Recently used them so here's my review : Cons: 1.One guy came on time , the other one came an hour late , causing delay in our move 2. Scratches on my furniture and in the apartment walls 3. My mattress was dragged and it had all dirt on it 4. Broke lamp bulb 5. I made sure to carry some sensitive glass paintings and tv in my car as I couldn't rely on them , once something is broken it is broken forever . 6. Didn't have a good experience overall . I've used them about seven times myself and recommend them to friends. They always work hard and always try their best. They respond quick and will try to work around your schedules if they can swing it. I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews about them not following Covid guidelines. In my experience they did. If they needed to take a break to breath, drink, or rest, then I was okay with them taking off their mask or if I wasn't around. The worst I can say is if you have really expensive items or items that need special care, please tell them. In all the times I used them, some items did get scratched, but since I've used them so much I set expectations to make them fully aware and they are super understanding. I broke my 65 inch tv myself, and not only were they willing to drive to Best Buy to pick it up for me, they helped me get it setup too. They went above and beyond for me. My wife and I just used 3Z Movers to help unload our moving truck when we arrived from out of state. The Good: Handled our items with as much care as I'd expect Able to schedule on short(ish) notice holiday weekend Quoted $75/hr for 2 guys which is very reasonable The tall gentleman was a VERY hard worker The truck was unloaded in just 3 hours saved us (me) a ton of work The Bad: Movers showed up almost 4 hours after agreed upon start time (10am). We didn't get started until 1:45p, leaving a lot less time that day to unpack boxes. Communication could be better with movers and scheduling. At one point, we questioned whether the movers were going to show up after waiting hours after the scheduled start time... They called at 10am and said there'd be 30-45 minutes late... we were relieved when they came 3 1/2 hours later! All in all they were a big help unloading our truck. I estimated it would take 4 hours to get our 26' Penske truck unloaded.... with myself helping. We ended up getting it all done in just 3 hours! Communication and punctuality were our biggest concerns. All in all a nice crew, and they did get the job done... once they arrived. read more

We used 3Z movers and overall they did a great job and were very quick and efficient. There were a couple items of ours that had been damaged but nothing that we wanted to cause a fuss over. I think if you choose them just be sure to be flexible on their arrival time as they did show up over 2 hours and 21 minutes late from the time they had told us they would arrive. Worst movers. They did not wear any masks. Our furniture got badly damaged with lots of scratches. They stacked 2 large suitcases on our TV box. Who in their right mind would do that? I repeatedly asked them to cover our furniture. I was happy to provide blankets and wrappers but they ignored. Do not go with them at all. Very very unprofessional. We booked Zida & team for moving from our 1 bed apartment. They arrived 10-15 mins late but were fast enough to make up for time. They were careful with our furniture at all times. We had an issue with our bed unit not getting inside our new apartment and they easily dismantled and added it back again. They were quick and never felt that they were wasting our time. Would definitely recommend them and hopefully don't have to call them as we hate to move!!! read more

I just used these guys to move a One bedroom apartment from Newcastle to Redmond on August 20th 2016 and they were amazing! I booked them only 3 days in advance and they had the best price. I just had to email them all the details and they showed up. I saw some of the negative reviews and was a little worried at first. Also their website could use some work since its mainly just stock images. They called me 15 minutes before they arrived to let me know they would be on time. They showed up right on time and ready to get to work. I had everything boxed up and ready to move. I looked at the pics from negative reviews and they didn't even have the stuff boxed up how did they expect it to be packed in the truck if they didnt even box it. These guys move lightning fast and dont dilly dally around wasting time like most movers paid by the hour. They even let me help move to make things quicker which most movers wont allow you to so they can charge you more. Another thing I like was they dont start charging you until they arrive. Most want to charge you as soon as they leave their work and not when they get there. We got the apartment moved in under a hour and half and It was on the third floor. They had a 17ft truck and packed everything so well only half the trucked was used and nothing even moved on the drive over to Redmond including going up a very steep hill where the condo was. Everything delicate was professionally wrapped in blankets including 2 60+ flat screen tv's. Everything made it over and unbroken so I couldnt be happier! Also the price wasnt bad 300 for 3 hours of work was amazing! Especially when most companies quoted me at 550-800 for the same move and would be charging me for a minimum of 4 hours with tons of fees. Their truck is not even big enough to move a two bedroom apartment. They had to leave some heavy items that I had to move myself later. With limited truck space they had to pack stuff tightly and it caused scratches on some of my furniture. If they use a small truck Zida should have mentioned that at the time when I ordered the service. On the other hand, if they cannot move a two bedroom apartment, how can they handle, for example, a single family home? My friends recommended me to use Jordan River, unfortunately they were not available on the day I wanted to move. I trusted good ratings at Yelp and learned the lesson! read more

We have booked 3Z Movers and are scheduled to move at 2 PM. But they moved the time to 9AM. They had not showed up till 11 AM. After so many calls, we got a message saying that there was some problem with the truck and they would come around 2 PM. But they never showed up. They never responded to any of our calls. I used 3Z movers last year when I moved into a new house. - Scheduling was easy. I emailed Zida and he was pretty flexible with scheduling. - Things didn't well during the actual move though. Zida wasn't actually there during the moving. He sent 2 other folks instead. - One of them was absolutely unprofessional. He was moving heavy stuff around with one hand while talking on the phone with other. I had to ask him to stop doing that after he scratched up my walls. - At the end, all of my furniture was damaged or scratched. - My dinning table, coffee table and bed frame had big scratches. I saw him drop bed-frame during the move (as he was on the phone) - My computer desk got ruined as they broke 2 wheels. My friend had a good experience with 3Z but I found them unprofessional. I had a great experience with 3Z movers. I only needed a refrigerator moved from my garage to my basement. When I called they gave a very reasonable quote. We set up a day and time and they showed up right on time. They took great care not to damage anything and were very creative maneuvering the fridge thru a tight doorway. We hired 3Z Movers few days ago for moving. They did a terrible job. Walked in slow motion/ took baby steps on purpose and took 5 to 6 hours just to load the things into the truck. We had most of the stuff boxed up in the garage and we had a very minimal furniture to move.They couldn't read the labels even. We had to call in for our friends in the last minute to help the movers unload :( We all worked hard to get the movers complete the unloading in 3 hours. It was just ridiculous to see one of them carrying a very very small pad all the way to upstairs just to pass time. Only good thing was that they were careful with all the items. Hands down the worst moving company I have ever used. First off the movers arrived 3 hours late to our planned moving time. (This was after texting me the day prior to confirm the time) I didn't get as little as an apology for this inconvenience to a planned moving day. Keep in mind I had everything labeled and neatly stacked all in the same size boxes. When the movers arrived they did not introduce themselves or have the documentation of a contract available to provide: they said the driver would be an additional hour before arriving and he had the paper work. So because of this my things had to be moved TWICE. They took everything downstairs and placed it on the side of the road then stacked everything in the truck when it arrived a total of 4 hrs late, rather than moving things once directly into the the truck. The movers tried to be Hercules and lift heavy items by themselves causing extra niches and scratches. Once everything was almost in the truck I noticed it was getting full so offered to take a couple items myself to avoid further cramming. They said no everything fit great. The truck was not packed efficiently or organized things were tossed to the top of the pile. Once we arrived at the storage unit no joke I think they thought they were playing a game of Jenga with my belongings. Boxes were doing a balancing act with the placement of items, hence voiding the extra cost I put into having the same size boxes to stack nicely. They put a heavy rolling cart on top of my glass table top tv stand then on the hanging bar teetered a plastic storage unit on top high out of reach. (Dangerous) items were tossed to the top where they could not reached. Then I noticed they had broke my brand new wood day bed by forcing it into the back of their truck after I offered to take items. The bed was cracked in three different spots. At this point I was irritated and told them to stop and just to unload everything onto the road in front of my storage unit. I had to spend three hours undoing the chaos they created and move everything in storage to make sure no further damage was done. Once everything was out of the truck they asked for payment and were noting an additional 1/2 hour of labor for time they had not even arrived yet for and required a $40 travel fee that is nowhere on the website! Sketch! I refused to pay the half hour they were not there for and brought the damages and lazy effort of stacking/tossing my belongings to Zida's attention which he was unapologetic for. I AGAIN asked for the contract and how to proceed with the damages, he was so confused as to why I needed a contract, spent 15minutes in his truck finding it and writing my name then came back and offered zero help or reimbursement for the damage.(He did say for basic coverage of loss they could pay $.60 per pound/weight of the item damaged based off the total weight of everything they moved I asked how they would accurately determine the weight, he said they would have to load Every single thing into the truck again and have the total weight weighed in order to payout the one item). That's insane. After disputing the damages I asked who a supervisor was with 3Z movers that I could speak to, he claimed he was at the top of the line and was the only one to help. This got me absolutely nowhere so I will be contacting the company directly. I would not recommend these guys to a stranger. Most disrespectful movers I have dealt with. read more

If you want to spend a ton of money for slow work and ruined belongings, then this place is for you. We discovered that our new bbq grill with new grill cover was ruined during the move. The movers carried the grill by the two shelves, so now they are bent and completely ruined. The grill cover has several rips and tears as well. I heard when the movers damaged it (I came around the corner just as one of them regained their grip), but nobody bothered to say anything, and instead hid the fact that it was damaged by arranging the grill on our deck so that the damage did not show. We were also surprised that we did not have the option to pay by credit/debit card, since it was never mentioned that only cash and check are accepted. Upon completion of the job we were told that we would not have to pay tax if we pay in cash. Because of this, we were forced to pay considerably more than what we had ben quoted (not to mention spent a lot of time tearing through boxes to find a checkbook). Finally, we were very disappointed that it took 5 hours to move our belongings, especially since we hired a third mover and were estimated a 2-4 hour move originally with two movers. $869 is an outrageous price to pay to move a 1,200sq ft home, especially since there was only one bed, minimal furniture, no electronics (TV, etc) and all of the boxes were already stacked in the garage for easy access. We do appreciate the fact that the movers were friendly and wrapped some of the furniture to prevent damage. However, for the price, this was a very disappointing experience overall, and we definitely should not have to spend $350 to replace our brand new grill on top of it. When setting up the appointment, Zida was always very responsive via email. However, when I emailed to bring up this complaint, I did not receive any sort of response at all for a number of days. When I did finally receive a response, there was no follow-through, nor any sort of apology or attempt to make things right. I was told to provide pictures of the damage, which I did with no response. There was no paperwork whatsoever to fill out at the time of the move (I was informed by a friend later that moving companies are required to offer supplemental insurance). My experience is that this is a shady business that only cares about making a buck, with no regard to you or your belongings. read more

Zida and Usman were great. I give 5 stars because I really have no complaints. They met us in Bellevue, then followed us to Redmond, then to Duvall. They handled everything very carefully and used blankets as protection where necessary. They were very diligent and careful with our belongings. Both are quiet, but very friendly and are focused on getting the job done. They were hard workers and followed our directions and asked which rooms we wanted our furniture in. We did not have the best experience with 3Z. The movers were an hour late to arrive, and then took 6 and a half hours to move our 1 bedroom apartment (the estimate we were given was 3-4 hours). This is by far the longest a move has ever taken for us! They did have a much cheaper hourly rate than any other place I got quotes from, and now I understand why. Don't fall for the low hourly price! This has been the slowest moving experience for me and it ended up costing me as much as any other much more expensive movers. Never felt more concerned about handling of my stuff as their "professional way" of doing moving is by laying everything on the side of the road and then stacking up in truck unwrapped in most cases unless specifically told to do so. I needed movers last minute to move an upright piano. I called at at 4:00pm and needed to have the piano moved that same day, on a Sunday, by 7:00pm. With no hesitation they said yes. I cannot believe they were able to move this 900 pound piano with two people. These guys are quick, smart, profession and with superhuman strength. I called several other people for estimates, with all expect for 3Z movers, were unable to move it for a few days and quoted a price for triple the amount. I highly recommend them for any move. They showed up a few minutes early, emptied out my old apartment in minutes, and were able to move everything into my new one bedroom in a little under 2 hours.
