Made same-day appointment. Given the option between original and after market parts. Was able to watch technician fix and replace my cracked iPhone 6 screen in less than 15 minutes. *** as an update, the "original screen"'s white paint under the glass where you can't touch it started to come off on its own after a few weeks on the top corners of my iPhone 6. If you don't mind the cosmetic flaw of the part, then by all means. When I gave the feedback to the owner he argued that I was the first person to ever report this and wouldn't address it, even after sending pictures other than to replace it. I opted not to replace with the same sub-par part and try another place if the touch screen actually loses function. I paid extra for the original screen, but it doesn't seem to be true... or I got a dud. read more

Yesterday was effectively ruined when I dropped my phone and the screen was demolished (entire screen was badly cracked and little glass shards were falling everywhere). So for the next 24 hours I carried my phone in a ziploc bag (new trendsetter right here). I first called the Apple Store and was told that screen repair costs $129, or up to $269 if they find something else wrong with my phone (damn you apple). So I turned to Yelp to look for a reliable repair store. I called iCracked earlier today and spoke with AJ, who informed me that a screen repair for my iPhone 5 (no LED damage) is $85. Even though the location is a nearly 30 minute drive from my home, I decided it was my best bet. They are located inside a 1 hour photo store (so look for that and not "iCracked"), and I was told it would take about 1.5 hours for the repair (they were working on another phone when I got there, so I'm sure the actual time is a lot less). After the repair, my phone looked amazing, and they even put on a free screen cover. I spoke with AJ, who informed me about their lifetime warranty (just when I thought things couldn't get any better). Basically, one of the most solid 5 stars I have ever given out (and this is review #435 for me). Quality work, amazing/friendly customer service, and efficient. Nothing more I could ask for. Highly recommend!! read more

Grandson Jake's iPad had an accident. Whack, crack, bang. It fell out of his hands onto the pavement. Ouch! Left a huge gaping hole in the corner, with a single crack across the entire screen. Fortunately it kept working so he ignored the ouwee, and kept singing along with Pepino the mouse; and Mackelmore and Ryan Lewis videos. Pop swooped in. "We can get that fixed," he declared and began searching the Internet for iPad screen repair where he found iCracked. The Yelp reviews were phenomenal so we called to make an appointment. HINT: No appointment needed, but the hours are slightly different than posted so do call before you go to their shop located inside a 1-Hour photo shop in a strip mall. I was greeted by a lovely young lady, who processed my order; and Jeremy, who worked on the pad. He assured me that in his capable hands the iPad would be as good as new. We picked it up this morning. Jeremy told me to turn it on. Be sure it worked. Smooth as silk. We can't wait to see the look on Jake's face when he gets the iPad back. I'll take a picture and post it here. The folks at iCrack are fast, reasonably priced, super easy to find and a joy to work with. And like Mighty Mouse, they saved the day! read more

Buying boba results in shattered iPhones. True story. All silliness aside, I dropped my iPhone 5 as I was purchasing a drink. My heart completely dropped to my stomach at the sight and sound of what had happened. I couldn't even enjoy my boba anymore. I raced home to Yelp a reliable and recommended repair place, which brought me here! I called for a quote using a landline (who does that anymore?!) and surely, I was able to bring it in and have it looked at. Location wise, not too far from where I live but I'm sure I could have called to have them come over and do an in-house repair. They are located where you see the sign "1 HR PHOTO." *also if you are waiting, head down Main Street as the mall is there if you need to kill any time* Not sure who I met but he was nice and straight to the point. My LCD was beyond repair so they had to replace that. He said it would take an hour. I came back at the estimated time and he told me that the person who fixed my phone before left some missing screws so he fixed that for me as well. No wonder my phone wasn't working properly before the accident! For someone to know what another person did incorrectly and to be honest and also able to fix it made me feel more at ease and that I made the right decision coming here. I am extremely pleased with the customer service, as well as the repair itself and the included lifetime guarantee of any defects that may occur in the future. I am not letting anyone touch my iPhone besides the guys at iCracked! read more

Unfortunately, I needed to use their service today as I dropped my phone and shattered the glass. They were really nice and quick. I would definitely recommend this place. I paid $124 (no tax because I mentioned "The Buzz") for a replacement glass for my iPhone 6, tempered glass shield, and also received a free rubber case. The replacement glass by itself was $109. The shopping center has a Starbucks so that made it a little easier to kill time while the phone was getting fixed. The place is a little tricky to find...they are in the same unit as the Post Office/B & J photo (suite L), just right of a nail salon. read more

Phone: Iphone 4S cost: $90 (warranty guarantee) time: 30 minutes I decided to give AJ a call since he had great reviews on here! A booboo happened and my front glass shattered last friday night. I freaked out and called AJ around 10PM to call for a quote (he has late hours for emergency repairs). During the rest of the weekend I found cheaper quotes, but the places seemed shady and reviews stated that iphones ended up malfunctioning. I ended up making an appointment on Sunday, and was very impressed with the fix. AJ basically stripped my phone apart, cleaned it, and placed a new screen. I was shocked when he took my phone apart in pieces! However, he diagnostically built up the phone to its performance quality. I can almost bet that cheaper places WILL NOT DO THIS, and may just remove the broken glass and slide on a new one. (and as a result have some malfunction problems). If you care about your Iphone and want top notch quality, go with iCracked. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The technician that came to our house today to fix the screen of an iphone 8 plus was very kind. But when he replaced the screen the entire phone shorted out and could not be turned back on no matter what he did. He called and got an appointment at the Apple Genius bar for us which was great. We were initially so happy with the customer service. Then he tried to have us pay for the screen replacement. We said no, because he completely broke the phone. He said he would meet us at the apple genius bar to pay for the deductible (the iphone was thankfully insured). The appointment time came and went and the technician NEVER SHOWED UP. He completely blew us off and left us with a phone that HE broke. I initially used this company a few years ago and they did a great job. But please read the reviews here and trust the reviewers. Every single review from 2018 has been negative/1 star. There is definitely a reason. I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

NOPE. 1. Screen cracked Thursday night. Made my appointment to get my screened fixed Friday before I get to work. 2. Guy comes over, guy is on time and very sweet as professional. (So Far so good) 3. I go to work that day.... as I get to work my phone screen doesn't work anymore, even when it was cracked I could use the screen, but now it's not responding whatsoever 4. Couldn't get to a phone till I got home that night and was able to borrow my sisters. I try to call. NOPE. Office and customer service closed till Monday. 5. SENT COUNTLESS EMAILS, Tried calling the guy who helped me, called offices.... nada 6. Sunday night comes around, I'm over this crap I need my phone, went somewhere else and got it fixed. 7. My phone is bombarded with "how can we help?" "We received your message" 8. ‍‍‍‍‍ I never even responded back for how annoyed I was. read more

Linh promptly responded to my myriad questions concerning what, how and when needed to be fixed. Linh was prompt, courteous and professional. The most important factor to me was his honesty. Once he had our phones, he realized that only the tempered glass was cracked, not the underlying screens. His honesty saved us $ 360 easily. I would most highly recommend SC Mobile Repairs and if we do have issues in the future with our phones/tablets, this is who we are calling! read more

***This review is NOT against this specific iTechnician. It's a review of the iCracked company.*** I paid $159.99 for the screen repair. The new junk screen doesn't work just in a month. I contacted them for the warranty. And they refused to provide any warranty. The lifetime warranty is just bullsh*t! Go find a local store, you'll get the much better service. read more

Cassandra is not only really sweet, but she also does her job extremely well and puts a lot of attention to detail. I called in before coming here because I know how busy this place can get, and Cassandra assured that she could have my screen fixed in 15 minutes and listed a ton of reasons why it's a much better alternative to come to ICracked vs going to the Apple Store. Yes, the original screen costs the same as the Apple Store, but your time is very important to the people here. You are in and out before you know it with a brand new case. Plus, the customer service is exceptionally great here and definitely makes you feel at home! I highly recommend you to pay the extra 30$+ and get the OEM screen because there is a much lower chance of a defected screen and having to run into problems in the future. The OEM screen also comes with an in house lifetime warranty, no questions asked, so that's what sold me. There are a plethora of reasons why ICracked should be your primary place for a phone repair vs where ever else you were thinking of going so just give them a call as I highly recommend this place to anyone with a smartphone Thank you Cassandra for the amazing experience! read more

If ZERO was a rating that's what they would get. I drove out of my way to get my phone repaired here. At first I thought this was a perfect solution to replace my cracked iphone screen, but the next day I noticed a dead pixel on the screen so I took it back in. They replaced it, and I thought it was all good except it wasn't. The replacement screen also had issues with image quality (dead pixels along the edges) so I went back in. This time the manager AJ became confrontational and said not all the screens are perfect we could play this game all day but I'm losing money. I simply wanted my phone repaired but they use inferior products. A few days later one of the screws fell out and my screen cracked with the screen protector on without me even dropping it. This place is a rip off, there 5-star rating is a joke. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. In hindsight I should have taken to Apple. read more

These guys are terrible! I had my Iphone6 screen repaired (#367975) 6 months ago and i suddenly started to get white vertical lines on the screen. Its been over a week and despite of multiple call all they do is blaming the other techs and do nothing about it simply because the tech who worked on my design is not with iCracked anymore. They do NOT STAND BY THEIR WORD to take case of their products! Please go somewhere else. read more

I dropped my iPad and the screen got shattered and a corner bent. I googled for iPad repair and came across a video on YouTube from iCracked of a guy repairing the very same model of my iPad so I went to their site and asked for an appointment. They called me back within minutes! Eddie was our tech. He was super clean and thorough, also very nice and funny. I had my iPad fixed in my home within an hour. Also very affordable! I totally recommend iCracked. Did I mention Eddie was very thorough? And I mean, very very thorough about cleaning up broken glass and checking every feature on the iPad before finishing. Excellent service! read more

Here is a little bit of information you may find useful. Even if you have a screen protector and a case, your iPhone's screen may break if you drop it on concrete. I tested this information last night while I was walking my dog. It's true I tell you. So, after breaking my iPhone screen, I needed a repair. I figured this was going to hurt a lot. Thanks to iCracked and AJ, this was a relatively painless experience. Thanks to Yelp too, since I found iCracked on Yelp. After putting my name and contact info into the iCracked website, I got a text from AJ. We arranged and appointment the next day. He works out of his home and he has a more traditional store. I met him at his home. AJ was great. He has a wonderful entrepreneurial spirit. He recycles old cell phone parts and gives some of the proceeds to charity. He is a cool guy to talk to. And, most importantly, he fixed my phone screen in about 15 minutes while I waited. This was a great value as well. I was expecting this little fiasco to cost me at least a couple hundred bucks. I got the screen replaced and a no glare screen protector with a lifetime warranty for $80 out the door. When it comes to electronic repairs, that is a bargain. Service, value, competence - AJ and iCracked seem to have them all. I highly recommend this service if you ever have a problem with one of your Apple toys. read more

The glass on the back of my iphone 4s has been shattered for years now and I would've never bothered to get it fixed if I hadn't broken my LCD screen as well (I kno...ratchet life) because I hate the thought of being without my phone even for a day! My broken LCD screen left me no choice but to take it to a shop but i'm SO GLAD I took it here. They fixed the front and back of my phone within 45 min! I literally stuffed my face at the pho restaurant next door and when I walked back over wahhhh laaaa...there laid my shiney classy lady phone all ready for pick up. I replaced an LCD screen, back glass cover and bought a purdyyy phone cover all for $103 after a 20% discount. Very friendly staff...won't charge tax if paid in cash...gives out discounts out of the kindness of their hearts...fast service. Can't wait to break my phone again! read more

iPhone 5 screen cracked. I had just had it fixed somewhere else and it literally cracked the next day and I was like F THIS!!! So I just used a cracked screen for 6 months while waiting patiently for the new iphone to come out. Well, by the end of august, half of my LCD stopped working and parts of the glass actually fell out totally HOBO status! With my phone totally nonfunctional I had to cave and I got the whole screen + LCD fixed...and it was like HEAVEN! WHY DID I WAIT SO LONGGGGGGG!!! Spent: LESS THAN $100 TOTAL (EVEN FOR LCD) LESS THAN 30 MINUTES --INSIDE a 1 HR PHOTO --WARRANTED WORK --BEST, MOST PLEASANT CUSTOMER SERVICE My Iphone feels BRAND NEW. There is a night and day difference to how it looked and felt the first time I repaired it at another store. This repair was seamless. THANKS! read more

So my brother gives me his cracked iphone thinking it can't be repaired. I yelped the nearest iphone repair place and iCracked popped up in the search results. I was thinking the same thing as my brother. The screen was cracked and it was done for. I called up AJ at iCracked and he said it will take 30 minutes to fix it. I went over to his place of business and he fixed it in 27 minutes and 32 seconds but who's counting? My brother's iphone has been restored to good as new. AJ was fast, friendly, and very knowldegeable with the iphone. I might have to cancel my insurance on my phone and go to him if I need the screen fixed. You can't beat the price of $80 for repairs. iRecommend iCracked. read more

Typing this from my fixed IPhone 5S! Today I called around 9 AM. No one picks up. They called back and left a message! They even offered to drive to my house and pick it up. The price is so much better and they fixed it flawlessly! You can definitely tell that they really care about you and your needs. Great people & great service. I mean, what more can you ask for? They're definitely genuine and hard working people! Thank you iCracked! read more

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT. I cracked my front of my screen and my Apple Care Ins. ran out and to fix it at Apple would of had cost me $199. Being that I am waiting for the 6 to come out I needed to fix this cracked out screen. iCracked was great. I phoned several other mobile cell phone repair places and left messages which NONE of them contacted me back (several of were places I found on Yelp) iCracked met me at my job and had me all fixed up within 30 min. The cost was only $80 + I gave the technicain a $15 tip. They guarantee their work plus put a free cell phone protector screen on it! SO WORTH IT! Saved on time and gas! The repair technician that came out was named Mike. Super nice guy and did a good job! read more

Yay for a beautiful fixed screen done by such nice workers! Hands down, they're awesome at their job. They replaced my broken screen/LCD for my iPhone 6 for only $109. I've encountered other places that fix it for $130 and up which is no bueno (it shows you other places are probably ripping you off). I got it fixed on Sunday but noticed discoloration a few hours after getting it done. Yet it's no problem since their screens do come with warranty to fix any defects! The only hiccup I encountered was that when I called in on Monday (MLK Day), I was told to come on in (without an appointment). When we came in, however, there were 4 phones being done and Lauren was swamped! Because we couldn't wait too long to get it fixed (I had work in an hour), we had to leave and I decided to come in the day after. Again, not a problem and totally no one's fault since it was unprecedented that so many people would come in that day! I think they do a great job, they're honest, and I love that their product comes with a lifetime warranty. I will recommend others to come get their phones fixed here if they ever need to. BTW- if you have a hard time looking for their storefront, it's located within the 1 Hour Photo, in between Ann's Nails and a Dental Office. It's in same plaza where Fresh & Easy used to be located in. read more

Awesome does not even begin to describe my experience with AJ. I didn't get my cracked screen repaired from him(and let's hope I never have to), but I did see him fix a cracked screen in a matter of minutes. He truly works miracles. He did it so well and almost so effortlessly that I asked if he did it for fun! I originally was going to buy an iPhone that had a cracked back screen and wanted to know how much it'd cost to get that replaced. He missed my call but texted me back within 10 minutes asking if he could help me. I told him my situation and he ended up offering me two phones that were practically new for sale. A couple days later, I swung by on my lunch break and there was my phone. Practically new like he said. I played around with it as he gave me tips and whatnot. He even found someone who could factory unlock my phone for me. Sweet, caring, nice, funny, and very personable. He stays true to his word and I could not be happier with my new phone. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs help with any apple product. He's the best!! read more

I cracked the back of my phone a while back but never got around to fixing it. I guess it wasn't a necessity until I dropped my phone recently again and this time cracked the front. It was super frustrating trying to read texts and make phone calls so I wanted something done ASAP. I did a little research online and found iCracked which is based super close to my house. Went on their website to register and received a text about 45 mins later even though it was after hours (probably an automated response from their app). In the morning I received another text this time from AJ asking how he could help. I asked for pricing and how long it would take. He was very quick with the responses. At first I thought $70 was sort of steep but after doing a little shopping around online it was very competitive if not the cheapest I could find, plus very convenient because of proximity. I expressed to AJ I would be in a rush because I had a short break going from one job to the next. He assured me it wouldn't take longer than 45 mins for the front and back to be done. I dropped off my phone and returned 45 mins later and the phone was done looking brand new. Very pleased with iCracked service and would highly recommend them. Just a heads up for everyone: they share their "office" with a photo stop and there are no signs that specifically say iCracked but I know the area so it wasn't a problem for me plus AJ explained it in his text and he was available if I needed him. Hopefully they get more business and a sign. The staff was super friendly. Definitely glad I chose iCracked. Took 45 mins $70 for front $15 for back Includes protective screen and lifetime warranty for any defects They also offer a 10 or 20% discount(can't remember) if u use their service again. Happy customer :-) read more

Walked in here today very distressed after cracking my iPhone screen. The service was fast, friendly, and fairly cheap. Got my iPhone 5c screen fixed in 45 mins for $84!! Cassandra was super helpful, repaired my phone right in front of me and showed me what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. It was also super quick and she was super nice. I will definitely be coming back for repairs here if/when I need them (knock on wood though that I don't break it). I had taken my phone to a different repair shop in Huntington Beach where they forgot to replace parts on the inside and also did not align my new screen correctly. I did not notice this until Cassandra pointed that out and explained that those missing pieces were why I couldn't use some of the basic telephone features. So basically made my phone brand new and it's wonderful! Thank-you Cassandra! I will be referring all my friends and family to you! :) read more

iCracked is by far the best place to get your iPad or iPhone fixed a.s.a.p. for a very decent price as well. With that being said, I dropped my phone this morning from a pretty high altitude, and if it wasn't for the Otterbox, my iPhone would have been demolished beyond repair. However, the screen wouldn't turn on anymore and the glass over my camera completely shattered. Saturday morning with no phone for the weekend was already agitating me. I didn't even call iCracked to see if they were open on Saturday, and just drove hoping they were. I got there, and 2 of them were working on previous broken idevices and AJ was already helping another customer. I really didn't expect them to even have time to fix my phone. In spite of them about to close up shop for the weekend, they were still capable of setting time aside & Frankensteining my phone back to life!! The process took only about 20mins or less. I was very impressed with their customer service and timing. FOR A FACT, I would HIGHLY recommend this place to the Queen of England if I had to... THANKS GUYS!! read more

If you're coming on the weekends, remember to call ahead as they share the space with the a post office company. They're good about returning any messages. Went out to the 2012 Taurus World Stunt Awards at Paramount Studios and wore a Tux that I don't normally wear. Put my iPhone in the bottom inside pocket not realizing that the pocket was too shallow to hold the phone. None-the-less, it committed suicide and came out with a broken face..... Searched Yelp for a quality fix since my Verizon insurance wanted to charge me $200 dollars to replace the phone because of a broken screen. The 2 top rated places I called either went straight to voicemail or didn't call back in a timely matter. After using my broken iPhone in a Ziploc bag for 2 days after realizing the broken screen was producing small glass pieces between my finger tips, I decided to check my 2nd search engine, Craigslist. AJ didn't answer my call, nor did I leave a VM, but he called me back within 10 minutes! I answered the call through the Ziploc bag and put it on speaker since sound doesn't seem to transfer well through thin plastic. I explained what happened and also asked him about changing my Black iPhone to a white one while we were at it. $85 dollars to fix the broken screen and home button to white! Needless to say, I was at his home (yes home, but very neat and professional, repairs done at the kitchen counter while you wait {and inspect because you sometimes wonder about professional repairs done at a home?}) Just as promised, $85 out the door, my iPhone 4 is back in action like nothing happened! I'm canceling my Verizon insurance as of tomorrow ($12 a month) and coming to see AJ anytime iCrack my phone :) Thanks AJ! You rock! Highly recommend! read more

Cracked Iphone 5 Screen! AJ Smith responds to texts at 714-274-4134, and quickly handles the repairs in his store or he will send a tech to you for nothing more than a little gas money. AJ put a lot of personal attention into my easy fix, but difficult battery of questions and hesitations. He won my confidence, and I awarded his company the job. I normally pay Apple to replace my phone. This time I tried something new. No regrets. Trust in AJ and his mobile Technicians. Sean is the one who came to my home in Anaheim. Very professional and for sure productive. I am very please with my end result, and the mobile service is beyond worth it. Normally, I would have ordered the kit and fixed myself. I don't think it would be difficult to fix for capable hands, but for the almost same cost I would always let someone else do it. read more

My wife cracked the back facing camera on her iPhone 5. I tried to replace the camera myself because I had prior success fixing iPhones before, but I ran into a major problem when I accidentally snapped one of the cables inside the phone. I immediately went on icracked.com to inquire about technicians in my local area who could fix the phone for me and an hour later I got a text from AJ asking me what the problem was. I explained everything and he gave me an honest answer that it could take up to 1 to 3 days to fix the phone depending on if they had to order the replacement cable that broke. He also said that he and his team would do the best that they could to save me money. I brought the phone in pieces to AJ and his team and the next day they called me and told me that the phone was ready. I was so relieved as I was expecting the worst out of this situation. When I got the bill for the repair I was very satisfied with the cost. I even texted AJ back later on that day and thanked him so much for the great service. After this experience I highly recommend anybody who has a broken iphone, ipad or ipod to bring it here to get it fixed. They are very reliable and honest, and won't try to rip you off like they do at the Apple store. Thanks again AJ and Co! read more

I got recommended to AJ and his team here at iCracked in Orange by my girlfriend. I have to say the experience was top notch! I was greeted right away, they took my phone and it took less than an hour. My phone looked great after, and I couldn't be happier with the service (which has me coming back time and time again when I need to) There are plenty of places to eat in this plaza, or you can just hang at the Starbucks while your phone is getting done! My phone has been working perfectly for the past five months and he also sold me an awesome phone cover that's prevented future damage to my phone. LOVE THIS PLACE. I called and they didn't answer but then AJ called me right back. Unfortunately they were closed today (Sunday) but he told me there was actually a mobile person. Lauren was super nice and accommodating. I called last minute and had a strict schedule because I had work from 12-5 today. Lauren actually came to my work and worked on my phone there. She even gave me a sparkly screen protector, which I love! And then my least favorite part: the payment. Now this isn't because of them, it's because I'm a college student with a part time job and I'm always short on money. I have an iPhone 5 and they only charged $85 for the repair and then $10 for the mobile. Honestly, not too bad considering the apple store charges $200+ and radio shack charged $99 for an iPhone 4. So not too shabby overall. read more
