Just awful.. respect comes before all. The way customers and anyone walking in your restaurant are treated matters --and unfortunately, that's where this place falls short. The owner comes across as dismissive and arrogant, and it feels like basic respect and courtesy are lacking throughout the interaction with him. Good service isn't just about efficiency, it's about making people feel welcome. That simply isn't the case here. Very bad experience. The owner was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I was just doing my job as an Uber driver, waited over 30 minutes, and instead of basic respect, I was humiliated and insulted in front of others. This is not how you treat people. Inconsistent and bratty service, like they don't want customers there in the first place. Food and drink is inconsistent, and your choice may not be offered (they will quickly tell you that, so that you leave them alone apparently). High street needs places better than Savvy Sliders. read more

I waited 45 minutes for two sliders that ended up tasting like burnt dirt. Then they were closing in 10 minutes so I couldn't even sit down and eat my food there. Plus, there was two workers doing all the work while another employee leaned against the counter continuously using her vape around the food. Disgusting. I'm glad I don't actually live there and don't have to drive past that dump again. And let's talk about the fact they charge you for a side of sauce that's barely an ounce for an entire dollar. I picked this place without looking at the reviews. As my son put it perfectly it's like a mix of McDonald's meets Steak and Shake. They have some good milkshakes but small for the price. Have a decent number of slider options but nothing fancy, just basic. I got cheeseburgers and my cheese wasn't melted at all. Whatever the sauce was made it better but it was just average tasting. There were only 2 guys working and a few people eating and ordering but our food was done within an expected amount of time. As for another review that said they were quick to the bathroom, I'm happy to say we did not have that experience. We did like the upstairs seating. I am here in Ohio for a short time and was looking for some good burgers.The menu looked good so I gave it a shot. Boy was I pretty disappointed . The service was cool and the restaurant was nice and clean. But the food was terrible I purchased the meal that came with 1 cheese burger slider, 1 chicken slider, fries and a strawberry cheesecake milk shake. The milkshake was amazing. The fries was just ok. They were lightly seasoned but cold. The burger looked great but no taste at all. They didn't even put salt on it. I don't even know if the chicken slider was really chicken. Definitely tasted like it was seasoned with fish seasoning. Soooooo will not be returning to this place. read more

I've visited this location twice in the past few months and both times I received really good customer service. The food came out hot and fast and they cook to order which is always good. There were no other customers during my visits so I don't know if that is a red flag, but I'm all for being in and out when I order carryout. The place is clean and offers inside seating along the front and side of the restaurant. Let me get to the food- it's basically a fancy White Castle minus taste with fresher toppings. The sliders I had looked way better than they tasted. I should have known better when they offer crinkle fries instead of regular fries. Lol The sliders lacked flavor on both visits and way overpriced for bite size burgers and bite size wings. I had to add ketchup to the angus and fish sliders and they still needed to be dip in sauce. My friend raved about the falafel slider, so that may be the one to try. The wings were really good but ridiculously small. They come with a piece of Texas toast and your choice of dipping sauce. The house sauce (or whatever it's called) is okay but missing a little something. I likely won't visit again because it is not enough bang for my Buck (lol) especially with all of the options on High St. The wings are the size of chicken nuggets and I was very disappointed when I opened the box. I used a Life Saver mint for size comparison if you are interested. I think the wings are probably the best tasting option on the menu (I haven't had everything, but just a guess) because the sliders I had are a hard pass. The lemonade is delicious- just right. I hate leaving such a negative review, but after 2 chances, this place is truly not worth spending a dime at. I expected a good amount or at least better than average quality for the price of this place, but it has average portions and below average quality in food, customer service, and wait time. My first visit was in person. There were a handful of patrons in the restaurant and 3 people working. My friend and I ordered a combo each - tenders and wings. One person worked the register, one worked prepping food, and one worked on drinks. They did not help each other or go to another station AT ALL, despite 2 of them having downtime. The guy at the register did not smile once, and after taking our order sat on his phone, which is probably where the extremely loud and profane music was coming from. None of the employees left their station, which was quite obvious from the dirty tables. I really felt for the guy doing food; although he was slow, he worked the entire time with no help. It took about 40 minutes for us to receive our food. The food itself was extremely bland. The texture of the chicken was pleasant but it had no flavor whatsoever. Their signature sauce tastes like a makeshift blend of half BBQ sauce and honey mustard... which is not good. The only thing that was good during this visit was their sweet tea. The other time I ordered from here, I thought using the app might help the issue of time. I ordered a box of sliders, since this is what they're known for. The app said "ready in 30 minutes," so my partner arrived for pick-up 30 minutes after we ordered and was told to stand next to the register since it wasn't ready yet. No ETA was given. He stood there and watched 2 groups of walk-in customers get served before him. It was 40 minutes AFTER the app's estimated time before we got the box of sliders. Somehow, ordering ahead will delay your order even further. Like last time, the cashier and drink person stayed at their stations when they had nothing to do, and the employee on food worked the whole time. The milkshakes were ready long before the food but were not offered while my partner waited. Had he known these drinks were ours, he would have taken them; they were halfway melted by the time the food was out. Despite their namesake, the sliders were just as bland if not worse than the chicken. We got a mix of beef and chicken, and they were all dry, plain, and "okay" to be kind. The ONLY good things here are the tea and milkshakes. But unless your craving can wait 30+ minutes, these aren't even worth it. read more

Was pleasantly surprised with how many options Savvys had to offer. I personally enjoyed the steakhouse ribeye and hangover sliders alongside the helpful crew that got it out in a timely manner. I would like to say that I made this yelp account to write this. Whoever was working Sunday, September 10th was so mad that we were there. It took 30 minutes for our food to come out (two salads). I asked my cashier for "the most amount of ranch you're allowed to give me" and I guess that meant two to her. We nicely asked one of the workers for more ranch. She was soooo mad that we did that. Customer service seemed to be a foreign concept. She pulled up our receipt and demanded that we pay more... for ranch. How is it my fault that the cashier typed in the wrong amount of ranch? I would have paid for it but she was being so rude and we had already waited 30 minutes. I decided I didn't want to give the company any more money and left.
