The Earl gray custard filling was dreamy, so fragrant and floral. 10/10 The seasonal tart was a grape tart and it was also delicious even tho I ate it 2 days later. Still soft and grapes stayed crunchy. Cream is a bit thicker but the pastry is airy so complemented one another well. The matcha is also solid. It's creamy and bitter, but some how the matcha taste is a bit lacking? I'm not sure how to explain it in any other way. The banana pudding had crunchy sugary bits that added nice texture. Was first in line at opening on a Saturday and within 10 min the line was out the door!

Our total for 3 items was $18.36 so it was super pricey!!! They offered to warm up our salt bread which was nice, but even with it toasted it was still underwhelming. It wasnt very crispy at all, i thought it was underbaked as in it needed to be baked longer to get crispy. Otherwise it was fine - tasted like bread but not salt bread. The danish was gorg, but also not good. I recall their croissants always always always being bready and this one was no different. This one was super bready and dissapointing. The filling was yummy and graps were sweet but i expect a bakery to know how to make a good croissant..... The matcha latte was good, but with paying extra for oat milk it's now just as expensive as other places so i dont think its worth going back. Overall dissapointed, i wont be back :( its really a shame bc their stuff is so cute and i love bakeries but it's overpriced and their stuff isnt that good

My friend had to park all the way on the other side of the mall and I managed to find some parking in the back (side street). Avoid lunch time at all cost, there were cars waiting around as they couldn't find any parking. After the tea experience, we went somewhere else and upon coming back around 3 PM, half the parking lot is empty. If I would give anyone a tip on the parking time, it seems to be ideal around this time.

In addition to being so darn beautiful, the flavor was just phenomenal. I loved both but slightly preferred the cubically adorable berry cake's taste. For me, it's the perfect size but you def need a spoon to break into the outer shell. Or if you want that TikTok/Instagram video biting into it, that works too. They also have drinks ranging from coffees to matchas to milk teas to tonics and teas ~ truly something to cover everyone's palate for imbibing. Evenings and weekends can get very busy so go on off hours or right at opening if you can. The red velvet was equally dry and wasn't made with cream cheese frosting. It was bland and actually tasted like cheap ingredients. The worst part was the $30 tiramisu for birthday boy. It had the same dense and dry sponge cake and was nothing like traditional tiramisu. I was really embarrassed and we couldn't finish it. I don't write these reviews lightly but I was extremely disappointed, will not return, and will not recommend.

We got our wedding cake from this bakery and the entire experience was perfection from cake tasting, to design creation and eventually to our final wedding cake. They had so many delicious flavors to taste when we were first deciding on a flavor, it made it difficult to choose our favorites since they were all so delicious! When I came to our cake design, they were so great with communication and literally created EXACTLY what I wanted! Our wedding cake was the most magical and delicious part of our wedding! What was most disappointing was the owner Capri's complete lack of accountability and unwillingness to offer any meaningful resolution. When she asked what resolution would look like, I attempted to have a constructive conversation. Instead of addressing the actual concern, she focused on labeling my feedback and follow-up calls as "disrespectful" and ultimately told me we should part ways. Mistakes happen. But Poor customer service is a choice. She's blocked me on IG from commenting under my own cake, where I was speaking to another lady who was a loyal customer and would order 2-3 cakes a year for 4-6 years and just recently they didn't deliver to her and shockingly provided no intention of communicating this with her. It sounds like the previous owner was a lot more competent from reading other similar disappointed reviews like mine. The issue was disappointing, but the refusal to meaningfully address it--and the way the complaint was handled--was ultimately the bigger problem. Beautiful cake, but disappointing attention to detail & customer service I want to start by saying that the cake itself was gorgeous and, visually, it was very close to what I envisioned. I also appreciated that they provided free delivery from Tustin to Orange, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, there were enough discrepancies between what we discussed and what I actually received that, especially for the price, I left feeling disappointed. I provided two inspiration photos and spoke with the owner multiple times by phone about the specific details of the cake. I was repeatedly told that she only personally gets on the phone for wedding cakes and special-event cakes, so I made a point of going over the details carefully with her when I had her on the phone. Despite those conversations, several details were missed: * The Chanel-inspired font did not match the inspiration photo we discussed. * The edible glitter we specifically discussed was not on the cake. * The inspiration showed white pearls on top, but the cake had gold pearls instead. * The filling was described/discussed as including fresh fruit, but what I received was only raspberry puree. The cake itself was lemon with raspberry puree and cream cheese piping. * The communication through the online portal was also unnecessarily confusing. For something this detailed, I would have preferred straightforward phone communication rather than relying so heavily on portal messages, where details can easily get lost or misunderstood. As well as calling them directly and talking to an AI machine rather than a live person What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of follow-up after I brought these discrepancies to their attention. I called back to provide feedback and was told to ask for the owner. I did exactly that, yet I have received no follow-up since August 26. It's now Sept 4th and I had to call because there has never been a follow up. I understand that custom cakes involve artistic interpretation, and I wasn't expecting a completely identical replica of an inspiration photo. However, when specific details are discussed multiple times directly with the owner, I do expect those details to be reflected in the finished product. The cake was beautiful, but beautiful isn't enough when multiple agreed-upon details are missed and there is no meaningful customer service afterward. For what I paid, I expected significantly better attention to detail and communication. Overall, I'm disappointed with the experience. It's especially disappointing when celebrating a 35th bday while being newly ENGAGED and the white pearls were the biggest missing piece. Without the white pearls it no longer read as Chanel or even bridal for that matter. There was also no offer to rectify the situation or otherwise address the mistake. Instead, after I provided my feedback, I was told that we should part ways. I found that response disappointing, particularly for a milestone celebration and at this price point. I'm not leaving this review because the cake wasn't perfectly identical to a photo. I'm leaving it because of how my concerns were handled after the cake did not meet an important part of the requested design. I would have appreciated an effort to resolve the issue rather than having the conversation end with the decision to part ways. For future special occasions, save yourself the headache, hassle and frustration. I STRONGLY suggest you go anywhere else.

She was communicative and kept me up to date and sent me photos. She delivered the order with care, and gave me advice on how to keep it fresh until it's ready to be served. With a guest of over 50 people (kids and adults), the cake and cupcake was a hit with everyone. My friends were complimenting on the blueberry cake and asked me who I had made it. She responded quickly and in a friendly yet professional manner and her pricing is very reasonable. I wanted a cake for 50 people and I gave her some photos and described the design that I wanted. She delivered above and beyond my expectations. Not only did it look great but it tasted great too and was a complete hit at the event we wanted the cake for. Navi also gave us some cupcakes too and they were so good we have also ordered a cake for Christmas! I highly recommend Navi and will definitely continue using her services.

I loved all the pictures that had been posted of her fabulous cakes. The day of the shower dawned. I had JUST got out of the hospital and went to pick up the cake. Knowing I was not well, Navi walked the cake out to my car. She was such a nice, sweet person and very thoughtful. The cake was everything I had hoped it would be, even better than the picture I had sent her. The cake was DELICIOUS as well as perfectly designed. I would HIGHLY recommend ordering a cake here...

I've never put an order for a cake before so this experience is was all new to me. I went on their…read morewebsite to put in a request for a Napoleon birthday cake with a ganache top. They had a number which I called and the person on the other end gave a number which I could text more details about what I needed, for how many, my name, etc. Since they were driving and couldn't take my order at the moment I made sure to provide as much info and the time/day. I put the order 5 days before I said it needed it and they agreed it can be done by then. I thought it was easy and I just followed it up with the change of topping on the cake. I explicitly stated to text me if they needed anything else from me since I have never done this before. I probably should've followed them up, but I was busy that week. Since I didn't hear anything afterwards I thought I had secured my order. The day I come to pick up the cake, they tell me they don't have the order. The lady who I spoke to, who I'm assuming was on the phone when I initially called, is telling me I put a request not an order and that I didn't even provide my full name (not true, I did). I'm being told that I shouldve put down a deposit and have a contract with them for the cake. I wasn't provided with any contract or a Zelle username. If I had that information I would've absolutely done it. As a business you should provide the customer with that sort of information. I had no idea and I wasn't told that thru text. Should I have followed up? Absolutely, i know that now. There's no information on the website about a contract or deposit information. Only the phone number that I first called. So they should probably update that if they have so many orders and can't keep track with request. There was a lot of deflection from the lady when i tried to explain my grievance. No apology either for the confusion. I felt crazy because I thought I might've missed their messages. Nope nothing. Only the Zelle information after I had arrive there. Luckily, they had puff pastry ready and told me they could have the cake ready in 15 min, and I really needed the cake so I agree to still do business. When I got the cake it was still warm and they told me to freeze it in my refrigerator for it to set. 15 min to get to my place and the ganache has melted off the top and custard had already spilled out from the sides. I had a long drive afterwards and not even an insulated bag could save it. It did taste good, it's too bad about communication, and everything else.

For my wedding I really wanted all my guests to have something they'd enjoy so I chose to do a variety of cupcakes AND just for me she did butterbeer Harry Potter cupcakes and a funfetti (my husband's favorite) for our cake. The set up was wonderful, the cupcakes and cake looked amazing and tasted even better. For me the butterbeer cupcakes were a highlight of my special day! We couldn't have been happier! Heather was easy to work with and very professional and kind! She worked with our slightly unconventional requests and really added something special to our wedding!

The Rice Krispies were a huge hit at the party and we're all gone. The cake and cake pops were moist and delicious. They looked amazing. They were accommodating to my needs and made everything exactly how I needed it. They were professional and communicating with them was very easy. I will definitely use them again for other occasions, even for my own personal use.
