So happy I got my iPhone screen fixed here. After receiving TONS of referrals, I Texted AJ, and was responded to within 10 minutes. He explained where to go and answered all of my questions. I had texted/called a few other people as well, that I was referred to, just to compare distance and prices etc-and this was the lowest price. A lot of places do it on the side to make money, but they actually fix things to help, and are a great company. My iPhone 5s was purchased 2 years ago. It was a reconditioned unit from AT & T so the phone is probably 3 years old. Unsurprisingly the battery pack failed. I was getting to 30% charge by noon. Something has to be done. I took my phone to ICracked and within half an hour I had my phone back. My battery life is now back to normal. OK, all those people are commenting for iPhone service. No, I don't own iPhone. I went there for a passport photo. I took a picture at Walgreen and was very unhappy with the picture. I was going to re-take at Walgreen again, but I decided not. I got a refund from Walgreen, and went to this store. The girl was very helpful. She took several pictures (Walgreen only took one shot) and looked through to see which one came out best. I am so glad that I went. Review from about 2 months ago: Unfortunately we had the need to look up services for phone repairs but, fortunately for us we found iCracked! My husband and I took in 4 iPhones to have several problems fixed: cracked screens, speakerphone not working, issues with taking camera/pictures.. Lesson learned with @icracked. This is a past due post, but I figured I would share my experience so if anyone is interested and using this company maybe they might want to stop and think about what services they pay for first. As far as screens are considered, they are aftermarket screens that polarize while in a horizontal position and have a slight dull appearance compared to OEM, but overall good. BUT DON'T BUY A BATTERY . Go to the mall, or pay top dollar from Apple. The come-to-your-home concierge service is great, but it gets forgotten after the sale. I posted my disappointing interaction below. After less than 6 months both phones had issues with the battery charging, run times and the expansion of the battery led to the screen separating at the same place on both phones. As you can see there is no damage to the case that would have caused the separation. When I emailed them to explain what had happened they basically said oh well, which you can see below. The level of service and professionalism from these guys is unparalleled. AJ and Sean both reached out to an enormous extent to do their best to help me fix my cracked iPhone 5. The digitizer was broken and my work revolves around the constant use of my phone so it was an emergency, last minute situation since I was also flying out of town the next day. They were jam packed full with appointments yet still found the time to do their best and work something out for me. My daughter dropped her IPhone 5 and of course the screen cracked. Not only did the screen crack, but the LED was messed up. No problem for AJ...he looked at the phone and said he can fix it right away. He first quoted me 35-40 minute wait, but I told him that I was on my lunch hour and needed it sooner. He dropped the wait time to 20-25 minutes and it was done in that time frame. The phone is as good as new. He also added a protective screen on the phone to decrease any cracks in the future. Buyer Beware!! I used iCracked to repair my daughters iPhone 7 screen and it was the worst decision I ever made. It's great to have a tech guy come to my house to repair the screen. However; that was the only thing that was good. The tech guy didn't do a good job at all in replacing the screen. The replacement screen I got was horrible. There was a scratch in the new screen replacement that I let pass. Then after the tech left I noticed that the color was off on the screen and the brightness was low. Even when I turned it all the way up it was low. After a couple weeks the screen wasn't responding to touch and I called their customer service number to get a warranty repair. This is where my nightmare with iCracked started. After submitting my warranty repair request, I didn't hear back from anyone from iCracked for 3 days. I understand it was Memorial Day weekend but come on. If I'm getting emails back from your customer service dept, how hard is it to schedule a warranty repair. I had to keep calling them to get a warranty repair appointment and every time I did, they kept telling me they would contact one of their techs and get back to me. This went on for 3 more days!!! I got to frustrated with them that I demanded a refund and that took 2 more days to get. I finally got my refund and went to OC Mobile Device Repair at Diamond Jamboree in Irvine. Shaddy was awesome and explained everything he was doing to repair the screen that iCracked replaced. ICracked didn't put back all the screws and took one of the original parts and replaced with a generic part. I couldn't believe how crappy of a job iCracked did. OC Mobile Device Repair is listed as top 5 screen repairs in Orange County. I highly recommend them and advise anyone reading this to NOT use iCracked. You will regret it and their customer service dept is even worse. I will never use iCracked again and will discourage anyone from using them. I wish I could give no stars for this review read more

I had my phone fixed 6 mo the ago and no problem. Cracked my screen again and now the J and the N on the keyboard will not work. I told them immediately and they would not try and make right. For $100 it was a waste of money. I would have felt better if they at least attempted. By the way, your reply is not true.
