I went to mammoth for thanksgiving, and after a bear broke into my car, destroyed the inside of my car I saw my phone was very damaged as well... I thought no way my phone could be fixed. I had heard so much great things about I CRACKED and thought I would give it a shot. Within 20 minutes my phone was as good as new. I was so impressed while I was there ended up getting my husbands phone fixed. I was frantic because I need my phone for work. AJ and the girls who helped me were AMAZING!!! I will never go anywhere else and tell anyone I know go here!!!! Thanks guys!!! read more

10/10 service. AJ and his team are excellent to do business with. Professional and upfront but personable and understanding as well. Their prices are fair. And fair by the customers stand point. All of their screens are quality and replaced within an hour. I've been there at least 6 times and every time it has been nothing but quality service. I recently did something to my connector and as we all know our phones are our lives! I called Lauren (team member) and she fixed it for me in a Starbucks at 9pm while she was sick. AN ANGEL!!! So happy with their service. Save this number in your phone, you'll be needing it!!!! AND I have never had a problem with their parts! read more

So happy I got my iPhone screen fixed here. After receiving TONS of referrals, I Texted AJ, and was responded to within 10 minutes. He explained where to go and answered all of my questions. I had texted/called a few other people as well, that I was referred to, just to compare distance and prices etc-and this was the lowest price. A lot of places do it on the side to make money, but they actually fix things to help, and are a great company. Anyways, Next day I brought my iPhone in (I shattered the heck out of the screen, even with a bodyguard protector on the screen!!) :/ I left it for 30 minutes, ran some errands, and it was fixed! Good as new!! I also purchased their protection plan/insurance for 7$ a month. (25$ deductible) and protects several issues. Very pleased with the service- Even received a follow up text from AJ to make sure everything was fixed. Really appreciate the great service! read more

This place is legit! It's inside a 1hr photo shop so look out for the sign outside. They were quick & customer service was awesome! Only $80 to fix a cracked iPhone screen. I'll def come here again if I have another cracked screen! & I would def recommend this place! read more

Such great service. I needed my iPad screen looked at because it had been replaced but was skipping and jumping around. The people at this place kept the iPad overnight and got it to work as good as new. It was still under warranty, so they just handed it back to me and sent me on my way. I would not hesitate to bring any of my devices to this place again. read more

Wow! All I can say is, the staff at this business, all have a can do personality. My Iphone 6 was shattered. I dropped it off and picked it up in 30 minutes good as new! They also included a complimentary case! I would definitely recommend them. Thank You everyone. Phyllis A read more

I txt the number and received a txt back in minutes from AJ who gave me all the info I needed! I went in and they had my iPhone 5s fixed in 30 min (horribly cracked screen!) apparently he had given me a discount too because a girl told me it would be $145 and a gentlemen looked at the mssg and honored me the $130 I was quoted! Fast, super friendly and affordable compared to some other places I checked out! Only downside, a lil hard to find it's inside a post office right next to Fresh and Easy! read more

All the 5-star reviews about this place are spot on. AJ is very approachable, straight-foward, and extremely knowledgeable how about all things Apple. You can tell he has genuine passion for the product. Long story short I texted him, met up at the shop, sold my old iPhone to him, and walked out with cash in my pocket. No games, gimmicks, or trickery here! Will definitely be stopping by here for future business! Thanks again AJ and team!! read more

Good service and price! I was in and out in 10 minutes. And I got a free screen protector and case. Sorta hard to see the storefront. It's inside a one hour photo store next to fresh and easy. Good thing someone on the phone told me this or I would have never found this place! read more

I was so bummed when I dropped my iPhone at graduation yesterday! Here I am, about to walk on stage, and Bam!! Shattered my life line!! :-( So sad! Poor little iPhone. And with my OCD, there was no way I could go about my day with a cracked screen. So today, Sunday, I run over to their location and their closed! Noooo! But I called the number on the window display, left a message and got a call back with in minutes. AJ said he had 13 people ahead of me but if he could fit me in, then he'd call me back. Sure enough, I get a call and am told that he's got a tech guy on the way to my house! Well, yay me! I was cheesing! The tech showed up, phone was fixed in less than 30 minutes! And to top it off, super awesome price!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Highly recommend!! read more

Finding the shop was hard but then I texted AJ asking him the location and he replied and even called just to make sure I found it, thanks AJ! It's right on corner of Chapman & Main St... inside the 1hr photo shop right next to Fresh & Easy. I was in and out in 20minutes. The screen came with this shimmery/sparkly screen protector. They told me the screens all come with it. I guess I could always remove it myself but luckily I happen to like glitter so it's staying on for now. Thanks again iCracked! read more

We had a trio of iPhone / iPad mishaps and searched for a reputable repair place. Came across AJ and iCracked and his level of communication and willingness to work with us on price given three cracked screens won him over with us compared to the competition. He came to my wife's work to pick up the items, and then delivered them back to our home after repairs - that is great service. Honest, quick turnaround and a very nice guy. I don't do a lot of Yelp reviews, but I can't recommend AJ highly enough! read more

OK, all those people are commenting for iPhone service. No, I don't own iPhone. I went there for a passport photo. I took a picture at Walgreen and was very unhappy with the picture. I was going to re-take at Walgreen again, but I decided not. I got a refund from Walgreen, and went to this store. The girl was very helpful. She took several pictures (Walgreen only took one shot) and looked through to see which one came out best. I am so glad that I went. My passport is ready to go and paid only for $10 while Walgreen charged $11! If you need a passport photo, go there! read more

Great service. Needed my iPad screen repaired. Tech arrived to pick it up on Time, to the minute, and dropped it off the next day I time, also the minute. Great price too. Highly recommended their service read more

This guy is amazing! Fixed my VERY broken phone screen (LED & glass) quickly and you can't even tell it's not the original screen. He was even sweet to my dog. They offer discounts to return customers, which if you're like me is a bonus read more

Best place I've been too! I dropped my phone off and had it back the same day in 2hrs, of course they had different orders to fill before mine but they were so nice and I got some errands done! Seriously my phone looks brand new and its awesome! read more

My iPhone 5s was purchased 2 years ago. It was a reconditioned unit from AT & T so the phone is probably 3 years old. Unsurprisingly the battery pack failed. I was getting to 30% charge by noon. Something has to be done. I took my phone to ICracked and within half an hour I had my phone back. My battery life is now back to normal. Price wise, iCracked it is substantially cheaper than their competitors. Their warranty exceeds their competitors. I would recommend that they improve their signage. Their business is hard to find uless you look for suite L. read more

AJ was great! He changed my son's shattered touch screen on his iPhone 4S. He's legit . Only took 15 minutes. Also has accessories for a good price. Dollop to first review; It is very difficult to get someone on the phone to schedule repairs now and they contract out to work to some not so friendly places! read more

Beautiful. I thought for sure that my ancient, sad, outmoded iPhone 4 (no Siri even!) would be dismissed as so much toxic waste. Cassandra at iCracked assured me that my digital darling could be fixed up in no time. The repair looks great and the price was reasonable. They even took a look at my old iPod for free! I am about as tech savvy as a goldfish, but everyone on staff treated me respectfully. The location is convenient, though the parking can be a bit rough. Kill two birds with one stone and get your grocery shopping done next door while you wait! read more

The service I received here surpassed all. I was not pushed into buying anything else even though a button on my granddaughter's phone wasn't working. I was told the wait may be one hour but it was done in 20 minutes!! Who does that?? I am blown away! I was given a lifetime guarantee and free screen protector included at no extra cost. My iPhone 5 replacement case with all the free extras thrown in cost a total of $75.00! And the customer service was outstanding to boot. Thanks for making this whole situation a pleasant experience. You guys are the best read more

The level of service and professionalism from these guys is unparalleled. AJ and Sean both reached out to an enormous extent to do their best to help me fix my cracked iPhone 5. The digitizer was broken and my work revolves around the constant use of my phone so it was an emergency, last minute situation since I was also flying out of town the next day. They were jam packed full with appointments yet still found the time to do their best and work something out for me. Ended up having one of their mobile techs (who only work sat-tues) come out on a Thursday to pick up my phone and do an on-site repair. AJ followed up with me afterwards to confirm that the job was satisfactory. Couldn't have asked for a more genuinely humble and reliable team to depend on for a cellphone repair, which is also why I've been a repeat customer. Thanks AJ & Sean! read more

These guys are by far the best in my opinion, I have a Samsung Galaxy 4 Active, went to many shops for screen replacement no one could locate parts for the phone, then a competitor recommended iCracked to me, yes one of their competitors, then I contacted Jeremy who located the whole face assembly, was very prompt on communication when part arrived, then professionally installed the same. Now it's as good as new, Thank you again for the job well done guys. read more

so glad I found this place to fix my iPhone! They're way cheaper then getting your phone fixed at the Apple Store and they do it in a good amount of time. The staff is incredibly nice and very helpful and patient. They do whatever it takes to make sure that the customers are satisfied once they leave. Highly recommend this place if you're screen cracks or breaks. You won't be disappointed! read more

Review from about 2 months ago: Unfortunately we had the need to look up services for phone repairs but, fortunately for us we found iCracked! My husband and I took in 4 iPhones to have several problems fixed: cracked screens, speakerphone not working, issues with taking camera/pictures.. All 4 phones were fixed very quick (probably within 2 hours) at such a great price. Prices included all original parts. They even included tempered glass and free phone cases on the phones that had the screen repair. The customer service we received was great! Review from today: My kids decided to drop my phone, again, so of course I went to see iCracked and Kelsey was soooo nice! She talked to her boss AJ, who too was super cool. Because we had opened a company account from our previous visit, AJ approved a big time discount on my screen repair!! Oh and again today I was given a free tempered glass. Thanks guys! You guys have been really great, but for my sake, I hope I don't have to see you guys again soon! haha! :) read more

My daughter dropped her IPhone 5 and of course the screen cracked. Not only did the screen crack, but the LED was messed up. No problem for AJ...he looked at the phone and said he can fix it right away. He first quoted me 35-40 minute wait, but I told him that I was on my lunch hour and needed it sooner. He dropped the wait time to 20-25 minutes and it was done in that time frame. The phone is as good as new. He also added a protective screen on the phone to decrease any cracks in the future. Excellent service and very friendly! I would highly recommend AJ to anyone who has a cracked screen on their IPhone. It is extremely worth it. read more

I am one of those people that always breaks their phone one way or the other. It's so hard to find somewhere that's affordable and that works with you so you are satisfied. AJ and all the other guys are always so helpful. I can always get ahold of AJ and I can always get my phone fixed the same day and even better in about 30 minutes. They always work with me, always giving some discounts to make it easier on you. I go NO WHERE else to get services for my iPhone 5! I would refer anyone to get their phones fixed here. No where else beats the price, or is as friendly. read more

Lesson learned with @icracked. This is a past due post, but I figured I would share my experience so if anyone is interested and using this company maybe they might want to stop and think about what services they pay for first. As far as screens are considered, they are aftermarket screens that polarize while in a horizontal position and have a slight dull appearance compared to OEM, but overall good. BUT DON'T BUY A BATTERY . Go to the mall, or pay top dollar from Apple. The come-to-your-home concierge service is great, but it gets forgotten after the sale. I posted my disappointing interaction below. After less than 6 months both phones had issues with the battery charging, run times and the expansion of the battery led to the screen separating at the same place on both phones. As you can see there is no damage to the case that would have caused the separation. When I emailed them to explain what had happened they basically said oh well, which you can see below. Spend your money else where please. #badluck #icracked #ilostmymoney #badservice #standbehindyourproduct #buyerbeware #iphonerepair #iphonerepairs #iphonebatteryreplacement read more

AJ and his team are life savers! They are always efficient, friendly, and professional. Repairs are done quick and I've never had issues after. This place was amazing! Fixed my cracked phone in 15 minutes. Friendly, fast and very knowledgable!!!!! I would definitely go back (but hope I never have a cracked screen again). Note: they are located in 24 hour photo shop next to the former Fresh and Easy. Was a bit hard to find. read more

I want to thank AJ and his technicians for making a miracle happen by fixing my iPad that accidentally dropped and pretty much totaled. They were able to completely rebuild my iPad 3 without any hesitation or problem with a 24 hr turn around time. I didn't think so at first because of the extent of the damage, but like I said, miracle workers indeed. As a matter of fact I'm sending in this review with said iPad. Thank you so very much again and I will most definitely recommend this AJ and his team to anyone I meet that needs their electronics fixed properly. Jeremy read more

OHMYGOD!! I'm beyonnnddd happy I chose iFix. I drove a hour to purchase a car down the street, I was so excited after my big purchase, I literally walked out of the dealership and dropped my phone. Instant mood killer. My screen was BAD! Like, glass in my hand bad! I called the place that was closest and they said it would be around $120 with the LCD screen, for that I might as well send my phone in and get a new one! Then I called iFix! CASSANDRA was soooo sweet! $109 cash for everything! She fixed my phone soo quick I was in shock! I wasn't even in the store 20 minutes!! She's honestly phenomenal! I even purchased a new case, she wasn't pushy or trying to up sell anything. She gave her honest opinion and it was very appreciated! Very, very happy with how everything turned out! Thanks again Cassandra!:) read more

Buyer Beware!! I used iCracked to repair my daughters iPhone 7 screen and it was the worst decision I ever made. It's great to have a tech guy come to my house to repair the screen. However; that was the only thing that was good. The tech guy didn't do a good job at all in replacing the screen. The replacement screen I got was horrible. There was a scratch in the new screen replacement that I let pass. Then after the tech left I noticed that the color was off on the screen and the brightness was low. Even when I turned it all the way up it was low. After a couple weeks the screen wasn't responding to touch and I called their customer service number to get a warranty repair. This is where my nightmare with iCracked started. After submitting my warranty repair request, I didn't hear back from anyone from iCracked for 3 days. I understand it was Memorial Day weekend but come on. If I'm getting emails back from your customer service dept, how hard is it to schedule a warranty repair. I had to keep calling them to get a warranty repair appointment and every time I did, they kept telling me they would contact one of their techs and get back to me. This went on for 3 more days!!! I got to frustrated with them that I demanded a refund and that took 2 more days to get. I finally got my refund and went to OC Mobile Device Repair at Diamond Jamboree in Irvine. Shaddy was awesome and explained everything he was doing to repair the screen that iCracked replaced. ICracked didn't put back all the screws and took one of the original parts and replaced with a generic part. I couldn't believe how crappy of a job iCracked did. OC Mobile Device Repair is listed as top 5 screen repairs in Orange County. I highly recommend them and advise anyone reading this to NOT use iCracked. You will regret it and their customer service dept is even worse. I will never use iCracked again and will discourage anyone from using them. I wish I could give no stars for this review read more

Amazing. amazing. amazing. Thank you so much Cassie. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Phone is working like a dream. I am so happy with my service and the product. Tips before you visit: Please call to make an appointment (if you can). My phone was not working and didn't think to try skype before I went over. Luckily she was not too busy and was able assist me right away. Please also realize- they are not some cheap glass replacement company. They are replacing the screen on your phone (at least in my case). You will have to pay for quality. Not talking about the value of the phone, but don't expect to pay $60 for your iPhone 6S Plus. Just not going to happen. I paid: $109 for screen replacement iPhone 6 $25 new case + tax Thank you again Cassie. You were the best! read more

Thank you AJ & Team! Dropped by phone on Sunday and cracked the glass. Dang it! Got to the car and jumped on Google to find a phone Dr. Even though they are closed on Sunday, AJ answered the phone and offered to send a mobile repair guy to my home (how cool is that!). Since my phone was still usable, I opted to take it in on Monday. They did an awesome job. Had the phone ready when they said the would and the cost was $70.00. A little more than I thought it would cost but I'm super happy with the service so no complaints from me. Great experience! I would definitely use them again. BUT... I plan on keeping my phone in the case and won't even take it out to fit in my cute little clutch. So hopefully, won't have the need for their services again! :) Thanks so much AJ & Team! Appreciate your help. read more
