Rosters is always a good place to watch sports and there mis always delicious but the locations are getting smaller there pizzas and wings?

Limited parking & limited seating, as this location is nested in Columbus' beautiful German Village. Awesome location. Great service, clean space. Food comes out fast and correct. No complaints! Not the best location for large groups, rather more for small parties 2-4. Great TV selection.

Rooster's - German Village

This is my favor Rooster's location in Columbus. A smaller restaurant that is always packed. It has a quaint feel and has extra appeal being in German Village that makes you almost forget it's a wings chain. We order take out for here once a month or so, and loved dining in during the pre-pandemic times. It's a little to packed for my comfort right now but thankful they do carry out. Tonight we ordered 15 Naked Wings shaken in garlic wing sauce and asked for them extra wet. We also got the Cajun chicken finger with Garlic wings sauce and a side of ranch. That's my favorite. For the tenders, a full order is four tenders and a half order is two. They are really THIN tenders to the point I am not sure the should be called tenders but they are so good. If you go with the tenders get a side salad if you get a full order, or do an order and a half and you can have leftovers. Only negatives are limited parking in the lot and on the street. Inside is always packed and during peak times so expect to wait. Other tasty recommendations are the burger, the Mac-N-Cheese Bites, and Fried Mushrooms. This place is worth visiting and checking out. I recommend if you feel comfortable, to dine in as it's a different experience but you cant go wrong with take out.

Char-Grilled Chicken Salad

Yal When I want a salad i come to Roosters!!! So, Im trying to be healthy and all (lies lol) & decided to order a Full Chargrilled Chicken Salad. It comes with diced tomatoes, purple onion, cucumbers, & cheese over a bed of lettuce. I added croutons. Pros: the portion for the full size salad can feed 2 ppl lawd lol!!!! I mean it's a salad not to much you can do to mess it up. The lets was good, I didnt have a whole bunch of lettuce butts in the salad. The chicken was hot as well. Cons: they dont give you that much dressing for this big ol salad. I had a full size salad, why do I only get 1 small container of ranch dressing? Luckily, I had dressing at home so I didnt trip. If you're like me, ask for extra dressing!

I've been coming to this location for the past 3 months and the service is always good. The service in my opinion is 10/10 no matter what the staff is always smiling and the food is always 10/10. This has to be my favorite Roosters location in the Ohio. Pick up orders are always 10/10 food is always hot.

Wangs, corn dawgz, mozz stix

Looking for a fun, casual joint? Need to get back on the horse after a weekend of binge drinking GTLFs? Oh baby, look no further, Rooster's is the place for you. Swing by this cozy nest of a restaurant for the coolest beers, tastiest fried delicacies, and nonstop ESPN sports coverage. Bring your pals or come alone - you're in for an absolute treat regardless. I stopped by today with my boyfriend, a local Columbus Rooster's regular. We ordered the wings, corn dogs, and mozz sticks. The blue cheese sauce is an absolute force, 10/10 would recommend pouring it over everything. Never a bad time at this place!

Smaller location and it is usually packed - be prepared for a wait during peak times or a game if you are dining in.

Gresso's Restaurant and Bar - Perogies

I was very impressed, and I can't find any negatives, so five stars…read more I've heard they have good wings here, but I just had wings yesterday, and with the bitter cold I was in a pierogi mood, and I've heard those are good as well. Street parking, which is a problem with all the snow so be careful, but also a good sized parking lot out back. It's in an old house, and it feels like a neighborhood bar. Woody, warm, some TVs with games playing. Plenty of tables, and another room in the back so more room than you might think. Plus, it looks like you can go upstairs. I think the bartender was by himself, so I tried to make it a little easier on him. But he was doing a good job keeping up, with food and drinks. Super friendly and helpful. There's a lot of interesting stuff on the menu, but I knew I wanted pierogi, and then I saw the garlic green beans and went for them. I'm glad I did. They came out perfectly cooked, not overdone, with garlic, lemon juice, and some blue cheese dressing on the side. Very good. The pierogies were excellent. I don't think they make them here, but they fry them up well here, with onions, mushrooms, and sour cream on the side. Very, very good comfort food. All for like $12 total. I only got four pierogi, but they were big and there were plenty of green beans. Get more pierogi if you're hungry. But seriously, even with a substantial tip I was out of there for well under $20 and full. Definitely will be back.

Kind, personable, and genuinely warm exactly the kind of energy that makes a meal feel like more than just a meal. If you've seen The Menu, you know that scene where all anyone really wants is just a perfect, unpretentious burger done right. Thurman's is exactly that. The burger was everything it needed to be no gimmicks, no shortcuts, just a beautifully made sandwich that delivers on every level. The fries? Equally on point. Honestly, I have no notes. None. This is the kind of place that reminds you why simple food, done exceptionally well, will always win. If you haven't been, go. If you have, you already know.

The beauty of a Saturday afternoon is there were sports on and TVs hanging on the walls. That made the wait easy. Boy do they know their stuff bc it was pretty much one hour to the minute when they called our name and escorted us to our table. We sat in a booth and took in on the collection of various items around the bar that have been gathered through the years and had some laughs at some of it. It was almost like a fun game of eye spy! They came to take our drink order and by the time they returned we were ready to order. We chatted for a bit and our food came out in what seemed to be a good time. I ordered the Patty Melt with onion straws. My husband got the Thurman Burger. We were surprised by its size when they came carrying it out to our table. Believe it or not he ate every single bite. Said it was delicious. Mine was equally as delicious. Maybe not quite as big but that was fine by me. I actually quite enjoyed that they served the 1000 island on the side. It made it way easier to eat. The cheese was nice and gooey. Just perfect. The onion straws were good too. I shared those with my husband. They were actually just as good on their own as they were dipped in any kind of sauce. That's big coming from me bc I love dipping! We got a box for our leftovers and headed out happy with a great first time experience here.

It was the perfect spot for a relaxed, drawn-out dinner where we could enjoy drinks, take our time, and really soak it all in. We had a reservation and were seated right away, which set the tone for the night. Everyone ordered cocktails (I've heard the espresso martini is one of their best, even though coffee isn't really my thing), and honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the drink menu. We started with the Meze, which included house-made falafel, tzatziki, hummus, sun-dried tomato couscous, assorted vegetables, and naan--everything was fresh and so flavorful. They also brought out complimentary focaccia right away, which was such a nice touch. For my main, I ordered the seasonal scallops, and I also tried the chicken thighs with fig, goat cheese, asparagus, parmigiano reggiano, and couscous--both were absolutely amazing. I'd go back in a heartbeat just to try more of the menu. We were there for about 2-3 hours, and at no point did we feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing the staff. The entire experience felt thoughtful, welcoming, and just really special. Highly recommend The Sycamore for your next date night or girls' dinner!
