carrot cake was great, with some walnuts and raisins to give a varied texture to the cake. The carrot cake itself was delightful as it was moist and spiced. The buttercream icing and decorations were done to spec and was the perfect surprise for my girlfriend! A warning for the dark blue icing is that it stains teeth and clothes somewhat!
