Unfortunately, your discount code did not work in November 2025. I contacted this location to get assistance and was told that someone would call me back but no one returned my call. I emailed the corporate office and someone finally responded that the discount code had expired. I attempted to explain that the code never worked so the discount should be honored anyways, but to no avail. Also, I recently noticed that your packages are only redeemable at one location which is an inconvenience since I frequent 2 locations, near my home and near my job in Broward. For these reasons I decided to try an alternative hair removal, sugaring last month and I am amazed at the long lasting results. I will never wax again or visit your establishment. Don't quote me) I've been coming here for a couple of years now and I've been coming to the same Waxer for over a year now. I've decided to not be selfish and tell the world about her. (I know I'm a bit extra but hey, if you're not your people's hype man then are you really their people? I think not) Please don't think because I know her and go to her my opinion isn't valid because of the history. I don't sit here and brag for anyone that isn't good. Like everything in life, you have to try it a few times to know exactly what you like and how you like it. For some the fortunate ones, they hit it head on the first time and for others, well, you have to keep trying and I feel that's how it is when you get wax. Everyone there does a good job. You just have to find the one that does the perfect job for you. Jessica hands down is the BEST of the BEST at what she does. (Pinecrest Location) She will make sure you're comfortable and will talk to you while you're in there. She's funny, easy going, an all around great time. She's extremely picky and that's important to me. I like knowing that I won't walk out of there with a chunk of missed hair down there. Get this, she even gets a napkin and damps it to apply right after she pulls off the wax. Like.. who does that? No one that I know of. I would recommend her now and forever. She enjoys what she does and it shows in her work. Plus, between this review and the readers soon to come, she's level red. Red could mean a lot of things but in this case, Jessica is on fire. I get there right on time for my appointment yesterday (Tuesday) and couldn't figure out if I was in the right place so I called her. She sounds confused and surprised; when I explain who I am, she says, "Oh, I had you down for Wednesday. I'm not there right now." She was super apologetic though, said it had never happened before, she felt terrible for making me drive all the way there, she was going to give me a discount, etc. I looked at my calendar and told her I could get there by 5:30 the next day (today, Wednesday). She said she had someone else at that time, could I come at 6? I said sure, even better. Then she said wait no, 5:30 is good, or just come when you're done with your call and I'll wait for you. OK, cool. So I'm leaving my house at 5:30 today and decide to text her and let her know I'm on my way and will be there in 20 minutes. I've only gotten about a mile when she texts back and says she can't wait that long, she has to pick her daughter up at 6:30, sorry. But wait--didn't you tell me yesterday to come at 6 or whenever I was done?! Did you not know yesterday you had to pick up your kid at 6:30? And if you didn't, why not let me know when you found out today so I wouldn't have gotten in the car again? I'm just glad I thought to text on my way out today--if I had driven all the way there again and then had to come back in rush hour traffic AGAIN without having gotten done what I was going to do... I'm sure she's a very nice person and great at waxing, but I will never find out because I just can't keep wasting my time when she apparently can't keep track of her own schedule. Again, I hate writing negative reviews (if you look at my profile, my reviews are almost all good ones), but this has been my only experience with her, and it's problematic to say the least.
