BEWARE: NEGATIVE STARS. THEY TAKE ADVANCE AND NEVER SHOW UP. THEY ARE FRAUD! They are the most unethical , unreliable and pathetic movers in the whole world! It all started in May 2017. I hired them and paid a whooping $100 advance to book my reservation. I was totally duped. On the day of move they never showed up! They were supposed to be at our home at 1pm and on phone they kept saying we are on our way! 3pm I call them to ask the ETA and the phone's off! Voicemail full! and 6 pm we hired someone else to do the job. I called them again to ask what went wrong and their pathetic receptionist said we don't have your booking! I sent them the $100 transaction that successfully went through and all the calls I made and all the replies they gave of "we are on the way" and she just kept pushing I never hired them! I still have a $100 transaction in my bank statement. I talked to manager and they apologized and said they will refund but that F**king never happened! From May till November! I am so close to make an official fraud complaint against this bogus company who dupes people into paying advance and never showing up. read more

These guys were awful. They showed up at the address we were leaving without the boxes and packing material they needed, then left to go get it (we were charged for this time). We were quoted $98 an hour, but that was apparently for two people, and they brought a third along in hopes that we would pay $148 an hour for all three of them (we did). They show up at the new place, baked. They broke a piece off my drafting table, a switch off a lamp (it's unusable now), knocked structural bits of my husband's bed and my (admittedly very cheap) mirror free, and reeked. Not "I've been working all day" reeked, but "I don't shower but maybe twice a month" reeked. After 11 hours of work, they sprung a bunch of surprise fees on us. Given the exorbitant final cost, maybe they should have mentioned that their credit card machine was "down" PRIOR to 1 AM? There was no way we could collectively pull enough out of ATMs to pay the total. I ended up going to the ATM and left my husband there, as there was no way I was either leaving our things alone, or leaving MYSELF alone with them. The apparent team lead made me uncomfortable. He just didn't seem like he was on the same planet as we were. He didn't bring a work order, which serves as our receipt. He asked us to write down how much we owed him and sign it, but we were uncomfortable writing already suspect totals down without a work order. After a lot of awkward back and forth, we refused and simply wrote that we had paid him $500. He obliquely threatened my husband by telling us a story about a time he almost got in a fight with a guy who wouldn't give him his money ("the police were called and everything"). He asked us to write a review, after all that(?) I'm pretty sure he had no idea what was going on. Then, he said he'd be back tomorrow. He was. He was standing outside our door the next day. He blew up my husband's phone all day, increasingly desperate about getting the money. It was bizarre, not just because we've never had people hound us like that, but because you'd think whether we spoke to his boss first or not, would not affect how much money he got at the end. Except not so much. When we finally got to speak to his boss, we got the impression something was up. He told us that the credit card machine had NEVER been down, and that the hourly rate for 3 people was $137, not $148. We were also overcharged for boxes - slightly over twice their actual price. Ultimately, we were able to pay at the original rate quoted to us, and did not pay for the packing supplies. I think the team lead has been telling people the credit card machine is "down" in order to get cash-only transactions that his boss can't track, then pocketing the overages. I feel for the company, but until they take decisive steps to prevent clients from being defrauded, this is a total no-go. read more

Can't say enough about how happy I am with this crew. Completed a local move going from a 3700 sq ft home down to a 2240 sq ft home. The team was prompt, proffessional, tireless and efficient. They made the experience enjoyable and I would recommend considering them for your in-town move. read more

Horrible experience. They did not show up at all on the day scheduled, then showed up four hours late the next day. My antique table was scratched, the crew chief tried to deny that they did it, and demanded cash for payment (which was never discussed), threatening my wife & I if cash was not proffered. SCAM! Beware, they are not a legitimate company. They stole my $150 deposit and I am furious. They prey on people who are trying to find last-minute movers, at least that's how they got me. In the end I'm just angry at myself for falling for this, I called to schedule an appointment between 3-5pm on a Saturday and literally nobody showed up nor called me. When I called back the next day to demand my money back, they asked for my credit card number again which I gave and said it would be refunded in 3-5 days. Here I am typing this, do NOT use this company to move, you will regret it! After doing some research I found out that the company has an F rating on the BBB, and this company is NOT called "Save Big Redmond Movers", it's actually called: "Fast Affordable College Student Movers", which I found out based on the company that charged my credit card. My mom called and scheduled Save Big for a 9 am start. She was told they would arrive between 9 am and 10 am. At a little after 10 my mom called to check to see how soon, she was told they would call her back with an update. At 10:30 my mom called back and was told the same thing. Save Big did not call her back - even after three more attempts to ascertain their arrival time. Eventually we gave up and arranged for another mover, fortunately they were wrapping up another job locally and could come once it was completed. My mom called to cancel - there was no attempt by Save Big to reconcile the situation. Great guys. Great Price. One of the guy is a little bit lack of strength, and my wall get scratched a piece cuz he could not hold the sofa.

***UPDATE**** literally EVERY piece of wood furniture that these two touched, had either a giant, deep scratch or a huge gauge. My Dining table top,-scratches everywhere. Dresser- huge gauge and the top has disconnected from the base because they lifted it by the top which I asked them not to do. Coffee table-huge scratch. Teak desk- too many DEEP scratches to count. Scratches on EVERY THING!! WARNING! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Hiring this company was the worst experience of my life. When you schedule your move and pay your $150 deposit, they assure you that the movers will have a truck large enough to transport your belongings, and they will also be equipped with blankets, dollies, furniture pads, etc. AND the loading-transport-unloading should take 3-4 hours. NOT true. LITERALLY ALL FALSE. They show up 6.25 hours late in a broken down box van. I called the company to complain and the "manager" was a huge jerk. No help at all. Argued with me about everything because he knew I had no options, all other movers that I contacted while waiting were booked. Not to mention, one of the movers was a drug addict. Many items were broken and damaged and poorly arranged by "professional" movers. They manipulated and lied about the total cost by adding fake fees and running the clock by getting "lost." Not to mention on the last attempt, they unloaded the truck and left my daughter with three large loads of furniture in a hallway of my storage unit. They said they would return to finish, but never did. They are subcontractors with no loyalty or responsibility to the "parent" company that hires the movers. No one is vetted, I doubt they are properly insured. This is not a legitimate business, they abuse you, take advantage of you, and then scam you. This stressful experience was more than it should have ever been. It went from bad to worse. It ended up taking 3 days to get my belongings moved and I had to borrow a truck and go to Home Depot and hire 2 men to help. The labor for moving a small 2 bedroom apartment was $900. Worst company EVER!! Save yourself the heartache and headache, go with someone else. This has been so distressing, it's taken me three weeks to even process and write this. I am very happy with the move these guys did. They did an excellent job moving me from my 4th floor apartment to a 3 story town home, which (as you can imagine) was no fun for them. They got to work right away, and moved all of my stuff quickly and efficiently. I also had an extremely heavy leather couch which is easy to scratch or damage surrounding walls (due to the metal recliner machinery underneath). They got it down from the apartment and onto the second floor of my town home without scratching the leather, touching any of the walls, and being extremely careful not to damage the laminate floors. All and all I gave them a difficult job and they got it done with no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend them. read more

They were some really hard working men. We had a house full of furniture and boxes and they finished all the moving and assembling in less than 4 hours, which we didn't think was possible. There was no damage to any of our stuff. Great service! Highly recommend them. read more

they moved our appliance and they end up charging us more because they felt it was more difficult in spite of giving me a fixed price at beginning. we noticed scratches on fridge afterward which was too late to complain about. read more

Pros: - They're hard working and cheap. - The main guy works hard to earn your business and makes sure his movers handles the furniture properly. - Gave a discount for postponing the move after getting partially started. Cons: - Despite their best efforts, most of my wood furniture ended up with small scratches. It's nearly impossible to move big stuff without small scratches unless you wrap them which they don't do. - Left a couple of big gashes on our walls and corners. I'm sure it doesn't happen to them all the time. But it happened for us. - Lots of BO!! So much that we could smell it on many of the furniture. Even as I ate, the table wreaked of BO. We had to clorox wipe them down. Please show up showered and don't wear the same dirty shirt from the previous day's job. - Packed one of the mover's bicycle right on top of our fake tree! Bicycles have chains that are notorious for leaving grease stains. Please wrap your bicycle if you must pack it with our stuff. - Left trash in our compost bin. I had a sprinkler contractor do this before as well. This really annoys me since we need to fish it out and place it in the proper bin. If you need to discard your energy drink bottles and marijuana bon bons wrapper, please ask your customers and I'm sure they'll be happy to point you to the correct bin. - The padding they use is very dirty and smelly - Didn't tell us his credit card machine was down and that the only payment they take is a certified/cashier's check or just cash until the move was nearly done. And it was only cause I asked if they take credit card did he tell us that. Of course, we didn't have that kind of cash laying around so we had to quickly find an ATM at the last minute to make the payment. Please tell your customers in advance important stuff like this. Summary: They worked hard and do try to earn your business. Advice for them to improve their business: take your time moving things, show up clean and showered, wash your paddings once in a while, tell your customer the credit card machine is down when you know it in advance, leave your bicycle at the office, and, of course, don't throw trash in the customer's compost bin. read more

This is a great moving company! They were hard working, ambitious, very co tie tious and went the extra mile in effort and taking care of all aspects. They stayed to help at the end if the move just to be helpful- and made all the difference. Highly recommend. read more
