I was seated right away and I told the lady that I preferred wax. She talked me into threading and promised the process would be painless with her - to give her a chance. Boy am I happy I did! Not only was this threading the least painful and bothersome I've ever had, the lady doing my brows was very skilled and moved very swiftly. When she finished and I looked in the mirror, I was so blown away by the shape of my eyebrows! I have pretty shapeless eyebrows; they grow completely straight. My face instantly reappeared from behind my bushy eyebrows and I became a threading believer. The pictures do the shape no justice. I came back to Get Brows on a Saturday and, although super busy, they were able to attend to everyone in a timely manner. My eyebrows didn't come out as amazing as they did the first time I came but they still look great. Definitely my new spot for eyebrows. I may even try a different service next time.

She explained the growth process, asked what I was aiming for, educated me on how to properly take care of my eyebrows and went to work. She mapped, shaped and filled them in. Her appointment scheduling MUST be done online and a credit card is needed to secure your appointment. She dedicates her time to YOU while you're there. You're not going to cross paths with other customers making her extremely detailed. Rita is located inside of the beauty mall (which is really cool) at the colonial palms shopping plaza (across from the falls, next to Carters). She explained the products she uses contain fruit /citrus oils. She cleansed my face, used the steamer, did a deep cleaning (black head removal) . In between treatments she used hot towels which felt amazing. She also applied a hydration mask. While that was working she performed the most magnificent neck and shoulder massage I have ever felt. I also received a hand massage as well. This process took a little over 55 minutes and to be honest I didn't want to leave - I highly recommend Erika if your shopping for a facial/facialist.
