I never spoke to them and yet they keep sending me things trying to get my business. I will never work with any business that lies at the outset. Update: I called the number from the text and they confirmed they were Adam's moving. I confirmed the address in Seattle that was registered with the Department of revenue in Washington state. Checking with the Department of revenue in Washington state there is only one Adams moving registered with the state. I am attaching a screenshot of the text. There are far too many scams out there that try to start off by saying I have reached out to them. It's a way to get your foot in the door and get you to call back. I find it dishonest, and I would never do business with someone who started out a conversation by claiming I asked them to call me. Update 09/24/2026 They have messaged me several times. They claim they called the phone number in the screenshot and it belongs to an Adam's moving company in Texas despite having a 509 area code, which is eastern Washington. I explained to them again that I called the number and confirmed multiple times that they were in Washington State with locations in Seattle and Tacoma. I suggested that if they feel someone is impersonating their company they contact them. I stand by my review based on my personal interactions with the people I spoke to at the number shown in the screen capture. The fact that they're trying to tell me the 509 area code is in Texas makes me feel even more strongly that they are not being honest. I used Easy Company Moving back in 2020 when I moved from Tacoma to Bellingham, so I decided to hire them again because I knew they'd do a great job and it would give me peace of mind. Kyle Carson, owner, was very response, gave me a quote, there were not "hidden" fees or gotcha pricing when they arrived. Sean and Miguel were the two team members that did the move and they were so kind, communicative and really went above and beyond, in my opinion. Everything went smoothly and I'm so pleased. One important note, because my storage unit was in Seattle, I was unable to be there in person. I arranged with Extra Space storage to give them access to clear it out and I had ZERO worries. Two hours from start to finish. They (two men) moved all my stuff from a bedroom to my new studio apartment in under the three hour minimum--but that's okay. With the truck rental it was $437 total. These guys--the do not milk the clock. They move with speed, putting everything in these huge 60" x 24" boxes, except for the furniture. EVERYTHING gets wrapped like a palette 360 degrees around. I just stayed out of their way, and within one hour they had everything loaded up. They brought a 24' truck, which was bigger than I expected. The drive was 30 minutes to my new place and unloading took about 45 minutes. They had me sign a standard moving contract, and I absolutely appreciate the 10% military discount, and another 3% for paying cash. FANTASTIC, could not say one thing bad. They are very careful with my stuff. Absolutely recommended.

Nearly $1,000 for an Incomplete Move, Property Damage, and Unacceptable Service…read more My experience with Man with a Truck Moving was extremely disappointing and stressful. I paid approximately $984 in cash for a three-person moving team, originally scheduled for four hours with an additional hour added. Despite paying nearly $1,000, the move was left significantly incomplete. Before the move, I explained that I am disabled, my adult daughter is disabled, and we have a two-year-old child. I specifically hired professional movers to handle the heavy items we could not safely move ourselves, including our couch, dining table and chairs, living-room chairs, curio cabinet, grandfather clock without its weights, freezer, two queen-size beds, king-size mattress, storage dressers, patio furniture, and numerous boxes containing fragile belongings. We packed to the best of our ability. Fragile boxes were clearly marked "FRAGILE," while heavy boxes were labeled "50+ POUNDS" with arrows showing which side should remain upright. Although the movers transported many boxes, they left a substantial amount behind. They initially attempted to leave the couch, freezer, curio cabinet, and grandfather clock--the primary heavy items I had hired them to move. I had to insist that these items be taken. The tallest mover behaved carelessly around my family. He repeatedly bumped my 24-year-old disabled daughter with boxes as she tried to move out of his way. While using a dolly, he nearly struck my two-year-old grandchild three separate times instead of stopping or moving over in the hallway. I finally had to firmly tell him to be careful and not run into her. This was frightening and completely unacceptable. That same mover also caused a hole approximately one to one-and-a-half inches wide in the apartment wall. I sent pictures and requested that the company at least pay for the damage, but it has not been resolved. The on-site job manager spent most of the time outside loading the truck, so he did not properly supervise what was happening inside. His communication and coordination could have been much better. I do want to acknowledge that the third mover--the shorter, stockier gentleman--was polite, kind, attentive, and helpful. Unfortunately, his professionalism could not make up for the overall experience. The company also brought approximately 10-15 large, empty wardrobe boxes even though I had clearly said we did not need them. During the additional hour I paid for, valuable time was spent reloading their unused boxes instead of finishing my move. Those boxes should never have been brought after I specifically declined them, and dealing with them should not have taken away from the time I was paying for. By the time the movers left, there was still a large amount of property remaining, including the metal patio table and chairs on my balcony. The apartment was still a mess, and I had to rent a U-Haul to finish transporting everything myself. As someone with limited financial resources and physical disabilities, this created an enormous additional burden. I contacted a person named Rob, whom I understood to be management. He listened to my concerns and said he would rectify the situation by sending movers back. I explained that we had only five days remaining to empty and clean the apartment. He never followed through or contacted me again. By the third day, with no response and time running out, I told him not to send anyone because I could no longer rely on the company. I contacted him again about repairing the hole in the wall. He claimed he had not received the photographs, even though they had been sent. Nearly three weeks later, I have received no meaningful follow-up or resolution. I have photographs documenting the condition of the apartment, the large amount left behind, and the wall damage. This was not the level of service anyone should receive after paying nearly $1,000 in cash. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Man with a Truck Moving. Their claimed years of experience were not reflected in the quality, care, communication, or completeness of the service I received. I also had no idea that they offered senior pricing. The man that hit my daughter with boxes and that almost ran into my Grandchild was caught numerous times on his phone. am labeling this as overpriced based off of the service that I received. I shared the hole in the wall, 2 of the messages....I am not looking anymore for pictures. This was a traumatic experience and after this review I know that I wont hear from them in regards to any of this.

They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. An update: September 2026…read more It has now been over two months since my move in early July, and I am once again having issues with All Service Moving. This morning I received three back-to-back calls (9:16, 9:17, 9:19) from the company while I was in a meeting. The first call went to voicemail, but they continued calling. I have not been given any explanation for why they are suddenly contacting me months later. This is especially frustrating because after my move, the movers repeatedly contacted my personal phone pressuring me for a tip and a five-star review. I eventually had to block the number. The move itself also went poorly. The truck they brought could not access my loading area despite the information and photos I provided beforehand, resulting in additional trips and delays. A move estimated at 3-4.5 hours took around 6.5 hours and cost over $1,000. When I submitted a claim, Operations Manager Donald Stansbury essentially dismissed it with a very short, poorly written email stating they could not provide any reimbursement or refund. I had hoped the matter was over. Now, two months later, I am receiving repeated calls about the claim with no clear explanation. I would recommend keeping all communication with this company documented and in writing.

Despite a long day of heavy lifting, they always had big smiles and were genuinely pleasant to work with. These guys are strong as oxen and never slowed down. It was a 12 hour day!! Nothing was broken or damaged, and there were no surprises with the bill. I especially appreciated their straightforward pricing structure with a fixed travel charge rather than the vague "from our location" fees that can vary wildly depending on traffic. As a Realtor for over 31 years, I've worked with and observed many moving companies. Anderson, Carlos, and Luis rank among the very best I've seen. ANYONE LOOKING TO HIRE MOVERS BEWARE *review update*…read more Do not hire these movers! We hired them to help us with our move on Saturday, August 1st. They moved a 500 dollar pair of Bose headphones (that are not even finished being paid off) to the cab of their moving truck and decided to keep them. We have contacted them three separate times to return them and have ignored us. I am a very disabled retiree with neuropathy, as well as lots of problems and these movers were the only ones I could afford at the time. I'm warning you not to hire them or else you'll have to deal with filing stolen property reports for whatever high value electronics they decide to steal. These movers work extremely fast and are opportunistic thieves! If for whatever reason you do decide to hire them, keep serial numbers of all your high value electronics to easier report them stolen and make it harder for them to pawn and sell, set up security cameras to watch their moving truck so you can show it to the police after, and expect no communication from them after they have stolen your property; but it is recommend to just hire another company instead of this company that prey on disabled retirees.

Please avoid at all costs, they are AWFUL! Hired them for full-service moving…read more Where do I begin with the issues? 1. They did not listen to instructions. We asked them not to pack the kitchen or bathroom, but they packed them both anyway. This means both time we paid for, and the expense of tons of supplies AND more work post move (since we now had to rewash everything). 2. They were wasteful so they could upcharge for supplies. Found a number of empty boxes. They used a wardrobe box to move a bunch of bubble wrap - nothing else inside. They emptied the contents a plastic bin filled with clothes into another box and then wrapped the empty bin in plastic - it truly made no sense. Found 5 barely used rolls of tape in one room after they left as an example...clearly just trying to charge for supplies. 3. Some flat out dangerous packing - they packed a bleach cleaning spray (didn't even move the nozzle to "off" in a box with cosmetics...could have ruined the items or gotten bleach on items that go on my face. (And again, I asked them not to touch my bathroom in the first place). 3. When signing the paperwork, they skipped over the part that asked for reimbursement coverage. I caught this and asked them to go back and give me pricing so I could decide what made the most sense. They asked me to sign and would follow up with pricing and then no one followed up. 4. I still haven't located a suitcase from the move (guessing it got left in the truck) and also had broken items (including a chip in my $10k dresser). They didn't reassemble a bed properly and then hid the pieces under the bed which means there's a risk of the bed breaking now and shows they were just cutting corners. 5. And after all of this, they have been non-responsive to my attempts to file a claim. Next steps are to take this to the BBB, try and do a chargeback from my credit card company, and post on social media so hopefully no one else falls for these scammers.
