Derrick of Unbreakable Solutions is a genius!!! All of a sudden, in the midst of several ongoing…read moreprojects, my computer stopped working. For no reason. I couldn't print and I couldn't save anything. Great. I called my friend and he said my C drive was full. How was that possible? I don't store videos and I don't game, I called another friend and he said something was using up all my C drive but he didn't know how to diagnose it. What to do? Take it in someplace? Call the Geek Squad and wait for days for an appointment? Then I remembered Derrick. Years ago, when I was a transcriptionist, our service used him because he was fast, accurate and could even work remotely. With transcription, everything was stat and there was no time for breakdowns. Well, I looked him up under his company name, Unbreakable Solutions, and was pleased to see he was still in business. Because my C drive was SO full, he couldn't get in remotely to see what the problem was, but he carefully and explicitly texted me directions of things to do to get more space, and had me send him pictures of what the different screens showed. And it worked! He got in and discovered it was a hidden, undetectable Windows file that was eating up the space, and removed it. Good as new, and all done remotely! Thank you, Derrick, for doing an amazing job while charging reasonable prices. I will certainly use you again if I have any other problems!

But I have big dreams so... I thought well... I don't know anyone, but maybe someone can help me fix it. I found George here on YELP and he is so personable and easy to relate to. Busy SoCal life for all, so we arranged a time that worked best for me. He had me bring it to him and within an hour he had it fixed in a jiffy like nothing was wrong with it! Also, it was nice working with someone who is HUMAN, a normal person with great consideration for others and a genuine authenticity of care for me, the customer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and outcome off the cuff in need. I pretty much got an amazing find that needed Georges expertise and special touch. Now I have an awesome printer to do the things I feel called to do. He was gracious enough to sit with me for a few minutes too and make sure I knew how to operate it before taking it home. I'll definitely be referring you out to anyone in need of the services you provide. Thanks George for being all things to all people in authenticity, professionalism and transparency.
